We chose pizza Hut as always had good experiences at lunch time buffet in Manchester. Wrong decision , apart from the girl who helped us to place our order using the machine every thing else was awful. Only 4 pizzas to choose from in the buffet area . They were cold , no vegetarian options, one of them very very spicy making it inedible. There was no signs next to pizzas giving any name or information unlike other places and .... The worst experience of pizza hut that I ever had. It was such shame as we walked around for so long trying to find the place. Never going back again and I don't recommend this place.

Turned up yesterday, hoping to use a voucher I'd found on V/C but the staff didn't know about it and the app wasn't playing ball. Got told we had to order on the app or little terminals next to the bar. Tips are usually given after a meal, depending on the service given, not before. Kids got their buffet and I waited for my pizza. And waited. And waited. Waitress came over to see if everything was ok. And told her I was still waiting for mine. It must have been sitting under the lights for at least 10 minutes as she immediately bought it to me. It wasn't very warm by this point. But I was hungry and ate it anyway. By the time I ate the last piece, it was actually cold. Now I know how souless the place is and how little Pizza Hut franchise owners know about the general public, I can't say I will be back. And I'm not entirely sure how long the place will stay open with very few people visiting.

Terrible .There was no cheese on the pizza ,I/we found a hair in the cheese sauce… Everything was stone cold, not enjoyable Won’t be coming back here again.

visited on 19/02/2024 at 18.50. Amelia was welcoming friendly and allowed me to choose a seating area of my choice. I ordered the meat feast ( sharing ) on a barbecue base with chicken instead of spicy pork. the price for this pizza is £29.99. the price includes the salad bar for three people. the pizza was filling for myself and a friend but could be enough for three people especially if the group is having salad and pasta as a starter at no additional cost. Meerkat offer 25% off. which reduced my bill from £29.99 to £22.50. £11.25 each based on two dining. I think that’s good value for money. the pizza arrived hot n fresh and loaded with my favourite toppings. you have to place your order online when seated or at the ordering machine. three ordering systems are placed in front of the bar and easy to navigate and place order. staff are on standby if help is needed. despite no longer having waiters to take your order at Pizza Hut Paradise Street I still found the customer service extremely good. Oscar from the management team brought the pizza to us and asked if we needed anything else. Amelia followed up to make sure everything was good with the pizza. the staff couldn’t have done anything more to insure we had a pleasant experience. the staff are amazing but do bear in mind because of the ordering systems in this pizza hut branch. less staff are working. please be patient during busy hours. I will return to this Pizza Hut no doubt. but not as soon as I would like. simply because of the price increases - it’s now considered as a treat once in a while. I recommend Pizza Hut Paradise Street Liverpool.

Liverpool Paradise st. branch: This was our first time eating in a branch of Pizza Hut & we were very impressed with the customer service we received. The family member doing the ordering wasn’t quite sure how to use the ordering system & the member of staff was more than happy to help. Our pizza’s were delicious & salad from the salad bar was very fresh & came as part of the meal deal. Would definitely visit this branch again A++

The fact that it was cashless, i wanted to leave immediately but didn't want to upset the family. Cash is king! Having to order by app is a big NO NO. Human contact is a must everytime!! Sticky floor, sticky table stinky toilet. Shame on you Wigan. Never ever again. Just dont do it!

I was really disappointed with the ordering system here. You can either order on your phone or in the restaurant. The waitress who took us to our seats was pleasant and helpful but apart from bringing over our glasses and food we had no more contact with any staff. I’m not happy about paying for my food without seeing it first, also they missed out on income as no one bothered to ask if everything was ok or if we wanted anything else. The food was ok but nothing special for nearly £60 I’d expect some sort of service. A very soulless experience and one I’m not happy to repeat. I might be old fashioned but when eating out, I like a little bit of care to be taken.

Absolutely shocking pizza and delivery. Delivery - tracked pizza and man who couldn't speak a word of english had absolutely no idea were he was going. A huge building famous well known address. I was at the door waiting 10 minutes before pizza was ready so he wasn't delayed! 45 mins later and he passed me 5 times , he phoned 4 times, number from Eygpt said ‘call back’ yeah right matey….. and i kept saying i can see you, you've just gone passed me etc etc ‘turn around’ but as he couldn't speak english he had no idea what i was saying. He was frantic, staring and as he stopped meters away from me he asked a stranger the way TO RIGHT OUTSIDE WERE HE WAS AND I WAS! This is Pizza Hut Liverpool fault, they should ensure deliveroo riders know the way. However, i still gave the rider £4 tip as i felt sorry for him from algeria. The PIZZA & garlic bread!! Was disgusting, apart from cold it was the most horrific tasteless pizza and garlic bread we have ever tasted. Never again.

