The Deck House Bar And Restaurant in Isle of Anglesey

We called in for a Sunday lunch . We were greeted by smiling faces and shown to our table ,we were given a choice where would we like to sit . Handed a menu and a Sunday lunch menu. Lovely relaxed atmosphere there..we orderd drinks and were given time to study the menus. We opted for Sunday lunch choice of 1 2 or3 course .we opted for the 3 course . A choice of 3or more starters . Choice of meats in main course I asked for a mix which was no trouble a tall. Desert choice of 3 . The food was absolutely fantastic well presented and hot .everything cooked to our satisfaction .more than ample portions. Excellent value for money . We will definitely be calling again. Big thank you to the deckhouse team for a lovely meal.and a relaxing afternoon.

We visited the deckhouse lovely place although the doors were left open constantly and it was freezing inside. The service was slow many of the staff huddled behind the bar and not serving tables. When we eventually got served there was very little on the plate and wasn't hot enough for my liking. The staff took a long time to come and take our plates and when we asked for the desert menus they brought them and disappeared again. We eventually got them to take the order and it took half an hour to bring them out. The fudge cakes was so cold it was almost frozen. 2 and a half hours for an afternoon meal out was ridiculous.

The food was great - well cooked and tasty. The staff were under pressure, as are most hospitality places at the moment. There seemed a lack of experience and staff, but they tried their best (running around but may not be the most effective). But, even under pressure, they were very pleasant.

Just returned from an afternoon meal at the Deck House restaurant. Found withing the Silver Bay Holiday park,but open to the public. Ordered the 3 course Sunday dinner which was delicious fresh and hot. Service was prompt and polite. The resteraunt is lovely in a lovely setting with views of the coast. Well recommended

50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Such a warm welcome, attentive and nothing too much. Food was absolutely delicious. A fabulous place, stunning surroundings and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Had Googled places to eat near Rhoscolyn and was surprised to find this restaurant shown but pleased as it is on a private holiday site next door to the campsite I was staying at. Just a walk up the lane and no need to take out the car. I phoned to check and then later to book the 4 of us in and we were pleased to have a well positioned table, a good choice of food at reasonable prices and similarly with the cost of the drinks. The beef madras curry was excellent and we were so pleased we went back the next evening for pizza, again very satisfied. We even played cards until closing time and didn't feel uncomfortable about sitting there. Great find!

A visit on a Sunday to the Deckhouse is a must for the carvery. Three courses for just under £16 you can’t go wrong. The menus change for every week and they also have different meats on every week as well. Plenty of choice good portions of meat and the biggest Yorkshire puddings i have seen on a carvery anywhere. Will definitely be going back to see the friendly team and fantastic surroundings again.

We have just recently come back from a fabulous holiday at Rhoscolyn Bay. We visited the Deck House restaurant twice during our stay, once for lunch and the other for an evening meal. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and they were of a good standard. The staff on both visits were very attentive and extremely helpful. I’m very surprised at previous reviews I can only presume there have been a number of changes. I would highly recommend a visit to the Deck House restaurant, especially if you like good pub food meals.

We were very excited to finally visit this restaurant after a long wait. We have been members of the spa onsite for the last twelve months and always said that we'll pop into the restaurant one day to try it out. This day arrived, it happened to be a Sunday, so we booked a table for 2 and a highchair. When we arrived we were the only people in the restaurant, which was nice as we had very good, instant service. The restaurant and the facilities are top notch, very modern and clean. We ordered food, two Sunday lunches, Beef, when they arrived it all looked fantastic, it's a shame we had to then go ahead and eat it because that's when it all went wrong, the food was inedible, the beef was the most chewy, gristly horrible roast i've ever had. We decided to stay for pudding, mainly because we didn't eat the mains so were starving! This was very tasty. We told the waitress about the meal and she was very apologetic and was a really nice lady. When i went to pay at the bar i was quietly expecting an apology and a discount from the manager, however all i got was a 'thanks for coming'. We probably won't eat here again, shame.

Been to the Deckhouse on numerous occasions and never been disappointed, excellent friendly and helpful staff, great menu, tasty great value food and a brilliant atmosphere. Can't wait to go back soon

Mainly frequented by the spectacular holiday village residents and their families, the restaurant offers a spacious and modern environment offering good food and drinks. The views from the panoramic windows and terrace towards Snowdonia and the Lleyn are stunning. There is a good range of meat and fish available (gluten-free fish and chips!),home-made deserts, and reasonably priced, with chef's specials always available. It gets busy at weekends, though quieter during the week.

Attended a friends birthday celebration, we had great food served by attentive staff. The location is fantastic with brilliant views and a beautiful beach to walk the calories off!
