First time trying. Waitress Kris was very jolly and polite Food was ok liked the Chinese food but the Indian side was a let down ( I like curry) but the curry wasn't very appetizing. I will go again but give the Indian meal side a miss. But the rest was nice

Jason was an incredible server! Made the visit very warm and welcome from the very first second walking in. He is a credit to the restaurant, I’ve been on previous visits but this was by far the best and that was down to Jason (the one with the mullet incase you have another server called Jason). Food was fresh and the teppanyaki and dim sum were excellent. Atmosphere was great but I do think that was mainly down to Jason too. The chefs were lovely to speak to also very friendly!

Although the food variety was very inclusive, we found the freshness of the food and quality to be lacking but the deserts were very good which evens it out. Our youngest wasn't able to eat much due to her allergies but service was exceptional and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, many thanks to Ray and the team.

Don't go within the last 2 hours , very little food was put out and only limited desserts , when I asked why they said there would be no sense in putting food out for the last few hours as it would only be wasted, still took the £109.95 for 5 of us though

Food was good (not excellent) and staff were friendly. But they seemed to be short staffed - no one was picking up used plates, clean plates were rare and dishes were slow to be replenished. But overall, it's decent !

Our local cosmo in Scotland is not great, but I tried the Liverpool central one and it is alot better. Everything was very clean, not sticky handles etc. Only issue there was only one choice of pizza (sweetcorn) and the man serving it said he was not making any more as away on break. Not a big deal as we still ate other foods and desserts but would have been nice to try some pizza. The dessert cakes were lovely. Will return when back in Liverpool.

Food was ok, felt terrible about an hour afterwards though. Wouldn’t say it was worth £80 for 2 adults & 2 children either.

Just returned From Cosmo in Liverpool One with my two daughters, I have to say how disappointed we were, we booked for 12 noon, the Restaurant it's self was clean, the staff welcoming but the food was barely warm, no excuse for it as the Restaurant had only just opened at Noon we expected better, I guess I'll have to rethink before I recommend it to family and friends. I don't think I can add any more. Very Disappointed 😞

This place is amazing. We went twice to the one in Liverpool. Plymouth needs a COSMO!!!!! Food is stunning, so much choice. Very good value for money.

Went there with my children cost £80 food was disgusting an bland. Didn't even have £80 worth ended up leaving because even my kids didn't like it! Waste of money. Waste of time

Other than the super salty salt and pepper wings and the fact that the waitress automatically charged us the optional service charge, I enjoyed my visit to Cosmo and the variety of food met everyone's needs in the group. I also really enjoyed my passionfruit cooler mocktail 😋

Great place we go often . Probably the best all u can eat on Merseyside. Bit more pricey but get wat u pay for .

Came here for a meal with a friend and the food tasted alright however all through that night and the next day we both had stomach cramps and diarrhoea. I don't leave reviews very often but with how we were both feeling after it seems necessary.

Food was cold it's just no bits it's all of it. We went Saturday afternoon and another family member went Sunday afternoon both times food was cold

It’s multi choice buffet restaurant and most to mention is the live kitchen for fresh steak, shrimp and chicken as well burger. All type of cuisine is available. Very busy restaurant especially during the weekend.

This Cosmos is not as good as some of their other ones. The food is tasteless and needed more replenishment as many of the dishes were empty of nearly so. This was at 6.30 in the evening so not at the end of the day.

My name is Kelly I came to cosmos yesterday with my daughter who has ASD and serve depression she is 14 years old just some background for last 2 years we haven be able to get my daughter to school most of the time even out her room her mental health has been that crazy she has suffered so much its heartbreaking to watch. A pilgrimage to lourdes has been arranged to help he make steps to go into public places and be around people I begged my daughter yesterday to come for food and clothes to liverpool so at around 1pm we went into cosmo when we entered not a person was in site and the restaurant was really quiet there was a table for 6 almost immediately as I entered my daughter sat stright down in relief a couple minutes later a young man came over very abrupt telling me to move we couldn't sit I explained the circumstances how it was a massive deal us managing to even get in there and my daughter needed to be as far away from Crowd and by door if you suffer mental heath anioxty you will no how hard it is at times when you cant face life as any manager would imagine they would be so happy we have felt confident in there restaurant but not this man iv never in my life experienced this he's was horrendous went on to say if people come in 6s they need this table. The restaurant was empty it was Monday at 12pm I asked for the manager he said he was the manager his name was tyla my daughter then started to panic madly so we had to leave tyla wasn't going to let us sit even after being told all of my daughter conditions several times I'm going to the papers about this I'm discussed how we was treated my daughter got straight in taxi and is now refusing to go to loudes the work to get her to this point and having faith in cosmo was for nothing that man wants to be ashamed of himself if you have anyone in your group with asd I'd avoid this place deeply I can't believe iv even that to write this in my own city its shamful

