The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

A questa caffetteria do il massimo perché non c'è stato nessun difetto. Personale gentile, il caffè è buono, e dolci gustosi. La sala è molto spaziosa con tanti posti a sedere. Se vi trovate in zona non potete non provare il loro tiramisù.

Hemos estado un par de veces en Opera y realmente disfrutamos Siempre miro las críticas y algunas no tan buenas Sin embargo La comida pre-moldeada de esta noche fue excelente gambas al ajo, bruschetta , mordiscos de mozzarella y arancini todo absolutamente encantador no podía faltar en todos los platos principales 2 tenía espaguetis mi esposa comentó lo bueno que era mi lasaña una vez agin me pareció extremadamente bueno Sue tenía panqueques de marisco que dijo que era delicioso, así que no podíamos culpar El servicio de la señora que nos atendió fue extremadamente acogedor y educado y el joven era de primera clase muy educado y servicial Así que en nuestra opinión realmente disfrutamos y sin duda volveremos de nuevo gracias equipo Opera

Popped in here for lunch as it looked busy and cosy from the outside. We both had wild mushrooms - hen of the woods, king oyster etc. with garlic on toasted sourdough. Most delicious and a generous portion. Would definitely come back here.

pizza was normal. i think they just need to hire more service staff. need to order extra and i'm like monkey on an isolated island need to keep waving to get attention

We visited for lunch and decided to order on the app, but it was at odds with what was on the physical menu and no pasta dishes showing, which is what we specifically came for, so we ended up ordering at the till instead. Unfortunately, there was only ravioli available from the pasta section so I had that which was delicious. We didn’t try any cakes as there were so many peanut ones which was disappointing as I’m severely allergic. I wasn’t a huge fan of the strawberry milkshake I had but the service was quicker than when we came last time and I do like the setting of the café.

I Stay at this hotel all the time and have used the Marco Pierre white restaurant a lot. Have held off writing a review up to now but I think it’s time to come clean. Sadly, the quality of the way the food is cooked is not what you expect a restaurant of such an esteemed restaurant patron to be. I generally have the 12oz filet steak, or pasta. I must have had a steak here 10 times over the past couple of years and I’d say that it has only ever been cooked correctly as requested once, it’s either over cooked, undercooked, but never how I’ve asked for it. It even turned up once completely sliced which I sent back. If you are staying at this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend the food here, a pizza maybe but that’s difficult to mess up. There are better places to eat in the high street and have a better experience. Now that you also have to pay car parking it turns out to be a very expensive dinner experience trust me.

All this place is an absolute fake. The board placed outside describes something you will not have. The “orange juice from fresh squeezed oranges” comes from a plastic bottle placed in the fridge and it tastes disgusting. “Smoothy from fresh fruit” is coming from some frozen staff which didn’t recognised as fruit. Had a look behind the bar and it is a complete mess: dirty mugs and glasses everywhere and ice cubes container left opened against any hygiene rule in food premises. Not recommended

Lovely place & cocktails. Food average. Salad not very exciting, a lot of yellow Iceberg lettuce . My husband had items missing from his meal that should have been included, as per the menu specification. Will try again, though. Staff were attentive.

Came here in search for a dinner after shocking service at Carrington Grill. After a very warm welcome, our food was served within minutes and tasted delicious. The cocktail selection was vast and the drinks were equally delicious. Highly recommend.

Not surprised this restaurant has closed. They describe their cuisine as fine dining but they obviously do not understand what fine dining is. Slow service, dreadful pizza with undercooked dough (how come they can't produce a good pizza in an Italian restaurant?), tough chicken, lukewarm vegetables. Poor choice for vegetarians.

I can see why the reviews are so mixed, we ordered a takeaway of 2 pizzas and olives with breads and one pizza was ok the other not so great, overall you could probably get a better pizza in Asda, the olives and breads were good but would expect much better with the pizza.

worst & cheat people specially they make relations with criminals by opening more than half a dozen companies in UK,UAE,India & Ukrain. They took advance payments and running away.

Have been here often for lunch. There is quite a range of food, from focaccia, to pasta, to salads. It can be a bit pricey but you pay for quality I guess!

My husband and I had a wonderful meal this evening, was heading into town when we walked past the restaurant which caught our eye and decided to give it a try. So glad we did. Three courses all amazing. Staff were very attentive. Will be definitely returning.
