A questa caffetteria do il massimo perché non c'è stato nessun difetto. Personale gentile, il caffè è buono, e dolci gustosi. La sala è molto spaziosa con tanti posti a sedere. Se vi trovate in zona non potete non provare il loro tiramisù.

Very convenient location close to Oxford Circus. Great ambience and friendly welcoming staff. Plenty of choices for coffee, tea and snacks. Would definitely recommend.

Nice pastries and great coffee when it came but 10-minute wait for it not acceptable - no apology, no "let me get that for you now"

Just wanted a quick coffee before a concert at nearby Wigmore Hall. Quite irritating, therefore, to be given the choice of either a take away or table service. Fortunately W’s able to give my order of a double espresso and a chocolate chip pastry to the waitress without having to wait for a menu. The pastry came relatively quickly followed by the coffee which was a little too strong for my liking.

we called in late morning to shelter from the rain and had a coffee. the staff were so nice we returned later in the afternoon. there is seating outside, inside and an upstairs area. very clean.

Well came across this place completely by accident as bus didn't go down Oxford Street and very glad too. Absolutely superb coffee, cafe is really nicely set out, reminded us of a large version of small cafes you get in Italy. Serves alcohol too but not it's focus. You can buy Illy stuff but tucked away in the corner. 100% this is now our coffee place of choice in the West End.Give the chains a miss and try here...

After my little abortive campaign, I visited this crowded yet cozy cafe and enjoyed a cup of intense double Espresso before cascading it down with a big cup of hot chocolate. The bitter sweet tastes of these two drinks comforted me. And the staff members at Illy's were attentive and helpful.

Esta es mi cafetería favorita, está muy bien decorada y el servicio es profesional. Las camareras son amables y cuidan a los huéspedes, hay muchas otras cafeterías para aquellos que se quejan de este lugar, vayan a otro lado para que no haya malas vibraciones cuando visiten los que no se quejan.

I am a regular customer since 2015-16. I have plenty of meetings here and my clients and I pay the bills like every body. It's more than a year I try to order an almond croissant. It's more than a year I have been told that is just finished. No matter if it's 10:00am or 12:00pm. When you ask for a cream croissant.. you don't get even that one. Same broken disk to hear again and again. At my question, if you finish the croissant at ten o clock why don't you make more of them in the morning? Today someone who pretends to be a floor supervisor has got also the courage to tell me it's not up to me to decide what they should prepare or not. Now ... forgetting the fact I have a master degree in finance and this person clearly doesn't, why these products are on the card and never available?? I confirm this is my last visit, I can't cancel three meetings I will have here today, but I will not come back again to be ruled out by a very impolite service manager. And this is a manager??

Probamos el café con leche de naranja y almendras y fue la primera vez que probamos la experiencia del "aroma de café". Tenemos dos tazas pequeñas cubiertas, una con extracto de almendras y la otra con extracto de naranja, algunas almendras y pequeñas rodajas de naranja. Tuvimos que comenzar comiendo una almendra y luego oler el aroma de una taza y proceder con la rodaja de naranja y el extracto de naranja. Esto nos ayudaría a sentir las 16 notas diferentes del café. La camarera fue muy amable al explicárnoslo. También tienen un interesante "candelabro de copa". Creo que es una gran decoración. I’ve been visiting London for many years. Every time I need a good coffee, I’m heading to this illy coffee shop

Non servono l’espresso al banco con la scusa che è troppo piccolo, ci siamo seduti e si sono dimenticati la nostra ordinazione. Dopo che una cameriera ci richiede cosa avevamo ordinato ci porta due espressi freddi per la “modica” spesa di £ 4.20.

Mi trovo a londra per vacanza e la quotidianita del caffe non esiste. Decido quindi di andare a prendere un caffe da un brand italiano, saranno state le mie aspettative eccessive, ma non credo che il prezzo che ho pagato per questi caffè rispecchia il vero valore ne tanto meno un marchio di eccellenza italiana come la Illy.