I had a great lunch here 3 months ago. The food was surprisingly good and tasty. However, it would be sad and disappointed when I went again yesterday. The staff were nice overall speaking. The gentleman there welcomed us with a smile. The girl helped us to places the order were friendly. My table was rocking and the other girl allowed me to change to other table although she was a bit unhappy. The food was the main disappointed. The hot dishes were not hot. Some maybe warm after refilled but mostly were cool and even cold. The mashed potatoes and pasta were cold. The corn soup smelt burnt. I was not sure whether the chef had been changed. It is a pity that such a beautiful restaurant not serving the hot dishes in hot. Honestly the taste were not bad. I hope it would improved as I really love this restaurant.

Booked a table for 8:15, paid over £50 with drinks to dine, which was fine. What food we had was very nice, but quite a few of the help yourself food holders were very low on items and had to ask for some items to be replenished, which in fairness they did, we knew it closed at 10pm but felt very rushed after 9:15 staff very busy cleaning and resetting tables for next day opening, nobody said anything but they we're cleaning around us, I'm sure its a very different experience if you visit earlier, if they had told us that food may be a little lower than normal and it wad winding down that would have been fine, but again they should charge a little less for a later sitting! wouldn't book again for an evening meal but may consider an afternoon sitting

Really disappointed in my visit. Not a lot of selection already compared to other locations I have visited but in addition to this a lot of the dishes were empty for the duration we were there, even after asking for them to be filled. Meat was really dry and looked like it had been sat somewhere for a while. Put me off visiting again

Wasn't happy at all 22 of us went here and every1 of us had a refund.....manager was really nice waiters n waitresses where lovely but some of the kitchen staff where very rude n abrupt will never recommend or return

Went at 5.30 pm and some dishes were obviously been there too long, inedible. Those dishes which were popular were quite good. For pre theatre food not bad at all.

Our waiters name was Chevy, he seemed new but was a great waiter and very attentive. Not much can be said about the rest though. Most staff were stood talking to one another. Doesn't give a great impression. The food was disappointing. Been to the derby one before and had no complaints. We went at 6, the bottomless drinks consisted of soda water, zero coke and fanta. The food was either cold or just disappointing. I would've been more satisfied going to Mcdonalds. Was starving when I got there and was starving when I left. Disappointing.

I didn’t really enjoyed it that much. Firstly the food was "Exceptionally Amazing" and on-point. It was quite crowded, but a bit okay, There was a lot wrong with their staff service, but the most I can say is that they had a large percentage of "Unmannered" and "Unprofessional" Staff. The reception was a bit okay, but they need improvement

Treat all you can eat experience. Megan felt there should be dr pepper but there was a wide selection of self serve bottomless drinks

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cosmo Restaurant in Liverpool for their Sunday afternoon buffet, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, making it difficult to choose a favorite. The ambiance of the restaurant was decent, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that enhanced the overall dining experience. One of the highlights of our visit was the adorable AI-powered robot that added a unique and modern touch to the service. It was both efficient and charming, making the meal even more memorable.

A great place that has gone downhill ....shame as it was really good.

Sat 6 of us, 3 on 1 bench against a wall, and the other side rammed against the table behind us and 2 tables with families to the sides of us. When both people on the inside of the table wanted to get up to go to the buffet, that involved the other 4 on our table having to get up, disturb the 3 people behind and 2 on the side of us, who all had to walk a few tables up the restaurant to get out of the way. Ridiculous

