Had a really lovely visit here on my birthday. I was served by Brad he was super friendly, delightful and knowledgeable. I was unsure what to order he had really great recommendations which I tried I loved! He also ensured I knew how to filter foods for allergies so I could order with ease. He made my birthday lovely with his great energy and welcoming service. I will definitely back again through the year as a regularly customer and again for my birthday next year too.

Fabulous restaurant whether it's at the end of a long day's shopping or a night out for a special occasion. We were greeted and seated with a fabulous smile from the lovely Lillie and service was quick and friendly throughout. We had a wide range of food between us from the set menu of 3 courses for £26.50 and it was all delicious. Special mention has to go to the chicken spiedini and the king prawn linguine, both of which came on a hanging skewer and were incredibly succulent.

Will be returning definetely, friendly staff, amazing food. Best zizzi!

Fantastic food as always , our 2nd visit in a month , went for the 3 courses for £26.95 , amazing choices and great too for my husband who is vegetarian, can’t fault it in any way and our waitress Maryam who served us on both visits was so very smiley and friendly with excellent customer service 😊

Ildiko is an amazing server/hostress. She takes initiative over other servers that are here by paying very close attention to the tables and giving it her all. I would already consider her a manager with the company way she handles the customers. She’s needs to be treasurered. I wish her all the best of luck and hopefully she can take a managerial position and teach the other servers how to elevate their work. Greetings from Malta!!

We were served by Ildiko. She was attentive and personable. 6 of us dined in, 3 adults and 3 children for a birthday meal. She was lovely, made recommendations for dishes, didn’t rush us, talked with the kids and left us very happy.

Massive thank you to Ildiko. Always looks after us very well and caters to my partners allergy amazingly.

Dada la muy limitada elección de restaurantes abiertos en High Cross, se decidió por Zizzi. Personal muy agradable y eficiente Sin embargo, a mitad de nuestro entrante, apareció el principal y aunque el camarero nos preguntó si queríamos que nos los llevaran de vuelta para mantener el calor, los aceptamos. La lasaña estaba seca y demasiado cocida y me alegró no haberla devuelto cuando llegó temprano. Un entrante, dos principales y dos refrescos, más de £ 60 que dada la calidad es demasiado caro. Lástima como nos gusta Zizzi en Fosse Park. No nos apresuraremos a regresar y dado el número de restaurantes que han cerrado, probablemente le daremos una falta al almuerzo cuando esté en la ciudad.

Visitamos por primera vez el día de San Valentín. Tengo que decir que estábamos muy impresionados, el restaurante estaba ocupado, sin embargo, fueron capaces de sentarnos temprano. El servicio fue extremadamente rápido y eficiente. La comida era increíble! Los tamaños de las porciones eran muy grandes (era una oferta de 3 corsés, optamos por quitar los postres ya que ambos estábamos llenos después del entrante y las comidas principales) lo único que lo decepcionó ligeramente fue que el restaurante no estaba temático con decoración de San Valentín como otros restaurantes, pero eso no es una queja solo una sugerencia para años futuros.

We came to Zizi after a trip to the National space centre. It’s conveniently located in the Highcross shopping centre. Our son loves their carbonara so he was easy to please. Service was quick, food delicious and the staff were all lovely and especially our server (Lillie) Will come again if in the area.

Pensé que probaríamos Zizzis, no lo hemos hecho por un tiempo. Elegimos la pizza rústica como pudimos compartirla. Cuando se encontró la base increíblemente delgada una envoltura sería más gruesa y no mucho cobertura para el precio. El fieltro apenas arrancó setas pepperoni o jamón servido en un crujiente. Tampoco muchas patatas fritas. Se fue hambriento.

Visited the Leicester highcross outlet of Zizi a couple of days ago with a group of friends, however, saddened to say the staff and the manager serving in this outlet were utterly rude and irreceptive. The person who was serving our table didn’t have the knowledge of ongoing offers of her own branch and guided us into a complete wrong way which bore a bill of things which were supposed to be free. To top it off the manager without acknowledging there could have been an error at the staff’s end argued with us how it was all our fault and was just not in a mood to even consider our grievance. Do make sure to check yourself if the offers displayed are even valid or not to save yourselves those unnecessary extra ££

Shocking absolutely shocking hygiene in the toilets. Zoom in on that corner wow oh wow. Ladies and gents toilets both as bad. Food also awful very very poor. Stoggy pasta over cooked meatballs, dried up starter pathetic offering. Get a grip Zizzi!!!

Yesterday, my seven Indian friends and I had a disappointing experience at Zizzi in Highcross. Our server asked all of us to scan a barcode for free garlic bread, which we did. After lunch, we were unexpectedly charged for eight garlic breads. Following a discussion, the charge was reduced to three, supposedly because we ordered five main courses. We felt this was unfair and unacceptable, as the server's initial explanation of the offer was misleading. Their refusal to acknowledge their mistake and subsequent argument were particularly upsetting. If we had known the offer was valid only from February 6th, 2025, we would not have ordered garlic breads and in turn, not charged extra. We were apalled by the staff's behaviour and won't be going to Zizzi ever again.

Madmara was outstanding with her excellent customer service. We walked in during busy times, she managed to get us a table within 5 minutes. The waitress served us was pleasant and friendly. The food, service and ambiance is excellent. My fav zizzi and I highly recommend their classic pizzas, pastas and Tiramisu.

I went with my friend for her birthday, lovely experience. You can go for a 26.50£ 3 course meal , I wanted a pizza that wasn't listed on that menu and they were really nice and let me have it. The food was really nice, service very good. Truly enjoyed it !

Three-course meal: Starters: Cheesy garlic bread with caramelised onions. The cheese complements the caramelised onions. Mains: Calzone piccante.Hand-stretched folded pizza with harissa chicken meatballs, bolognese, mushrooms & mozzarella. One word: phenomenal. A great meal to get tucked into, the dough is soft and the flavour is top-notch. I would recommend it highly. Dessert: Tiramisu. For anyone who is a coffee aficionado, they would love the taste of tiramisu. A creamy, chocolatey taste with a hint of coffee in each bite—what's there not to love about it?

Had a lovely 3-course meal here. My husband and I were there for my early birthday treat. My husband ordered a pizza and sweet potato fries.

Ildiko was my server, she was very polite and sweet to me and everyone else i saw her serve, giving a warmer atmosphere to the restaurant

A few days ago, me and my family visited the restaurant, and we had an excellent experience, thanks to our young waitress, Madeira—please excuse my spelling! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. When she noticed we might be a bit cramped at our table, she kindly offered to move us to a more comfortable spot, which we really appreciated. My daughter also has a food allergy, and Madeira was very careful and thoughtful in making sure her meal was safe. She took extra time to confirm ingredients and ensured everything was prepared properly, which gave us great peace of mind. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, and her friendly, genuine demeanor truly made the experience special. We left feeling well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place! Five stars from us!
