Ordered 2 pizzas one chicken and ham and another one plain just chicken got sent a vegetarian pizza instead, called to make them aware of the mistake and ask for the correct pizza and to return the wrong pizza, poor communication skills were very much “ we packed the right order” - “you must be confused” and then made me wait 45mins for the correct pizza… pizza was undercooked…. And to Top it all off I order some chilli cheese bites for my mom who’s a vegetarian they came and have chicken nuggets mixed in with it… avoid at all costs unless you enjoy disappointment.

Disappointing & Inauthentic – Not Italian by Any Means I had high hopes for *Al Boccon di'Vino*, but my experience was a complete letdown. The food was bland, uninspired, and tasted nothing like authentic Italian cuisine—more like a lazy attempt at upscale dining with no soul. To make matters worse, there wasn’t a single Italian staff member in sight—no chefs, no managers, no one who seemed to understand real Italian flavors. Instead of quality, they rely on filling you with overpriced wine, hoping your taste buds go numb enough to ignore the mediocre food. Speaking of which, the prices are outright extortionate. For what they charge, you’d expect handmade pasta, fresh ingredients, and genuine expertise—not reheated disappointments drowned in cheap truffle oil. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects Italian cuisine. This place is a tourist trap with a fancy facade. Zero authenticity, zero value.

We arrived for our dinner at 5pm.We were greeted straight away from a lovely gentlemen.The waitress then came and took our drinks order.We had a lovely starter of Foccacia.We each had a Pasta dish each one being a prawn pasta with garlic tomatoes and cream.It was delicious.We then shared a cheesecake and ice cream.Would highly recommend this restaurant.We were in Glasgow for a concert and would go back again if we were in the city again.

The quality of the pizza exceeded expectations — perfectly balanced flavors and premium ingredients. Service was impeccable: professional, attentive staff and a refined, welcoming atmosphere.

Nicest Italian in the town... we 💜 mi amore! The wife loves the mussels... and they deliver now too, which is real handy. Staff are always lovely to us, always have been. The toilets are super clean too - just thought id add that in!

Yani and Aldi were amazing. Aldi helped me pick out the best combination as it was my first time trying their burrito. Highly recommend!

All 12 of us turned up for our booking last weekend and enjoyed every minute. The food was so excellent, very authentic Italian pizza, the service was great by our host. We brought our dog in too and tucked him out of the way. The sheer number of pizzas they were delivering on top of the full restaurant was unbelievably impressive. Very very good! Would be back!

Very disappointed with what I received. I ordered chicken spring rolls and it was totally different from the last time I tried them. There should be consistency if they want people to order. After this time I'll be the last time ordering.
