The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

Had a nice meal at Khushi Grill Monday night. Food was delicious, lots of flavour and the naan was excellent. Friendly staff and brilliant atmosphere, the football was on so that was a bonus to the night. Would recommend for a meal and to relax. 👍

What a fantastic restaurant. The food was superb, the service brilliant. Absolutely loved the experience. If you have time and are hungry I would suggest eating here.

My father and I went to Cafe Masala for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The chai and biryani were delicious. Adnan provided us with the best service. Thank you so much. Highly recommend ☺️

Was recommended this place by the hotel reception and what a stunning place it is. Friendly staff and very accommodating, even though it was 10pm. Turns out it's the oldest Indian restaurant in the UK. Food amazing. Highly recommended.

Excellent friendly service but most important excellent food. Two vegetarians in our group loved the vegetarian Dhansak I loved the fiery spice of the chicken Phil Phill.

Excellent food & everything else.

We came in for dinner but we couldn’t have anything beyond two dishes. The quality of food is extremely poor. As an Indian, I would feel ashamed to introduce people to this place. We ordered the Mowgli Sticky Chicken. The chicken was cold, not marinated well, fiber-y and just not well flavoured. The roti too was evidently not freshly made either. It wasn’t fluffy or flakey or even well made. A sorry state of butter was added on top for the sake of it. This was my first time in this restaurant and the last as well.

Absolutely disgusting food! We spent £60 on a variety of dishes and not a single one was acceptable. Cold food that had spilt in both bags due to improper packaging. Once that was resolved and we started eating and was completely disgusted. I could sit here and list countless issues with this restaurants food however I’ll save you the time. Just don’t go here, for your own sake.

Came all the way from New Zealand with my family. The food was so amazing as such an interesting mix of flavours and unique dishes. Food was reasonable price. The hospitality from our Waiter was very welcoming.

a great place for authentic curry, freshly made and very tasty and a good price that wasn’t expensive, Friendly staff and atmosphere was really nice ,service was really nice I wouldn’t go anywhere next time .
