I was taken here by my son and enjoyed the experience. Service was fast and food was good. I would definitely go back again. We had the set meal for three at £52 which was well worth the money for the amount of food we got. Would definitely recommend.

We tried this place for the first time last week. The food was nice, but not the best I've had locally. We were asked how many poppadoms we wanted, confirming there was an additional cost. The spiced onions and sauce were nice, but in tiny portions. We had haggis pakaora to start, 2 curries, 1 rice and one naan. Including 2 beers each, it was £82- which I felt was a bit expensive. The curries, although nice, really didn't have much meat in them. The service was excellent though. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating.

The photos of the venue on tripadvisor are not of the actual place. It is a takeaway, with 3 booths and a few tables, which look like they have been pulled out of an old closed down restaurant. This place cannot be classed as a restaurant. All the fast food takeaway customers are coming and going and the delivery drivers are sitting about. We ordered 2 starters, 2 curries, a mixed xxl kebab and some drinks. The curries were decent, no complaints, the kebab was anaemic looking, on asking they said they had cooked it in an oven as opposed to a grill or tandoor. If nowhere else is available, and you need a meal, then take your chance, I will be avoiding in the future, bill for 3 was £52, certainly not cheap for a small town.

ordered a lot as a special treat! the deal for 2 is fabulous value for money, freshly cooked good quality food. I only wish that I was able to upgrade the nan bread in the meal deal to garlic etc instead of buying separately! absolutely my favourite Indian restaurant in the three towns

Stopped going here for curries a while back due to the lack of consistency. Thought I’d give it another go…shouldn’t have bothered. Spinach curry was just veg swimming in grease, Peshwari naan was burnt to a crisp. I was told the Bhuna was ok, nothing special. Definitely won’t be ordering a curry from here again. Pity as this place used to be the best around.
