Prezzo and managers Can't stand cheap food over priced for everything I will be not going to any other Prezzo in my life hope they all shut down! Can't call it a restaurant! I will be happy to leave you no star

Friendly greeting, the service and food was second to none! I had the caprese salad to start and hubby had king prawns. For main I had fettuccine Alfredo hubby had linguine Al Granchio For the dessert I had strawberries, gelato and cream and hubby had profiteroles, all absolutely delicious. This is the best meal and service we’ve had out in ages. Thanks so much! We will return.

A strange experience. When we arrived, we didn’t get shown to a table and were told to just sit anywhere. The waiter didn’t seem interested in taking anyone’s order and we had to get his attention numerous times to be served. There also seemed to be some staff meeting going on in the middle of the restaurant which made us feel like we weren’t supposed to be there. The food came quick enough once ordered but was cold unfortunately.

Excellent service and customer service. We popped in for a Sunday dinner with family, as usual excellent atmosphere and food , me and my future daughter In law had the Calamari for starter but we both felt it was over grilled and a bit tough, we explained to the young waiter it was normally our fav dish , so we were a bit disappointed but this was passed along not the manager who when my husband went to pay the bill he apologised and agreed it was left on the grill too long he did not charge us for one of them and gave my husband a complementary glass of wine , this is excellent customer service for who he knows are regulars and love the place , the rest of the dishes were amazing and we were all stuffed so I took some mine home lol , will we be back of course we will.

Waited 20 minutes for our drinks order to be taken. The staff were loud, rude and unwelcoming. The food arrived quickly but was below average. The coffee arrived stone cold but replaced once I finally got the attention of a waitress. One waitress seemed to be doing all the work while the others floated about ignoring the customers. Overall, an awful service with a noisy and unwelcoming atmosphere. Food was below average and overpriced. Do not waste your time or money dining here.

Food was lovely Service on the hand awful Left waiting to be seated in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes, sat by the air conditioning. Food came out quickly fantastic. Both young Waitress’ were rude and abrupt. One waitress was unhelpful and unaware of the drink and food menus. We had to ask for the bill after sitting there for half an hour looking like a spare part, When I didn’t give a tip the waitress gave a dirty look. Better service deserves a tip not poor service.

Warning. This restaurant is closed, its no longer in Eastbourne. Do not try to book a table or just turn up

20% off food cost ok but 10% dreaded service charge. This should be personal direct with the table service not for the Company. Also generally over priced although food good. That’s us finished for now.

We arrived on a Saturday evening without a booking having been let down elsewhere and we were greeted promptly and politely. We were shown to a table almost immediately and allowed time to settle before our server took our order. We eat out a lot and get served by people ranging from awful to outstanding and we were lucky today that our server was Lilly - a thoroughly engaging, competent and friendly young lady that would be an asset to any business. The food arrived promptly, well presented and tasted great. We had a variety of dishes including antipasto, breads, olives, pizza and fish cakes. All the food was lovely. Overall a great experience made all the better by a great young server. We're not from the area but if we were i think it would be a regular stop for us.

April 2023 Very disappointed in my experience at Prezzo. My daughter who is 7 ordered a child's menu spaghetti and informed me she had metal in her mouth. Spat the metal out and yes there was a big sharp piece of metal in her food. Very large lump. Very concerned this could have been very dangerous if she had swollowed or ingested the metal. Informed the waiter. Had to ask for the plate to be removed and new food ordered. No apology from the chef or senior management which I would expect from a serious incident. No concern or reassurance provided for my daughter that was very distressed from metal hurting her teeth. Extremely concerned about the experience.

Brilliant food. Had many times (at least 20) great range - polite staff -excellent drink options .beautiful decor and building . All in all a fantastic dining experience for friends and families , or just anyone who wants to try Italian food (or indeed indulge again!!!)

Paid nearly £10 for a prawn mayo jacket potato and my daughter had tuna, there was no butter inside the potato and none offered and no side salad, the staff all looked like they were chewing wasps, no hellos just grunts, we won't be eating here again, the food was dry and taste less