Paramos a tomar un café y un té rápido, nos sirvieron con una sonrisa y el té y el café eran geniales. Un montón de asientos aquí planta baja y arriba. Hacen bocadillos y repostería variada. Bien situado en la calle Regent, el servicio es bastante rápido si tiene prisa.

リージェントストリートオックスフォードサーカスの奥に位置します。天気の良い日はテラス席が混雑してます。店内は二階もあります。一階はサンドイッチやサラダなどが並び、持ち帰る人も多いようです。イリーの名の通り、エスプレッソがいただけます。その他にも紅茶などがあり、メニューの数が多いです。カプチーノやラテのほかにも、オリジナルメニューの小さいグラスのエスプレッソメニューもあります。昼時は人で混雑してますが、店員さんの数も多く、目が行き届いています。味も、他のロンドンのチェーン店　（某黒と青の店、赤色のお店）よりはおいしく、値段も高いです。店内は落ち着く雰囲気ですが、トイレが男女共同一つしかありません。混んでるときは入れないかも。

Service incredibly slow and disorganised. As an Italian I was totally didappointed about coffee. We had a marocchino which has nothing similar to a real one, more a bad copy of a cappuccino! Never again!

I don't think there was an instance where we were looking for a waiter for more than a few seconds before someone came to check if everything was ok! The food was also very delicious (would definitely recommend the tiramisu) and of course, great coffee (very important)

He ido a Londres por muchas décadas, pero sólo encontramos esta cafetería hace 3 años y ahora es mi primera parada en cada viaje a Londres. Los techos altos con la hermosa pieza "tazas de café" que es el centro de suspensión en el centro de la cafetería y el personal está bien capacitado y atento al ambiente de la cafetería. Café delicioso, perectly molido y la temperatura adecuada, se sirve con un vaso de agua italiana verdadera! Su aguacate y pollo panini es buena y la tarta de queso oreo es delicioso.

I have been living in London for more than a decade and because my job I confess I usually visit many cafe' restaurants and hotels with facilities for job meetings. I, therefore, avoid places where there is too much confusion and a bad management. That's it... Illy is a perfect place where to meet clients, colleagues or friends. The coffee in Regent St is sublime and the management and service are excellent. Also the guys or girls on the floor service are well trained and they fit very well with the typical international standards but they also keep the nice Italian smile to welcome people. In the case a little matter, no problem the general manager is 24/7 ready to suppport the clientele.

I have to admit I've been a bit of a sheep and gone to the regular coffee shops but the coffee here doesnt even compare. The smooth coffee, even the latte milk was thick and not just full of bubbles! Loved it!

All three of us loved the premises. Huge windows provide natural light, while uplighters supplement this without being too bright. The café is large and attractively decorated, with contemporary art on the walls and a spectacular ascending spiral of coffee cups and saucers providing a superb centre piece decoration. We decided to go upstairs as we wanted to discuss some detailed plans away from the main activity below.

If you are going to enjoy and I mean really enjoy a coffee, then the best Italian coffee you can find is Illy and this place has it. The best cup of espesso I have ever found in London.

Stopped into Ily for their advertised "Aperitivo time" at around 6pm on Friday night. No problem with the 2 quite good Aperol spritz at £8.00 each. However, the promised complementary food was, quite frankly, an embarrassment. While we didn't expect a lavish buffet (hey, this is London!), the dried up pieces of pastry smeared with tomato paste provided were just sad. I think the learning point here is: If you are not going to do it properly, don't do it at all.,

As an Italian person living abroad I thought it would have been nice to pop in this place to bring some memories back and taste a good coffee but I couldn't have been more wrong.

I stopped into the Illy Cafe on Regent Street around 4:30 on a weeknight, and it was jam packed. At first I sat on a stool against the window, but when someone got up and left I managed to snag their table. A lot of table snagging was going on this night. There simply weren't enough seats to accommodate everyone who wanted to come in. So people circled and hovered, which is never appealing. Aside from that, however, the food and coffee were good and my server was very friendly and attentive.

