Lovely place, nice decor, pleasant waitress. The diavola pizza was delicious and the background music was better than most restaurants.

The food here is amazing! But if you order a takeaway be prepared for a 2 hour wait. Such a shame. The only reason why you may have to wait is because the food from Albertos is incredible. We are so lucky to have him in our little town ❤️

I'm just gonna say it, greatest pizza on earth. Best food on earth. Number one I've ever had. Seriously, I can't recommend Alberto's enough! Consistently the best food I've ever had. I truly mean that. If you die and don't have Alberto's, it's a life wasted.

Order a 14’ pepperoni with ham, caramelised onions, mozzarella, and a Italian substitute for chorizo and was the best pizza I’ve had I reckon

I ordered some food for delivery after receiving many recommendations from friends and work colleagues and I was not disappointed. The food arrived hot and in great condition, the driver made sure our order was correct before leaving. We throughly enjoyed our pizzas and are looking forward to other dishes on the menu. 10/10 wonderful food and amazing service.

Great food, good service and ambience. Two pizza menus. A British one with the things Italians don’t generally consider pizza toppings and a second more authentic one. Pizza base was perfect.

First time visit excellent food and pleasant staff. Reasonable prices. Due to medication would be nice to see an alcohol free beer option but this wouldn't stop me going again. Very good

First time here and pretty dissapointed.. had a pasta dish and am sure it was a dried packet pasta and not made fresh...no atmosphere and people coming in a lot for takeaway Pizzas...wouldnt go again..Primo And Napoli much better in my opinion.

Delicious food, in big portion sizes + not to expensive. The staff were great too - one of them searched under the tables for my partners earring (which later turned up at home, sorry she was obviously rocking the pirate look!) without being asked. We'll certainly be back.

Ate here after a long day at Alton Towers and it just what we needed for a family meal. Pizza's & wine very reasonable and excellent all round. Waiter was very busy but did a cracking job despite a rowdy saturday night crowd in as well. Don't be put off my the shop front - worth a visit for a casual family meal.

Had to write this review after seeing the ridiculous 1 star review below. I've been going to this place since it opened and I can honestly say the food is perfect. The portions of fries or whatever are generous and every pizza that I've ever had has been perfect. The owner is very hardworking and you can tell how popular and good the food is by the amount of takeaway orders that you see being made. It's unfair that some chancer decides to label all the food "disgusting" because they've probably tried to get money off without success. If you like Pizzas, give this place a try. I've been going probably every 6 to 8 weeks since I first heard about it around lockdown time.

Awful food tasted disgusting staff unhelpful and ordered 4 chips to then only get 2 when I questioned it they said they tipped the other 2 in to the ones I had a rip off

Alberto and his team are fantastic! Real homemade authentic pizza, original recipes and sauces, it’s all so good and for me the option of ordering gluten-free pizza makes it even better! If you enjoy pizza you must try Alberto’s!

We popped in here for a meal on our way back from Alton Towers after reading other reviews. We had a pizza deal and it was great. We all enjoyed the pizzas - thin, but not too thin and perfectly cooked with just the right quantity of cheese and tomato base. I had the arincini starter which was also great (the tomato sauce was as good as the rice balls!). Give it a try, it's great.👍👍👍

This is the best pizza we had. Delicious pizza filled with fresh ingredients. I love the amount of cheese and other toppings. The pizza crust is both crispy and soft. Absolutely a delight!

Delivery is always fine but the service in the restaurant isn’t too good. I asked the waitress what wine she recommended to which she replied “I dunno, I don’t drink it”

Don’t let the outside of this little gem fool you. I waited three years to try this wonderful place and when I finally did, I was sad I waited so long. While the menu isn’t large, it shouldn’t have to be of the food is done right. The starters I’ve tried so far were all delicious, the marinara sauce that the arancini is served is absolutely incredible- dare I say, the best I’ve had outside Italy. The pastas that I’ve tried are also really great. Now let’s talk about the pizza… Absolutely fantastic. Bar none, the best pizza in Leek. Tons of options. Made to order. They even have a 20 inch option - which you have to call ahead for and pick up as they don’t have a delivery bag big enough and because of the sheer size it takes up an entire pizza oven. We ordered a 20 inch one evening and happily picked it up and, I can say, bigger is in fact better! No matter what you order, whether it’s dine in or takeaway, Alberto’s is an amazing place to eat and I suggest, if you haven’t already, you try it. Or don’t and then maybe it won’t be so busy when I do want to go in!

Very friendly lady who looked after us during our stay for an evening meal. Great pizzas. The business is now concentrating on outside orders so there were quite a few empty tables and the ambience possibly suffered as a result. Having said that we were pleased with the experience and would eat there again.

Alberto's pizza seems to insist on delivering only the top notch contempory food service it is able to output. Upon visiting I was delighted at the incredible atmosphere that had been committed to and the food itself was nothing short of masterful; it was a pleasure to dine here.

My partner took me to Albertos for a belated valentines meal, our first visit and it didn't disappoint! Had a wonderful gluten free vegetarian pizza, reasonably priced too. My partner had a normal ham and mushroom. Would love to be able to have more than just olives as a gluten free option from the starters, but we will definitely be back again. Only spotted the specials menu on the counter as we were paying the bill, which would have been nice to have seen and got the chance to choose something from. Staff were lovely and chatty, and it was very busy with takeaway deliveries and collections. Would definitely recommend. Didn't impact on our choices, but Thursday nights were 2 pizzas and 2 sides for £22, which I thought was great value for money.