Me and visited this pizza hut the day before my graduation expecting a nice pizza and a chilled atmosphere. The restaurant was quiet, yet it still took half an hour to bring 2 meals over, but that's not the point... That night, I was incredibly unwell vomitting all night. I lay in bed wanting to skip my graduation, worrying I would embarrass myself on the stage. I tried to pull myself together but as soon as I got my suit on I had to throw up again. Upon contacting pizza hut, they said that it wasn't them and there was nothing they could do - standard response from a multi-billion pound company :). Thanks for ruining my graduation and stomach for days. Needless to say I will never be returning.

Ok so said wouldn’t visit this branch again after no table service and prices gone up etc however thought we would give it another try as we’ve been going to Pizza Hut for years . We waited a while at the door finally a grumpy waitress said someone will be with you in a minute , waited again eventually someone else arrived we asked for a table for 2 . We walked past quite a few vacant tables for 2 to a table for 4 ?? Then we were told we have to scan the table to order , 20 mins later because they have zero reception we couldn’t download it so we asked a waitress what to do and she said oh that’s fine I can take your order . We placed our order 2 minutes later she came back to say they had run out of pineapple for the Hawaiian pizza and cherry cream soda . Gave up and we left and went to Crust on Bold Street , 2 lovely pizzas , 3 drinks , sweet potato fries , excellent service £36 . This branch of Pizza hit is a joke .

Being from Ireland ( where Pizza Hut is no longer) we were so excited to find this Pizza Hut. Experience from start to finish was excellent. We were greeted by a very friendly server who explained that we would have to order via our phone and pay with card - which was fine. Ordering was so simple - scan a code on the table, select what you want then pay. Food was delivered really fast and was piping hot. It was all exactly as we remembered Pizza Hut food to be - delicious!. Refillable soft drinks went down really well - such a great idea! If you are hungry and around the area you have to pay this place a visit - you will not be disappointed!.

Usual nice pizza but great friendly and helpful service to go with it. Looked after us all night and checked on us regularly and ensured my son had a great birthday meal.

Usually regulars of Pizza Hut but with Covid 19 and isolating etc this first time we have been back to eat in . We won’t be spending money with them again . Why on earth would I pay MORE money and now there is NO waiting on staff ??? After shopping you just want the option to sit down and order food and drinks and for it to be served at the table !!! The staff that were in the restaurant just don’t seem to give a toss with any customer service so I’ll go spend our money with reasonable prices for pizza and table service .

I went to Pizza Hut Liverpool one with my friends and family for a nice meal on New Year’s Day. I was disappointed with the service as their staff were verbally abusive when I asked for a refund as my chicken was ruined when a waiter spilled my drink on my food. When I asked for a refund I was laughed at and told “I did it myself” as I walked away I heard them continue the conversation and say things such as “what a silly cow” and “the state of her! Is she poor”. I am highly offended and disgusted on the service of the staff and the manager. I can certainly say I will never eat here again.

Nuestra escuela decidió llevarnos a pasar el día de Navidad y vimos Pizza Hut y automáticamente tuvimos una idea, ya que pensamos que era amigable y queríamos pasar un buen rato, esta queja está incluida en un hombre con una camisa a cuadros azul y blanca, dijo a uno de mis maestros que no podemos compartir pizza del buffet con otros, aunque pagamos 90, no estábamos en voz alta para compartir una porción de pizza con nadie más en la mesa, de lo contrario, se los llevaría o tendríamos que pagar más y sentimos que, como escuela, aprovechó la forma en que éramos una escuela y que no se enfrentaría a un extraño que asistió a Pizza Hut, esto arruinó nuestro día por completo y no tenía ningún lugar de decencia para decirlo. un maestro al lado nos hizo sentir que no podíamos comer nos dijo enfrente de nosotros y también nos hizo sentir que no pertenecíamos para comer pizza como escuela para disfrutar de nuestro día de Navidad antes de que nos separemos Navidad, recomendaría este lugar para no ir, también tenía un ligero desaire actitud hacia el personal

Whenever I go to the UK, I try to go to Pizza Hut because they serve both regular and vegan options. The staff was friendly, the pizzas tasted fine and the salad bar was nice.

Visitamos mucho Pizza Hut teniendo niños pequeños, pero cuando visitamos el sábado no nos informaron sobre el nuevo servicio de pedidos, ni tampoco se firmó ningún lugar donde creo que debería estar, ya que es un gran cambio. Sin embargo, después de esperar 30 minutos para sentarme con mis hijos, uno de los cuales estaba discapacitado, me dijeron que tenía que levantarme nuevamente en el bar para pedir mi comida y bebida, y le expliqué que no podía dejar a mis hijos sin asistir a la mesa debido a su discapacidad y que no podía llevarlo en la cola ya que sería aún más angustiante para él. A lo que recibí una respuesta de disculpas por la política de la compañía, no hacemos pedidos de mesa. Básicamente, si tiene hijos autistas, no vaya a Pizza Hut, ya que la política de la compañía es no acomodar a personas con discapacidades.

