You’ll probably have to go to the real India to beat this place in terms of mouth watering authentic flavours , I order different dishes each time and each one is equally superb . The delivery is to the minute as well and piping hot

We were in town from Texas and stopped in on our way to the ferry. We were absolutely floored how amazing everything was! The service and kindness absolutely matched the taste of the food! I had the butter chicken massala with cheesy garlic naan. All I can say is WOW one of the best curries I've ever had. I was absolutely stuffed. Highly recommend to anyone!

Called in for a mixed grill to take out. The mixed grill was amazing, the best mixed grill I have ever had, and I have had a few mixed grills all over the country.

The food was ok, nothing special and in my opinion not worth the money, I think it was extremely overcharged, only paid for it as it was a special occasion, the person we were celebrating wanted an Indian curry and this was the only place to open at this time.

Very disappointed with the 2 hour wait to receive and then poor food quality. Ordered garlic cheese Nan - no garlic taste whatsoever and very doughy as if undercooked. Chicken dansac - chicken was very pale with no flavour, stated has tomatoes in but weren’t any, no flavour to it at all more like a lentil soup with no seasoning! For the amount of money this cost it was a definite waste of over £30 for a small no taste meal with most going in the bin. Will not order again from here.

The food in this restaurant is fantastic and fresh, the service is the best out there catering for my difficult allergies, I’m not allowed: Gluten Dairy Eggs Peanuts Laura made extra sure that the kitchen was aware of my situation and went above and beyond to ensure that my food was safe for me to eat and that everything was made with the relevant precautions in place. The popadoms were nice and crispy the dips that accompanied them also fresh and vibrant, Laura went again out of her way to ensure they are safe from me and advised me of the one dip I’m not allowed because of it’s ingredients. The chef even made me chips in a pan of oil so there was no cross contamination, I have never seen any other restaurant do this. The staff and management made us feel very welcome and even though the restaurant was busy the owner still found time to come and introduce himself and thank us for visiting his restaurant. Staff seem happy to work in this establishment and the attention to detail seems to show this.

We visited when in Scotland to watch and play golf. Although quiet when we arrived at 7pm this restaurant soon started to fill up and is obviously popular with local residents as well as visitors. We were well looked after by friendly staff and the food was excellent Indian food, with some special dishes we hadn't tried before. I was really pleased that we chose it for our evening out.

Bland food where they attempt to replace flavour with salt.

Dinner arriving early was a welcome bonus and it was absolutely delicious. All three mains were out of this world. Will definitely order again. 10/10.

Needed to find a place to eat late on Saturday night and it was a very good Indian restaurant, the staff were excellent as was the food.

Never arrived regular customer, getting ignored on the phone by a clueless delivery driver, you don't ignore a customer it's pig ignorant, food generally is amazing, but won't use again if that's the staff you employ, PIG IGNORANT, GET MY REFUND BACK TO KE ASAP, pathetic service

Really nice meal with large portions. Had lamb tikka rice and a Nan. All were good and tasted as expected. Also provided with curry sauce which was quite sweet and not too spicy. Attentive service. Would use again and wood recommend.

The lunch was delicious. I'll be back.

We highly recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent and we had a delicious meal. The waiter was very helpful with explaining gluten free options to me. We were offered a free aperitif at the end of our meal, what a lovely gesture. Thanks again , we will definitely return in the future.

IndiVibe Eatery: Nestled by Ayr beach, they serve a plethora of mouth watering Indian dishes. The name is as catchy as the location. While their offerings may lean towards the pricier side, the prime location justifies it. Indulge in our must-try Chicken Biryani, but steer clear of the Mango Lassi. Your taste buds will thank you!

The first time in this restaurant, food and service were good. Will come back for sure.

Having ordered before and having a negative experience we decided to try again. I cannot express how disappointed we were to find bland, unseasoned curries. We ordered a chicken patia which tasted like a watery 'base' curry sauce with stringy chicken! The other curry which was supposed to be a chicken tikka bhuna which was actually a chicken breast bhuna could only be described as bland. Really disappointing - ive had much better food from a supermarket!! What's going on Ayr India!?

Best go into the restaurant for the meal as its delicious but for takeaway, mines went straight in the bin. It's like they forgot to put the cream and seasoning in the korma

Found the restaurant to be excellent for the food choice and quality. Clean and appealing. Waitress was top notch and very physically fit. Spent as much time rushing as she did walking normally. Used to be the best Indian restaurant in Ayr but has gone downhill over the last few years. Just had a delivery where my food was left outside on the doorstep. By the time we had called to see what had happened to our order and told that it was left at the door, the food was cold. Bad delivery service has lost Ayr India, another customer.

The chicken pakora was absolutely rotten, it had been re-cooked so many times and was most definitely not fresh, will not be ordering again.