Ci siamo recati nel pomeriggio in questo locale. Era venerdi 10 novembre pomeriggio. Volevamo salire al piano superiore,; purtroppo non ci è stato consentito da un cameriere alto che parlava un inglese scarso. Non si è riuscito a spiegare tra un cinque minuti si chiude la sala superiore o in cinque minuti ci sarebbe stato concesso di salire. Ci siamo fermati correttamente ai piedi della scala. Mentre aspettavamo gente continuava a salire senza che nessuno del personale dicesse nula (due camerieri alti). A quel punto abbiamo chiesto "lùmi" e solo in questo caso il secondo cameriere è riuscito a spiegarci in inglese che il piano superiore avrebbe chiuso dopo cinque minuti..... Nel frattempo la gente continuava a salire e venivano portati al piano superiore piattini con cioccolatini e dolcetti vari. Avremmo voluto accomodarci al piano terra; purtroppo non c'era un posto. Ce ne siamo andati completamente insoddisfatti e umiliati per il comportamento disdicevole di uno dei due camerieri. I sorrisini scorti da fuori il locale li ho notati. Parliamo bene l'inglese. Insegnassero a chi lavora in quel contesto la lingua inglese. Non parlo per tutto il personale, perchè in passato eravamo già stati lì e ci eravamo trovati bene. Alla luce di quanto accaduto non ci torneremo più.

Really enjoy the quality of the cappuccinos here, but the staff all seem to be really busy with other customers, it happened last time I was here and they totally forgot about our food order.

Key friendly location with engaging, patient staff. Had an excellent cappuccino then later an Italian ham and cheese croissant. I was meeting someone, but it was an ideal location to drink, eat and work as it had been earlier in the year. There are some dreadful places nearby, but this as pure authentic Unpretentious Italian. Bravo!

Nessuno viene a prendere l’ordine ...mi alzo e vado dentro a chiedere di ordinare... arriva una cameriera quasi seccata alla quale chiedo due caffè e un croissant ...arrivano i due caffè ma nn il croissant...la cameriera sparisce... beviamo i caffè e dopo 10 minuti chiedo il conto. Scontrino due caffè e un croissant ...faccio notare al ragazzo che nn ho ricevuto tutto...torna la stessa ragazza che ha preso l’ordine chiedendomi se lo voglio take away...grazie no rispondo (ormai il caffè è bevuto) le porgo 20 pound..va dentro... sparita ...vado a prendermi il resto io dopo 10 minuti..lei è indaffarata dietro al banco...mi sarei aspettata almeno delle scuse visto il disguido ma nulla...ottimo il caffè, bello il locale farei un po’ più attenzione al cliente .

Nice please closed to Oxford Circus tube station. Staff friendly and polite, especially Giovanni and Elena, they are very professional. Here you can drink a really italian espresso. Also you can eat variety of food ( pasta, salads, sandwiches, cakes pastries etc....) . Just try it!!! Highly recommended

Après une journée bien chargée en visites, il est temps de faire un break comme on dit en franglais et donc de se pauser quelque part. Du côté de Régent Street, rue commerçante s'il en est, fameuse pour son architecture typique et ses boutiques, nous optons pour cette enseigne au nom d'une marque de café réputée. Est-ce l'esprit de Carnaby Street, situé non loin du carrefour, et d'un Swinging London revival, mais les Londoniens, toutes nationalités confondues, s'attablent pour prendre ce que bon leur semble à toute heure (en tout cas en ce vendredi où nous nous y trouvions, d'une belle fin d'après-midi automnale aux couleurs d'un été indien). Ce Five o'clock libertaire nous donne à voir des consommateurs parlant plusieurs langues et dégustant aussi bien des pâtisseries, des glaces que des salades accompagnées indistinctement de bières, de café, de thé ou de jus d'orange. Cette tour de Babel gastronomique nous incite à nous désaltérer d'un Apérol Spritz (boisson italienne d'influence autrichienne) qui nous sera servi avec des mignardises salées et sucrées ce qui est une excellente surprise. Quoique installés en terrasse, sur le trottoir (pour "sniffer" notre bol d'air impur londonien et apprécier le flot des cabs et bus rouges à impériale), nous poussons l'excursion jusqu'à l'intérieur (vaste hall) très clair et décoré d'une immense réclame pour le café Illy. Tout ça donne une ambiance gentiment décontracté et le service y est diligent. Justement, la diligence nous attendait, un petit tour à Carnaby street et nous sautons dans un cab avant de prendre le train de retour, à Paddington Station. Si vous passez par ici, shopping oblige, passez par Illy, ça vaut vraiment la peine.

