I love the food from here. It always arrives fresh and hot and is really delicious. You can tell it’s authentic. The food was really delayed this time, but the chef was kind enough to send an extra pizza and garlic bread as an apology for the delay. Fantastic service and will always order from them.

The food was so tasty and I can be the judge of that being Italian myself. Went to collect it and the they made me feel like home, overall outstanding service and food in my opinion. Would recommend this place to anyone. Also price to portions ratio is extremely fair. Go and try it yourselves!

This is the best restaurant in the area. The food arrived earlier than expected and piping hot. The quality of the food is amazing and will be definitely be ordering again.

We aren't far from this place but they still couldn't find us! Pizza was stone cold and driver was walking around with it in his hand rather than in a thermal bag.

Garlic bread was burnt! But called and sent us some more but it tasted more of olive oil than garlic. First time ordering was told that it was very nice but disappointed tbh

This is a lasagne. Apparently. We complained, they offered to send another but didn't apologise and hung up on us. When the replacement turned up we refused it based on reading their response to previous reviews. The delivery gentlemen then gave me abuse for wasting their time. To the restaurant, there is no point saying you will never accept an order from us again. You wouldn't be that lucky.

don't use just eat delivered to wrong address,phoned restaurant direct better service and re delivered within twenty minutes.

Our favourite Italian, food so so good. Great service only moan the menu font is tiny so any over 50s will struggle to read it! Drinks expensive (considering where it is located) but we love it here and highly recommend x

Nice local pizza What is nice that it is full of ingredients not a plain bread with a tomato sauce 🥫 Dough is fine, but it gets chewy when cold. Overall we are happy A year later: It is the Best Pizza at Hoddesdon as we have tried all Italian restaurants at Broxbourne 😀 You won’t regret it Chef is fabulous 👍

We've had pizzas from there a few times. on this occasion it was a bit disappointing as the dough felt soft instead of crispy. It could have been a problem fromn the transit as the pizza boxes were a bit soggy too. We had good experiences in the past so will give them another try l.

I have to say if you like Italian food this is by far the best place for miles. Pizza was amazing.

It’s Dinner time ! Do not order any pizzas from this restaurant! This is not the restaurant that it used to be.They must have changed owners because the food is awful there now. They’ll charge you for delivery and send you partly cooked food. You’ve been warned people ! I’m not paying for food poisoning. This pizza is not edible. Food standard eat your heart out with this place. Needs an inspection fast.

We are regular’s, I booked this restaurant for a surprise for my fiancé. Was 23 of us so we booked the whole restaurant. Atmosphere was perfect, food was delicious. If you love traditional Sicilian food then this place is the place to go.

I ordered a Pollo Milanese which I've had from here before and was excellent however this time the chicken was too thick and tasted rubbery. I didnt like the addition of oregano on top and lastly I'm sure previously it has been sent with a pot of parmesan however on this occasion didn't. The bolognese was still very nice.

Our first visit here at this ‘homely little Italian restaurant ‘ in the centre of a Hoddesdon housing estate with my wife and friends. My wife and I started with prawn cocktails which were ok in quality but expensive at £9.50 each. We then both had the Chicken Milanese with Spaghetti Bolognaise, and this was excellent, a really big portion and super value at £14.95 each. The service was very good, attentive and friendly from the staff who served us. We thought the drinks were expensive with a Coke at £3.95 and a small beer at £4.20, as others have commented, these are London prices.

Kind people, serving delicious and fresh food that could be home cooked, in a very pretty restaurant. We had panelle, pasta, pizza, tiramisu and cannolo siciliano.

Delicious! Ordered the seafood linguine, which was piping hot (we’re in Hertford) and as good as in the restaurant. More seafood than I expected. The only minor criticism would be it lacked a pot of Parmesan, but luckily I had some in the fridge! Pizza also great. As takeaways go, the pasta is unbeatable.

Eaten here so many times and it’s always good. But Last night was awful , staff changed , daughter gone to Italy and the service has deteriorated. Pasta was dry , we were told this is how fresh pasta is , ?!? Service was like faulty towers . To top it off when we tried to explain how the evening went one, and the food was terrible , the waitress told us to stop swearing , that the owners daughter was there ! ? We hadn’t said any swear words ! They then brought the bill and I said thank you , I’ll pay in a minute when I’ve finished my drink I was told pay now or I’ll call the police !!! Police for goodness sake what is wrong with them !! It was extremely intimidating and they were very aggressive, we paid the whole bill and was offered nothing for the terrible food and service . I will not return .

Really disappointing meal. Arrived cold, some items missing and after expected delivery time. Mozerella balls poured out with water once cut into. Soggy and cold chips and potatoes. Will not be returning.

This place is an hidden gem for Italian food!! The food is great and the service is attentive. We have tried many different dishes and all of them were delicious!! Then if you like panelle or arancine they absolutely top!!

Two out of the four pizzas were ok, the other two were soggy and under cooked.

The restaurant was fine, the food was great but Just Eat didn’t apply my stamp card reduction upon ordering and then I got sent a note saying I’d earned a single stamp (?????) Then Just Eat make it overly complicated to resolve the issue, as if it wasn’t deliberate to make it awkward to get your money back from some faceless company.

we love it here and have come quite a few times past year or so. food is amazing, proper homemade italian and very good service. However, we were shocked by the drinks menu, £33 for a bottle of wine, over £11 for cocktail and almost £4 for a coke! these are London prices. There was no choice of 'house wine either'. sadly i think this may put people off returning