Alberto’s whether it be dinning in or take away is always brilliant! Homecooked delicious food. It’s very pricey for it but you can understand as it’s homemade. The pesto pasta is amazing! The pizzas Always taste fresh. The only bad note I have to give are the menus In the restaurant. They are like pieces of paper not laminated or on proper menus. It’s like a standard piece of paper. Doesn’t look good.

Best take away food and a real treat.

It was really busy but they found us a space for 2. We both had the pepperoni with additional anchovies and it was really tasty and well cooked. The chat was lively. Lovely ladies, gorgeous food and Alberto. What more could we want??

Always great food. Another place in Leek doing cash only. Get in the 21st Century or is it another reason? Nice inside but when you have people with young kids who just allow food to be scattered all over and make loud high pitched squealing then the appeal of the place is lost. Just being honest.

Ordered a buy one get one free pizza, both 12 inch and 2 brownies cost just under 17 quid !!! Bargain, and the food was banging. Gotta say best pizza I've had in ages, very fresh toppings and friendly delivery driver. Very tasty I'll deffo be buying from here again.

We stopped here after a day at Alton Towers and thoroughly enjoyed our pizza and pasta. We’ll proceed and good food! They happily catered to our two year old with an off menu plain pasta with pesto which she herself said was “very tasty”. Loved the extras like colouring pencils which kept her entertained and a well stocked baby change area too. Definitely recommend a visit if near the area.

Alberto’s Kitchen was amazing. My boyfriend and I had spent the day at Alton Towers and were staying close by and stumbled across Alberto’s. It’s small inside so make sure you book. The food was amazing. There are no words to describe the pizza. We had garlic bread to start, then I had the Roby and Jonny had the North Italy pizza - so the a side of halloumi fries to share. The staff were outstanding, the service was quick and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. Will be returning the next time we are down in Leek. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a takeout from Alberto’s as I had heard lots of positive feedback from people. I don’t usually eat Pizza but with friends visiting I ordered a few different as they were buy 1 get 1 free. The food was much quicker than the estimated time given, the delivery man was lovely and friendly and the pizzas were absolutely amazing. The food was fresh, the flavours were spot on and base was perfect. Thank you for such amazing food. I Will definitely be recommending, ordering more often and hope to come in for a meal very soon

Busy Saturday evening and they made room for 8 of us. Delicious food and friendly service

First of all Alberto is a brilliant owner of this amazing pizzaria. He was able to cater for our family group of 16 people and short notice and you could see how hard he and his team worked in front of that pizza oven! All the food from pizzas to sides were amazing and from personal experience I can highly recommend the mighty inferno! The kids all loved their meals too making this place the perfect balance for friends and families looking for a great meal out. We were staying locally having visited Alton Towers. Alberto's was great value and I would highly recommend for anyone visiting or staying near Leek.

Excellent quality food and everyone enjoyed it. However it's not somewhere I plan on returning to as we have now tried all the vegan options on the menu, of which there are only a few. Other restaurants in Leek such as the Napoli have so much more choice for vegans. Hopefully this is something that could be changed in the future!

We ordered the Valentine’s Day deal tonight, this is our first time ordering from here but we saw it and thought we would give it a try after hearing really good things. We weren’t disappointed. Really lovely food, well presented and pipping hot! We find chips from takeaways are often soggy but these were still crisp and we were really impressed. Pizzas were gorgeous! Too full for the brownies but will be enjoying them tomorrow as they look delicious! Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Super food and service.Popped in tonight for a take away. The pizzas I bought tasted amazing. They were still super hot after taking them back to the near by Premier Inn I was staying at. Well done to all and the lovely staff. It was very busy and I was surprised that they did my order in 20 mins as take away orders were flying out the door continuously.

I have food from Alberto's at least once a week and sometimes 2/3. Normally takeaway but on the 7/8 times we have eaten in it has been very clean and well organised. Staff are very friendly. Pizzas are always hot and fresh and taste amazing. Chips(fries) are cooked to order and are crisp on the outside fluffy on the inside. Best place to eat in Leek.

Went for a family meal. Starters very basic mozzarella sticks similar to the ones farm foods sell, dough balls interesting. A wait of almost an hour for the mains all pizzas. The pizzas were ok I suppose. We didn't stay for a desert we didn't...

We have been to Alberto’s three times now and all I can say is it’s getting worse every time the restaurant isn’t clean it’s badly organised and the food quality is obviously not as good as when we first went before lockdown with use them...

We were on holiday at the leek caravan and camping club site. These guys were recommended to us by the site staff for a Friday night delivery. They restaurant delivered to the site and I must say the food was great. Propper fresh baked home made pizza full of flavour. Absolutely top class. Will happily recommended them to anyone staying in that area

This place was absolutely second to noone . I am from Scotland and me and my family stumbled across this on the way back from a day at Alton Towers to our hotel. The service and food were beautiful. Portions were plenty (keep in mind when ordering) with the option to take it home. True authentic italian cooking, what more can one ask for. Strongly recommend, even just go out your way to visit if it isnt too far. You wont be disappointed.

Very authentic pizzas, thin crust, very tasty toppings. Excellent value for money. Service was a bit manic but it is the first weekend open after lockdown so very forgivable. Lovely friendly vibe, would definitely visit again if in the area.

This is a delightful unpretentious classic Italian restaurant. The food was delicious; the staff delightful and the experience fulfilling. We will definitely go again when we are next in the area. Try the calamari. Excellent!!
