La Valle Cafe & Bistro in Broxbourne

We had a diner there last night. The food was hot straight from the grill and tasty . The service was great.The price was reasonable. Maybe they need to work little bit on food presentation. Overall we had great time. They are very nice people.

Place was empty, booked online, Was turned away on valentines day, ridiculous...

The food is a disaster... This restaurant is far from an Italian one... I will definitely not come here again...

We were so disappointed from the begnning, we waited for more than half an hour for 1 started bruschetta apart from that we ordered kids spagetti bolognese and we got charged as a main course bolgnese pasta was over cooked and they charged us even for more drinks... when we told her she was arrogant and didnt give us the money back.. never again!! The name is italian but it's run by albanians stay away

Pros + Bruschetta was delightful and pleasant + Carbonara pasta was creamy and fulfilling with an optional grated parmesan cheese seasoning + lots of seating available + Cosy environment + Friendly staff Cons - Coke zero given to me was expired - The restaurant says "Italian Restaurant" but the majority of the menu are Eastern-European and Mediterranean cuisine

Amazing food, friendly and efficient service, everything fresh and so delicious, even the pasta made from scratch in-house and you could tell from every quality bite! As well as excellent value and lovely large portions, we'll definitely be back, highly recommend!! :)

This is an outstanding place, I had the home made classic chicken burger with the steak chips, it was fantastic fresh and juicy steak in the burger. I highly recommend this place.

I had a lovely time dining here for lunch with my mum. I was welcomed by Adrian and he and his team were so friendly and gave excellent customer service. The atmosphere of the place is nice and warm. Factor in the good food and drinks, I will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend coming here.

I visited this restaurant today with my daughter and we could not believe how fantastic it is. The inside is very attractive and relaxing. The service was quick and on point. Adrian was very pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely return here again and again. I will also recommend this nice restaurant La' Valle' to my friends and wider family.

I don’t understand why this place isn’t always packed. The food is excellent, the service is fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable. I’m sure that if there were more customers, the atmosphere would be great, too. We will be taking our friends to this place.

The staff is so kind & polite. We didn’t expect a starter for that price, and the proportion of the main is quite large for us! Besides, the latte is so creamy too. The restaurant is surprisingly great & I’ll definitely visit again:)

La Valle Cafe & Bistro gave us a very warm and friendly welcome after a long day walking around Waltham Cross! We initially walked from Cheshunt to Waltham Cross to do some shopping and were looking to have a nice relaxing skinny café latte to warm us up because it was a cold winter’s day! We immediately saw this really elegant and inviting looking restaurant and went inside and enjoyed an extremely warm and lovely tasting coffee served by an extremely nice friendly and attentive manager, who explained that La Valle had only just been opened to diners a week ago. We explained how good the restaurant’s ambiance felt and how splendid all the contemporary decor and furnishings looked! After our beverages we then walked around the town browsing the shops and pavilion mall. We walked all the way up to Lidl’s and back again fully intending to look for another restaurant to have our lunch in. However we didn’t find any restaurant in the whole of Waltham Cross town that matched the quality and atmosphere of La Valle so we decided to walk all the way back to the other end of the pedestrian walkway to have our lunch there. It was worth it! We walked into the bistro and were given an even better reception than we had experienced earlier! We weren’t disappointed! The lovely lady server was so attentive and seated us on lovely comfortable settees close to a deliciously warm radiator. She couldn’t do enough for us and her manager was just as professional and helpful too in trying to make our lunch experience enjoyable and memorable! We were delighted with our lovely well-presented well-proportioned delicious meals and were even given two free hot drinks on the house! They have an offer there that if you partake in eating a main meal you could have a free hot drink with it. The quality taste and presentation of our food was 5-star and had been cooked by their expert French Chef. For this reason, we want to highly recommend La Valle Restaurant & Bistro to all you happy customers who require an inexpensive delicious meal served by their excellent servers in a modern contemporary and convivial atmosphere! We will definitely be back eating at this wonderful establishment very soon knowing that we will be intently looked after and served with beautiful tasty food! If you fancy a change from the busy, noisy cafes of Waltham cross, this is the place to come. Quiet, spacious, comfortable, clean and classy. This place deserves to do well and is better than anything else that's tried to make it in this spot before. Prices are better than many of the over crowded eateries close by and the food is good. I will be returning.

Have been here twice and each time the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. It could be busier but I put that down to the location- off the beaten track. Also the prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants who are putting their prices up. I can't understand some of the bad reviews on here, either they are talking about another restaurant or they have an ulterior motive. It does make you wonder.

Very disgusting i have no words

We were the only ones in the restaurant, but this allowed the staff to be very attentive. We're given complimentary starters which wenwere greatful too. The waiter and waitress were really lovely and would recommend as the food was great too.

100% recommend! Beautiful restaurant, gorgeous inside! Food was amazing! The service was absolutely fantastic! Had starter, main, dessert and coffee and wine. Our waitress was so lovely, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and made suggestion for me on my vege meal and she was spot on. Food was so tasty, fresh and came out hot. Beautiful portions too of everything! It was so so nice! Free parking nearby (as after 5pm on a Saturday). Beautiful ambience in the restaurant. 100% recommended this restaurant! I visited this restaurant tonight and honestly, the service was wonderful and the cocktails were even better! The staff were all so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Booked online which was easy and quick. Arrived on time for our booking and was greeted and quickly seated by the staff member. Was handed all the menus and was given plenty of time to decide what we wanted. We chose the spaghetti carbonara and the penne toscana that came out quickly and was still steaming when placed on the table. Both dishes were delicious. We both decided to have a tiramisú which was creamy and not overpowering. Would highly recommend this restaurant with the polite, friendly staff and the great food. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

I went to La Valle with my colleges a few nights ago, the services and the food was excellent, we all got a special cocktails and honestly it was so lovely! We were made to feel so special and that's what you want when you go into an establishment like that. I'm looking through some of the negative reviews and honestly it doesn't make any sense to me, my experience was 10/10, I would highly recommend.

You can "curse reality" and claim that your competitors write negative comments, but the facts are that the quality of your dishes is terrible. If you don't get better, economic Darwinism will take you out of the market very quickly. Good luck!

Very nice service. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to go back there. A big minus for the lack of pizza in an Italian restaurant. Second for poor quality ingredients, even pasta. The cheapest and from a super market. That's why such a void. If you want restaurants and customers, you have to invest. But good luck. UPDATE My husband and I were at the restaurant. It came out empty. Cheese and cold cuts board - only cold cuts, no cheese. Only mozzarella. Supermarket-bought meats, as well as tasteless tomatoes. There are much better restaurants nearby. Where the ingredients are of much better quality. Sometimes you have to come to terms with criticism and wonder what is wrong. And don't lie to me, someone wasn't a restaurant. Shame, you can't stand the criticism. And those positive comments are probably friends or people who will eat anything. With this approach to the customer, you don't have customers and you won't be able to do it for a long time. But there are no customers, empty.

I went to this new restaurant in the area today and I was so happy with their service, I went when they had a happy hour deal for their cocktails because it was buy one get one free, I’m so happy that I have a new local restaurant that have lovely fresh food and banging cocktails, I highly recommend and for the bad review that I saw on the reviews is definitely a fake user because La Valle Restaurant Is one of the best restaurant I’ve every been to hopefully they succeed in the future.

Just went to this nice Italian restaurant that just opened new ,I had pasta they brang cheese aside ,great food the workers there were very friendly ,will definitely go for pasta again,and soon they will bring pizza I can’t wait as they are near my house ,they do takeaway as well Definitely recommended