Had a buffet deal what more to say was really nice enough choice for me and people I was with. Salad bar could do with be check on more just be full up etc but enjoy the salad I had.

Had the set menu, starter and main, with a drink all for £15.99, all well worth it. The decor is modern with most seating set as booth's so no bumping into anyone. Service was superb. Francine was my waitress and never made feel rushed, even when some one else brought my pizza when I was still on the starter. I visited at about 4.30 but on leaving about an hour later it was getting busy (there is a cinema just across from it).

Service was fast and efficient - the restaurant was virtually empty - but the pizza I ordered was not good. I have rarely eaten a pizza with so little topping. Hardly any cheese and barely any mushroom.

Admittedly I don't go here as often as I could because I'm not in that area of Liverpool, but on the isolated visits I have come, they've always been great and the food is delicious - love the unlimited refills of salad, soft drink and ice cream - only problem is over indulging as I found out! Oh well.

We stopped by about 4 on a Saturday and even though it was busy we were seated promptly by the manager on the door. We were looked after by a Holly who was very attentive and was always on hand to help. We got a sharing pizza meal deal for 2 and it was very tasty and prepared in a good time. The cheesy chips were definitely a good shout.

Not happy that we had our food before drinks. Was made to feel like staff didn't want us there. When our drinks did arrive after waiting half an hour they weren't the best, had not been mixed properly (as they were cocktails) apart from that, food was lovely :)

The £7.50pp lunch time buffet during the week is really good value if you're very hungry!The pizza and salad are regularly topped up with lots to choose from. The pasta is nice too, and you can go up as many times as you like!This pizza hut is warm and friendly with excellent staff who made us feel very welcome. We had to point out that out side dishes were sat on the pass ready to be delivered to us but that's a very small thing.Super impressed and very much enjoyed the chicken wings as a side dish! Very good value, especially if you have the buffet. Drinks are a bit pricey but you can easily get your moneys worth at the buffet!

I have been to this Pizza Hut twice and I think they have a serious problem with consistency. On the first occasion the Pizza was not excellent but good, on the second occasion the food barely edible. The dough was so boggy under knife and fork I could not be able to cut it easily but it saved me a journey to the gym later on. Alas I had to seek for heartburn remedy late in the evening. Pizza Hut gives 2 for 1 voucher if you are serious about dining out, just say "no" to this offer save yourself a lot of aggravation.

We wanted a quick bite but were not overly hungry so this turned out to be the perfect place. The ability to share and specify half and half toppings means everyone's tastes are catered for without spending a fortune. Lovely service too!

Abbiamo preso due pizze: una in pala con tonno, rucola, pomodorini e cipolla rossa, l'altra al piatto, con salame piccante, pollo e mozzarella e bordo ripieno di formaggio fuso. Possibilità di scegliere la tipologia della base pizza dalla più sottile alla più "alta". Esperienza che rifarei senz'altro. Locale ampio e personale gentile e attento.

Food was excellent, but let down by the service that was initially quick to get the main order. However it appears that once the staff have got your initial order you are forgotten about.

Very clean and modern branch with efficient, well mannered staff. Salad was fresh and constantly replenished, pizza delicious!

Call here pizzas were brilliant however the table and cutlery were disgusting. Also ordered two coffees which were horrible and came with desert spoons! Overall a bad experience perhaps better in the future.

Quickly popped in for a pizza on my break last Friday around 5.30pm on my own. Service was very quick and very very good. If I could remember the girls name that served me I would give her recommendation as she deserves it, very friendly, very helpful and very professional. Thank you

So me and my sister decided to go to Pizza Hut for my birthday. I have never been before shes been a few times before and is always recommending it to me.Got there at around 7pm and were seating right away. Very nice place. Small but lovely decore! Waitress explained deals that were on and the menu to us.We went for a half and half pizza, stuffed crust, cheesey fries, 2 bottles of Bud and a Mojito. Cheesey fries came first. Very nice, they put some smokey cheese sauce on top of them which was a nice touch. Got our drinks. Mojito was very nice. Cute glass aswell. Then the pizza cane. Stuffed crust half meat feast half cheese. Perfect!!! Couldnt eat all of it though we both took one slice back with us to the hotel. Only came to just under £40 left a tip because the gentleman was very friendly to us! Shall definitely be going to other Pizza Huts in the future.