The welcome and service here was good, An interesting small selection of snacks and food combinations that actually worked and were tasty, coffee and tea were also good as one would expect here, crockery was stylish.. Be warned there is only one toilet for quite a large establishment.During my visit I realised this was the old Boosey and Hawkes flagship music shop in years gone by, a world famous establishment

We stopped in Illy several times as it's a close walk from The Langham Hotel. What a cool, hip, funky coffee house; with great food options. We enjoyed sandwiches, pasta, and bakery delights. A very international staff, all who greeted and treated us warmly. Sorry Starbucks, I found Illy the perfect coffee meeting place. If I had both of these side by side in the USA, I would always choose Illy. Kevin

I have been going to Illy for 9 months nearly every day. The quality of the products they sell – be it coffee or food – is simply excellent. They provide students with a 10% discount and this has made me save a lot of money this year. It is also the best place to have a typical 6 pm Italian aperitivo: where can you find a £6 Spritz in London? And, moreover, a selection of delicious Italian food is included in the cost of the drink! The atmosphere is cosy and friendly, whether you sit down, relax and have something to drink or you are in a hurry and grab a takeaway Americano. Shout out to the staff, always friendly, nice and very professional; especially Vesna, a wonderful manager. Thank you guys, you have always made me feel at home during the 9 months of my MA.

И в заведение на тот момент было всего 3-4 столика .Но спустя мин 7-10 все же решились !! А так в принципе ради хорошего кофе можно и подождать .

Nulla da eccepire sul caffè, buonissimo come a casa.Il locale è veramente bello e spazioso e come se non bastasse situato a Regent Street.Unica pecca il fatto che ci sia un solo bagno e per di più misto, con conseguente coda.Ah, i camerieri sono tutti rigorosamente italiani.

This is a great spot for a business meeting in an area where it's hard to find a coffee shop offering good coffee, prompt attentive table service and a quiet table with space to sit.Loads of seating. Tables - particularly upstairs are not too close to each other - ideal for business meet.Lots of unusual coffee flavours / combos, iced coffee etc.Was impressed by the service too - friendly welcome on arrival. Will definitely visit.

What a great venue. Modern yet quirky especially with the chandelier of cups and saucers. The service was outstanding with extremely helpful waiting staff - nothing seemed too much trouble. The coffee is really enjoyable, better than Costa, Starbucks, etc and the ambience and atmosphere are exceptional. A definite for a return visit.

I work in central London and I come here quite often to grab a coffee before getting at work! Place can get busy sometimes since we are in Regent Street but I never passed by unnoticed, there is always someone ready to welcome you and/or open the door for you (a special Thank you to Mary!). I personally never had any problem with my orders since the service was fast,attentive and friendly (Simone and Eugenia are true baristas, I love their coffees and their latte arts is a plus!). The Manager Vesna is always attentive, friendly and professional! She likes going extra mile for her guests and welcome them with a warm smile every time! Staff is quite friendly and smiling in general, I will keep recommending Illy to my friends!

Just a day off work and nice weather. Sitting outside. Having the best caffeine dessert and an amazing sandwich. Service is great and their suggestions are very good. I would say the only downside is the location as there were 3-4 tables outside which were free but because the space is so little, we managed to barely find a place to sit. Otherwise, I would recommend. Plenty of space and seats inside though. Overall, very happy.

I was not disappointed with the quality of the coffee stepping into an illy shop. Although I have very little understanding why the flat white is more expensive than a cappuccino (for which I really was considering offering four stars instead of five, but decided against it!). I would certainly visit again.

