The best restaurants serving Indian food in Wales

Very delicious food and my first experience and i'm satisfy their services .The staff are excellent, very attentive and polite.

Visited here today after searching for a 5* Indian, it definitely deserves 5* lovely friendly staff made you feel welcome, the food was really tasty and fresh, the chicken in the currys where really tender which we loved really, and a nice relaxing atmosphere SPOT ON Thankyou for your service

Food is very bland, doesn’t taste like curry at all. When my 8 year old says dad this doesn’t have any spice at all immediately knew I was in for a rubbish curry. Microwave curry’s from Iceland have more taste. Naan is like pizza bread, definitely isn’t made in a tandori oven, microwaves out of a packet. save your money go to a proper indian restaurant.

Terrible service. Avoid if you can. Food turned up late and cold and Rab was very cocky and not very helpful on the phone. First and last time.

Had three of these and they were absolutely beautiful! Full of flavour and very filling! Saved some for the next day too!

Vegan food was no problem The chef made me a vegan mushroom baji, aloo potato and mushroom rice, all very nice indeed. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, surroundings are comfortable. Most of the restaurant is on one level, the same a the car park, with some seating up a slight slope. The restaurant is just off the A55, with plenty of free, on-site parking. The disabled toilet was clean and is well equipped. Highly recommended.

Food here is amazing! From the dips for Poppadoms to all the mains. A comfortable setting, clean toilets, and attentive service. Great selection of drinks also, and it's great that they have a bar next door so you can have a drink before / after your meal. There is a car park around the back also, which has 23 spaces and 2 disabled. But I live locally so I walk there. The take-away service is equally as amazing

My first take away since they have reopened and wow that was a very tasty meal. This is now my first choice for an Indian meal.

Visited this restaurant on weds evening we are big curry fans and we were not disappointed two lovely curries and side dishes at very reasonable prices would definitely recommend and we will visit again when we are next in the area

As we've had several times before, absolutely delicious food and great service. Always a must to visit the Bayleaf when in Cardiff - fabulous !
