Went here on Friday with my friends for tea. Great location in the heart of Liverpool city centre with friendly and professional staff, great food and robots! Highly recommended!! :)

The service and food was perfect. The customer service from Kyle was also fantastic.

Went for dinner on new year's eve food was amazing, delicious (especially the Indian and Chinese) and hot, staff worked really hard and it had a great atmosphere full of families and my son loved the robot.

The truth is that it is very expensive for what they offer, being an all-you-can-eat buffet. All fried foods and almost £70 that we paid for the 2 and soft drinks, little selection, the truth is that for the same price we have a meal of much better quality in any other restaurant, a little scammed it made me feel... it would be good if they served more variety of sushi and not just fried food

Came here for a friends birthday lunch. The prawns tasted like rubber and the potatoes were badly seasoned. Moreover, the mac and cheese although tasty was over salted and difficult to eat. The refillable drink options although being unique, didn’t offer much variation. There was not many desert options and they do not accommodate much to those who are gluten free. The staff however were very helpful and kind which made the experience worth it.

There was a query at the reception and no one there for about 5min to sort it out, the food was tasty but some dishes were cold😕 No one came to collect dirty plates from us for about half an hour but staff was nice and polite....

Today (29/12/2024) there are no scallops in the Teppanyaki area and no chocolate fountain in the dessert area. Cosmo in Manchester and Bon in Liverpool have more food styles and larger environments. If I were to choose again, I would choose the other two

We were seated quickly food was okay some was cold some was hot. Expensive for the quality of food.

Had a beautiful experience. Especially with one of the staff name JAN who had excellent customer service. Wish all restaurants had staff like him.

Been waiting to try this place and finally got there today. Can't say I'll be rushing back, food is "ok" but definitely nothing to get excited about. Custard was freezing cold. Staff definitely not the friendliest, they look far from happy in their job.

Had a lovely night yesterday with my husband food is great for the price, also there was two birthday celebrations and the staff took part. The service is great lovely staff we did have a young lad I think is name was Kyle very polite and respectful I will go back and recommend to my friends and family.

We went as a group of 6, they originally put us in a really awkward seating area and allowed us to move seats to benefit us. The servers are amazing but the restaurant feels a little small and everyone bumps into each other. The prawns are a little tough and the rice is hard but overall it has something for everyone.

We're a family party of 5 adults, out for a celebration birthday lunch for our youngest granddaughter. All have different food preferences, so we were delighted with the range of choices available to us. And 'because it was there' we all tried something unusual and unfamiliar... Yum 😋 The setting is spacious and beautiful, and we were very well treated. We all agreed it is the best buffet we've experienced. Thank you COSMO ☺️

Love the food! Specifically sushi… and love the bottomless drink… worth it

Wanted to try this place for some time but now wish that I hadn't bothered. The food was like warm at best would of been better getting a ready meal from the shop having it at home. The staff sit you down then go and have a conversation with each other as our waiting for drinks. They have you pay up from this is because you wouldn't want to pay full price for the experience that I had.

Visited Cosmo on the 13th of December with friends, Got severed by a lovely server called Krishna. Krishna was so pleasant and friendly such a lovely guy. Food was amazing and great quality. Definitely recommend !! x

The food was horrible and the staff I saw chatting for 10 mins before they made themselves look busy . The ice cream that my husband had had no flavour. The only up side is if you have a lift.will not come back here

Expand the choices and stop the ridiculous 2 choices only at the cook station (e.g. one meat OR fish, noodles making up the second choice). The noodles and veg should not be counted as a choice, as thats like saying fish in batter is 2 choices).

Food is lovely! Everything was cooked well and everything is set out nicely. The sushi bar amazing! Very busy though but we did go at 5pm on a Friday. Not really my thing being too busy but it is what it is 😊 The waiter krishna was a top bloke. Noticed he kept up with everyone and keeping tables clean and ready for the next customer. The robots are definitely going to take over the world one day and I'm okay with that. Thank you for a nice evening

Krishna was a fantastic server and very attentive throughout our visit. He answered any questions we had and kept our table clean throughout our visit. We also had lovely food with great selection of hot food and cuisines with a lovely desert selection.

We had a wonderful time at Cosmo. Krishna took care care of us and he was delightful. We got to try different types of cuisines and the kids loved the various deserts and icecream options.

Good selection of delicious food and bottomless refills on soft drinks! Great atmosphere even on a busy Saturday! And discount for nhs staff! Would like to see a charcuterie section though!

went at 12.30-1pm and it was not as packed as i imagined it to be!! the moment we stepped into the place, the guy by the reception was very welcoming and friendly. the service itself was efficient as our empty plates were taken almost immediately, probably because it was still early in the afternoon. the food was alright, i personally love the indian food more than the rest. the sushi wasn't impressive because the taste of vinegar in the rice was quite strong! chinese cuisine sometimes tasted a bit bland, the char siu was cut in a bigger and thicker piece which made it hard to chew at times. kung pao chicken on the other hand was great imo. starters were simple and excellent though! but the hot wings were a bit dry and hard to bite into, they also tasted quite burnt 😬 place itself was great and quiet, felt very comfortable sitting in there.

Was very disappointing, after seeing a tiktok video I thought we'd try it food was poor and not much taste and the deserts looked fantastic but didn't live up to expectation , not sure who had the idea of replacing fruit in the Eaton mess with cheap haribo replicas but was a awful idea..

Very poor for a buffet restaurant in terms of food! The decor and building was lovely and a nice atmosphere, other than that it was rubbish unfortunately. Majority of the food was cold/not warm enough. Not many choices available whatsoever. Food options were not replenished often enough for the amount of people dining there. Barely anything at all for the desserts, it was pretty much empty when my group went to get a plate (25 mins before slot ended) A better recommendation would be Panda mami in Chester

As a family of 15 we dinned at your restaurant last night 1st November 2024 the food was awful most contains were empty, no ice cream as machine was out of order, chips freezing cold waiter came to are table with about 10 plates to pile ours on top and spilt some the food on our table, dropped dirty cutlery and some of the food on my chair that had my coat on, this was are first time visiting and we payed £21 pp plus no dessert we will not be back and definitely never recommend it to friends or family

Been to loads of Cosmo restaurants up and down the country and this one was a bit of a disappointment. Food was cold even though it was replenished quite regularly and was covered. I had a bbq rib and a burger from the live cooking bit - rib was very chewy, the burger was really nice. Food selection was decent, the restaurant itself was clean and tidy. I was amazed they had robot waiters! Was so cool seeing it whizzing around and even singing happy birthday!

Although the restaurant was busy, the staff were very helpful and understanding. We had a booking for 21 people, but at least 10 were late due to the traffic. However, the staff had kept their seats until they arrived, and were very attentive when needed