Been there few times, typically they run out of many things from their menu in pm. They do not inform about it immediately, some time later after you order they come back and ask to order something else. The food and coffee is not bad. My impression is that they are not well organized, seems very chaotic, starting from ordering to a delivery. On my visit today a waitress brought wrong coffee. Then the waitress brought right coffee, but with chocolate all over the plate and cup. Seems like not a bad place with ok food but whole management is just bad.

With a short walk from our hotel, I was attracted by its brand name and decoration inside the shop.The design was really good. But the Illy coffee was no way as good as oversea from the same brand!The pastry was also average quality.I was more concerned about their service. Server had trouble to balance their service tray. We were waiting for long time for anybody taking our order from us. At the end I went to the counter to try to make my order, the in charge handsome gentleman in charge told me to go back to my seat (keep waiting).Don't judge everything by its cover!!!!

What a great late breakfast! It also happened to be the first day of the year where the sun had any warmth in it. Their outside tables are perfectly positioned to catch the mid-morning sun. An excellent range of coffees, including original 'specials'. Try the 'half and half' winter ... a mocha with a difference, served in very stylish glass. And of course, a great location for shopping and visiting in central London. Table service with expert, friendly staff who really seem to enjoy working there. Meaning that the place has a lovely atmosphere ... which counts for a lot. I gave 4 stars rather then 5, as the almond croissant I had was rather average in quality. But coffee outstanding!

We visited on a Sunday while we waited for our movie to start at the cinema next door.Coffee, pastries, savoury croissants were OK. The cafe is modern and bright. My wife liked the display of espresso cups. However, the biggest let down is the service. It varies from non existent to 'I could not really care to serve you'.

Lady with pink hair did not provide good customer service. We were waiting for a coffee about 20 min and we left without drinks and with bad experience.

We come here quite often because we like the place. It has a nice atmosphere, tall ceilings, very light, all bustling with people (it is not a calm, quiet place).The coffee is amazing, I have something different every time and it has never disappointed. And the sandwiches ... very good quality ingredients. Prices are OK for the quantity you get.The only think I would say is that the service could be better, you wait a bit long for everything and waiters tend to ignore you if they want.

This is ssentialky a showcase for Illy an Italian brand of coffee. It feelscand looks like a self-service cafe save that immediately on arrival a waitress intercepts each newcomer and ushers anyone not wanting to take away products to sit down at a table. There's quite a lot of hard sell of the illy brand, from the history of the product starting with its origins in 1933 Turin in large print on a back wall, to the visual displays of individual products on large screens behind the counter. What attracted me in was a coffee and chocolate conviction in a cocktail glass with a cinnamon froth on top advertised outside. Bizarrely it wasn't on the menu. Nor the cannoncino advertised on the internal screen which was a cannon shaped business filled with a yellowy custard I ordered to accompany it with. Both came after a rather long wait and were just about worth it.

Una magia afferrata appena sono entrato con mia figlia Giorgia in questo locale. Varcata la soglia siamo stati accolti col sorriso di chi sa cosa stia offrendo. Ho chiesto due aperitivi per festeggiare l'incontro con mia figlia che non vedevo da sei mesi. Sono arrivati due calici colmi di bontà affiancati dal sorriso del personale. Poi un piatto pieno di leccornie che era simile ad un dipinto dai colori passionali...tutta la sala si è voltata ammirata. Una manager all'altezza e ripeto il personale più accattivante nell'offrire le specialità della casa. Complimenti allo staff tutto. Un caffè per finire degno dell'Italia che vedevo apprezzato da tutti. Continuate cosi...Flavio

È difficile trovare un posto qui a Londra che ti garantisca un buon prodotto ed un buon servizio ed Illy caffè praticamente raggiungere ogni livello di aspettazione e soddisfazione! Le idee lavorative di Davide e la consistenza di Vesna premettono non solo di avere un ottima esperienza ma soprattutto di sentirsi a casa! Grazie ragazzi per tutto quello che fate per noi , siete meravigliosi! Continuate così che siete grandi!!!!
