The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Comida increíble y el personal muy agradable. Tenía pasta y era increíble. Toda la comida que me gustó tanto y hecha en casa. Absolutamente me encanta

El camarero barbudo de Lucio era brusco y desdeñoso. ¡Era obvio que no le gustaba ser camarero! Él extendía continuamente la mano al otro lado de la mesa (éramos cuatro personas en una mesa redonda) para servir, en lugar de pararse detrás y al lado del invitado que estaba sirviendo. El risotto de setas estaba completamente seco e insípido. El ravioli (¡solo 4 piezas!) fue aburrido aburrido. Los molinillos de sal y pimienta no funcionaron, a pesar de que estaban llenos. El vino fue servido a la temperatura correcta - eso era lo único bueno de nuestra comida. La cuenta era de £ 271. 50 para 4 personas - no irrazonable para Londres, pero sin duda sobreprecio por la comida pésima. No regresaremos.

Ci hanno fatto attendere più di un’ora per farci sedere nonostante il commesso continuasse a dirci che in 10 minuti riuscivamo a sederci al tavolo. Mi sono sentita presa in giro. La pasta sufficiente ma niente di eccezionale che giustificasse l’attesa . Gli spritz erano senza prosecco.

Delicious food and amazing service! My friends and I enjoyed dinner & drinks and can’t wait to come back! Love this place!

We arrived for our table 5 minutes late, which I apologised for. We were offered to sit in the bar (which we often do) and have a drink or go to the table. We chose the table and were given menus. Time was ticking and no one had been to take any order. 15 minutes later my husband had to get up flag a waitress and ask could we order drinks. Another 20 minutes goes by and the drinks finally arrive. The red wine arrived with it all over the glass stem and one drink was wrong. Still no order taken for food. At this point 35 minutes after sitting down and as no waiter had even acknowledged us we decided to leave. Awful service

Not a great experience tbh. The staff were fine but the food is very average and expensive . Ordered penne arrabiate and it came with pickled Jalapeño peppers in it which spoilt the taste of the dish. instead of chilli flakes . The portion was ridiculously small for £15 and it was only helped because I paid extra for chicken. The other main meals didn't eleven have salad or coleslaw with them . Poor tbh and not cheap considering the food was average

Busy lunch time, but attentive staff. CLARE especially. When my risotto was a little cold. She was on it. Apologised and fixed it quickly

The food was classic Italian though not in an old fashioned way. All dishes were attractively presented and most importantly everything was cooked just right. Service was great and we had the good fortune of a table with a view over Bushey Park which was magical. Service was excellent.

Disappointed to be shoved out the door by owners pushing waitresses to get rid of us. Apart from that the food was nice but the chocolate cake dad too sickly could have done with icecream or pouring cream to take the edge off.

Difficult to review as having been placed at our table, the one member of staff disappeared and we waited and nothing happened so we left. Went to another restaurant where we had not booked (6) and were welcomed, seated and had a great evening. Have been to Prezzo in the past for lunch and had good food and a pleasant enough experience but never have we had to walk away from any restaurant because there was no service! Shame.

We had been recommended to try this restaurant, so we tried it. Our first indication that this might not have been a good choice was that no one ever came to our table to begin the service! Everything was on us, from ordering drinks, food, dessert menu or the check. We never received any water or were asked if we wanted anything. Now we did see a glimmer of hope from some of the staff, but one waitress seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. It was like it was the first night they had been open and no one knew what to do. Now it was not all bad, as the food was good, plenty of it and at a fair price. Proceed with caution and definitely be assertive with the staff!!!

Ridiculous prices. Bland food. The red wine was awfully. Why is there not a up to date menu on the website? Never again...

went there today Monday for lunch we had carbonara margarita pizza bottle of water two coffees the bill came to £57! The staff are very friendly and nice no problem with that. Margarita pizza was tasteless not cooked properly. There was no seasoning carbonara again no seasoning cheese was tasteless. £57 for that is ridiculous! Tasteless Italian food!