The restaurant is comfortable and the staff polite. The lunch menu is essentially an a la carte selection of two courses plus rice or naan. At £17 this is a bit on the expensive side. I do understand that there are considerable operating expenses, but this pushes the lunch into the "special occasions" bucket. The food itself is excellent, particularly the vegetable pakora and there is a wide selection of vegetarian options. The service is quick and efficient and I wasn't rushed out the door on finishing. Overall a very enjoyable lunch, if a bit expensive.

Chicken Korma had Zero taste, Raita like water and Garlic Naan was very dry and not very flavoursome. Disappointing

I ordered a vegetable bhuna but it definitely wasn’t a vegetable bhuna. It was as hot as madras so completely inedible.

Best Indian takeaway in Ayr in my opinion, it is a bit more expensive than the others but worth it, our favourites are the butter chicken ans the chicken pakora and pakora sauce are hard to beat.

Visited this place in Nov,2023 with my colleague. The food was good as compared to other Indian restaurants but the prices are an absolutely shambles . I was flabbergasted by the bill I saw for two people having a starter and main course. It was bloody £ 106 ..!! . I wanted to inquire further about the itemized prices but refrain to do it. The waitress with the American accent seems clueless and she was confused all this time when we asked her anything. I have to say the food was good but the price is an absolute Rip off .! Won’t visit it again until they review their prices ..!

Lentil soup spiced with pepper, it was inedible due to how spicy it was, and that wasn't just pepper, the cauliflower pakora was that over cooked the cauliflower inside the pakora was crunchy. Curry and naan was nice. Check your slips as the driver walked away without the money and the called and took ages to come back for it then turned up at my door at the back of 11 with 2 additional guys as if they came "heavy handed" incase i never opened the door and paid, it scared my child. 1st and last time I order from here.

Was disappointed with Ayr India, I think I may have had high expectations with reading other reviews. Food was ok, but not in the same league as some other Indian food I have had. Would eat here again at a push. Also, it’s expensive.

King prawn Korma... the prawns (seriously) were tasteless, like solid rubber (no joking), the Korma tasted NOTHING like Korma. And the prices are 100% EXTORTIONATE. 2 Popadoms, 2 Meals, 2 nans, 2 deserts 3 diet cokes. £90!!!!!!!!!! FOOD NOT UP TO THE PRICE.

First and foremost the food was sub- par, service and staff were great. Unfortunately the food was very expensive. Extremely expensive even. 2 people it cost £90 and thats without a starter! An ok Indian but wouldn’t recommend due to the price.

Really disappointed! Has there been a change of chef? Absolutely everything was tasteless with an underlying flavour of burned. The naan shouldn’t have left the kitchen. Far too expensive to be sending out this rubbish.

Purchased from this restaurant previously and food was amazing. As a returning customer, assumed food would be great again, however, food was horrendous. For the tune of £30, denied any sort of refund, and was only offered another meal. Avoid unless you want to pay for the privilege for solid, unseasoned Tesco chicken.

I recommend the food, but ensure you establish exactly what you'll be paying before ordering. We were asked simply if we'd "like some poppadoms while we wait", but not told that we would have to pay for these or how much they's cost (£10). This may be a cultural thing depending on where you I, but in my experience: A) poppadoms and sauces are complementary, and B) If something is offered, it should always be made clear that it must be paid for, and C) It wasn't just poppadoms anyway, it was sauces too. Small point I know but it all adds up. But besides the hidden costs, when we asked for the bill to be split (as we were two different families) - the attached photo is what we got back. As you can see, it's not exactly easy to decipher! When I asked for an explanation, the waitress abruptly listed what we'd eaten but didn't offer to calculate for us, and so we were left with some Krypton Factor-esque challenge to get to the bottom of it. My friend asked her once again, but she was on texting on her phone and rudely told him to wait - before coming back with the same piece of paper! Eventually the waiter came with a calculator, and he was polite too. So we got there in the end, even though it was a lot bit more expensive than expected and we had to do some ridiculous maths challenge rather than relax at the end of a meal. Ok grub though.

If you're looking for conventional South Asian cuisine, you'll largely find Indian and Nepalese flavors.This location is ideal and comes highly recommended.

Tasty food - we enjoyed all the dishes.

Came here and we got handed a set menu. We said we didn’t want everything in the set menu,so we didn’t take the starters.The waitress said that’s no problem you can’t take as little as you like.but she failed to mention that we would still get charged the full amount. II believe it was £12.50 or so.n my opinion the waitress should have told us then we could have left or ordered 2 starters. In my opinion it was sharp practice or the waitress just charged us a set menu price no matter what,but at the very least she should have told us.No returns for the 3 of us I’m afraid

Not got too much time to go into detail, suffice to say we pretty much got what I expected from Ayr India. Vastly overpriced and quality of food and depth of flavour(s), very poor. I asked for my partner's South Indian garlic chilli chicken to be made ultra spicy and it arrived at a temperature even I could take (which is a joke). No idea why this restaurant can command such prices. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Chicken was very tough and some pieces inedible. I put it down to a ‘one-off’ as I have eaten from here many times and the food has always been good
