The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

I am always happy when I can eat here with my colleagues and friends. It is a great offer and has a great self-righteous drink! Very very unique!

Great value for lunch..3 adults lunchtime special including 3 soft drinks £32.00. We have had better but not at that price. No complaints at all though. Lovely young staff, I hope they are appreciated...

We were there yesterday and it was so cold I kept my coat and scarf on until I left. My vegetarian pizza was very nice but the topping was really very sparse. I only saw just two girls waiting tables, which was woefully short as the place had quite a few covers to look after. Our drinks order was promptly taken but it was almost an hour before we were served with the drinks. Food service was no better. We won't go back. Insufficient staff and no proper heating = false economy. I realise businesses are struggling but as I say we won't go back.

Locale molto carino, il mangiare per un italiano è di qualità media... Però la location è davvero Top! La vista sul Tower Bridge è impagabile. Camerieri abbastanza cortesi e menzione per il fatto che sono aperti fino ad un po' più tardi rispetto agli altri posti in cui si mangia li vicino

Despite being extremely busy we experienced excellent service and the food was lovely. Sadly not sure name of waitress . We had the 3 course set menu and both had different things for each course. All lovely food and excellent value and service.

Family group of 8 had dinner here on a Saturday evening at 5.30pm. They were busy, which was to be expected, staff were friendly but the service was poor and the majority of the food disappointing. They got our drinks order wrong, bringing an extra drink we didn't order, then the wine my wife had came with a little extra in the way of Cork bits! That went back and they brought another. The aubergine "meatballs" was the best dish of the night, which my wife & I shared. Our mains were poor and I nearly didn't get mine. Everyone else's were delivered and I sat waiting for mine to turn up for a while before I decided to query it. The waiter rushed away and returned with it (beetroot gnocchi) it had obviously just been microwaved as some pieces were rubbery and one piece was stone cold. For a main course that was £14.95 it was terrible, I chose not to complain as I didn't want to spoil everyone else's meal, instead we didn't give a gratuity. Such a shame as the staff were pleasant & trying their best, but their best wasn't good enough neither was my main. There are plenty of other Italian chains to choose from so they need to do better.

Honestly one of the best Pizza huts I've ever been to. We got the buffet and all the pizzas were amazing. The cook even made one special for us, very very kind. Angela greeted us and was lovely as well and very helpful. Wish I could rate it more than 5 stars🌟 🤩

My partner and I visited Prezzo tonight for a cheeky Monday night treat as we love the lobster and crab ravioli. We arrived at 7.20pm there were around 20 customers in the restaurant, it was ages before someone came to take our drinks order, the drinks were forever being made then the starter and main were ages and we weren’t offered Parmesan for our main. Eventually we ordered a coffee after which we waited for someone to approach us regarding the bill / another drink, whatever but nothing so I went to the toilet and came out to the checkout thing to pay because I work all week too and didn’t have time to wait another hour for the bill, needless to say I did not tip as the service was abismal and I believe you shouldn’t tip for tipping sake otherwise what’s the point. I would have tipped if the whole process had been quicker, I was made to feel like a valued customer, I was offered Parmesan for the main and attended to in a more appropriate manner. The people working there are all very nice but just don’t seem to know what they are doing the team does not ‘flow’ unfortunately and it’s the same ever time I go in there.

Great food and service. We’ve never been disappointed with the food. Every time we go to Cambridge we go to this particular restaurant just because of the lovely atmosphere and staff. We feel welcome and the staff are always attentive to our needs. The Brazilian lady( sorry forgot your name) is so kind and her smile and friendliness makes us want to come again. Will come soon again

Legitimately the worst pizza I have ever eaten... Granted, this food was ordered via Deliveroo however it took 3 hours to arrive... 3 hours!We ordered the pepperoni pizza, sharer garlic bread and a child's Bolognese... The pizza was burnt on one side, raw on the other and had not even been cut and the cheese tasted like plastic. The garlic bread also had not been cut and tasted like cardboard. The pasta was blatantly old and not fresh as well as being bland and overcooked. I honestly will never eat food from this restaurant ever againThe only saving grace is that we were issued a full refund...

This restaurant has switched to the European 'service charge' model. The food and service was fine but adding 12.5% to the bill (which I only noticed after paying) is a swindle we can do without in the UK. It's claimed the rip-off is optional but it is automatically added to the bill. If it were optional I would have to take an action to pay it, other forms of inertia sales are banned.What makes this even worse is that most of the money will not go to the staff, half will be wasted in tax and most of the rest used by the shareholders to achieve the statutory minimum wage.These dirty practices are not acceptable in the UK.

Absolutely appalling service, mediocre food and to top it all they had no Pinot Grigio and second choice was a waste of time they said they had go fetch some 30 minutes later two people came back with bags from Sainsburys but no Pinot Grigio , waitress kept ignoring us it took from 18:10 to 18:45 to order food. What a complete and utterly waste of time.

La comida era genial y el personal en solitario cuando visité (probablemente el propietario) era tan agradable y amable. Específicamente me gusta su Pizza Quattro Formaggi. 🤤 Definitivamente cenaré de nuevo cuando esté en la zona y antoje pizza.