Firstly the cost. It really does depend on when you go as to how much money you will fork out. Friday and Saturday evenings mean you can be spending an extra £5 per person compared to cheaper times. One of the things I really hate, and happens in other places is the "Oh sorry I just put it through" We tried to use the blue light discount, and because we asked after she had hit a button it could not be applied. This could be done by refunding and charging at the new rate, but no.... That looses them money and won't do that. One reason why we won't go back. The food, the food was good, not as big a selection as you would think, but enough to make you think you travelled to at least 2 different countries. The pizzas claimed to be 4 types, but you would be hard pushed to tell them apart visually. The staff. This is where I think the place shines. Apart from the payment part they were attentive and rapid. In a place like this members of the public think it's ok to leave a mess, lack any care for other people and are in it for themselves. The amount of times the ice-cream machine was over flowing with ice-cream in the overflow tray was shocking. No it was not one over flow left for hours, it was a new one left by some selfish punter. But the staff were there to clean up and keep everything tidy. You could walk up to the food stations and feel like you were always the first person there, never any left spillage, dropped tatta tots, or anything like that. It was always cleaned up way before you even noticed. This I feel is a great thing to be proud of. The robots.... There were robots? Yes, you most likely would not have seen them. They are not even spoken of. When we were looking to go, we were told "the robots serve you!". Now you could go the route of the staff being robots due to the nature of their job, however, no, they are not the robots. Think robot vacuum cleaner with trays stuck to the top of it. I don't know how the service works, but it may be an app, or even if there is an extra cost to this service, but basically the robot turns up with drinks. I would suggest think ahead, because for the robot to travel 20 metres takes an age. Not because it's slow, it's because it has to stop and apologise every 10cm because good ol' Joe Public don't care about them and keep cutting it up, and the sensor processes it as an obstruction and has to stop and play a random apology in a cute voice. I will tell you now, when AI takes over those robots are gonna be taking names. I would not say it's a bad place, just a bit pricey for what it was. Even at the cheaper times it's still a fair bit of eating to get your money's worth.

Tried this place for a second time,first time was good well today it was the worst food I've had,tasteless, bones in one of the chicken dishes 🤮. Service was good. Last night I woke up sever cramping in my stomach and today. It was the only thing I had ate yesterday. Avoid at all costs

Very nice place great food a little bit expensive but it is in the city centre of Liverpool.

Great all you can eat buffet, however fewer choices of cuisines than other Cosmo restaurants especially the one in Belfast where options are endless and the buffet is twice the size. Good price but only if you can eat your moneys worth, we thought £7 for a Coke (refillable) was steep. Nevertheless great same quality of food. Unfortunately the robot had a mental breakdown.

The family took me here for my 50th birthday I have never been here before but the choice and all different types of food was amazing it really made my day special being able to accommodate fussy eaters plus the big eaters being a buffet all you can eat with refillable soft drinks. Do NOT use this restaurant, it is truly awful. WAITED 10 minutes to pay then did not see a server all evening, used plates not cleared. Very loud music. We arrived at 19.50 and told we had the tsble for 90 minures, at 20.40 we were told that he food was coming off and we were to leave by 21.00. There was a distinct lack of food choices and itemsnot in stock eg calamari. The food was barely luke warm. There was no beef curry and when it arrived it was inedible the food presentation was very poor. The fish soup had one prawn! We spoke to the manager as we were being encouraged to leave. He was very nice,apologised and offered a free meal tomorrow night,wild horses would not drag us back! This is highlway robbery and Cosmo needs to do something about this place. £50 down the drain. Between my wife and I we had no more than one plate of food BETWEEN us.As we are o our first holiday trip to Liverpool it was a bummer.

I had the pleasure of visiting COSMO All You Can Eat World Buffet Restaurant in Liverpool last Friday, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The price of £15.99 was incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food provided. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I will definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal in Liverpool.

Always love going to Cosmos when we are in Liverpool there is a great selection of food, from chips and pizza, to Chinese, curry's, mac and cheese, roast veg, Yorkshires, sushi and seafood, its busy every time we go but the food is nice, they have a lovely waiting area and they have robots that serve you drinks!

Horrendous. Paid £32 for two with tap water. Bug in my water the second it arrived. Food was disgusting and tasted cheap and cold. Barely vegetarian options and some stuff are not labelled. I am a vegetarian and ate a chicken pizza as it was just cheese on show with no labels. Me and my partner immediately felt sick and i threw up within 5 minutes of eating my food. I want my money back. I will be taking this further, i have all the evidence. Flies everywhere and very unhygienic. Avoid. Food and hygiene rating is 2 ⭐️. VILE

A wide range of extremely tasty food can get extremely busy, but that just shows how great the venue is. You are left alone by the staff, but you know they are always on hand if you need anything

First time at Cosmo and what a mixture of different foods. Really enjoyed it, a little too much having 4 plates full might have been a rookie mistake. We were sat right of the bar which was quiet no kids 🙏 however, as it was busy trying to navigate through people queuing coming in and the bar and running around kids needed the most skilled plate holder routine. Other than that I would return.
