Could do with someone meeting amd greeting customers at door so they don't accidentally sit in unmarked reserved table and get moved to their embarrassment

Dam that’s one spicy vindaloo, really good food

Excellent food. Spontaneous visit with family having read reviews and photos online. The restaurant was busy however the speed of food served was quick. We had a mix of veggie and meat dishes, all cooked well and tasted great. We left feeling satisfied and will be back again. Easy to find, just of the M6 / A444, minutes away from Coventry City football stadium.

Have had a few deliveries from here, and it’s always been 10/10 food is piping hot fresh and just so tasty. Thank you!! You have to try for yourselves!!

The food is always delicious, piping hot and is either early or on time. The prices are also great!

The food was average. We had tried veg veg biryani, chole batura and naan. Also got mango lassi. The lassi was the highlight. Biryani was not up to the mark. Chole batura was good. Overall they can improve the food quality. The ambience and service was good.

Ordered Soya keema without chillies. Instead restaurant out loads of chillies! Very disappointing as no credit / refund offered.

We've been ordering from Khushi for the past year and it has never disappointed. The mixed grill is delicious, and the garlic crispy wings and chilli prawns are enough to bring a tear to my eye. I'm no connoisseur, but it's flipping good. I felt a good review was well deserved after the many satisfying meals we've shared thanks to you guys.

I wish I had the option to give zero stars.The food at this restaurant is terrible, and the service is very poor. The staff is extremely rude. I highly recommend avoiding this place; it’s one of the worst restaurants in the UK.We ordered a vegetarian dish, but they served us non-vegetarian food. When we asked them to change it, they showed no remorse and didn’t even apologize. This is a very pathetic restaurant in Coventry. Please avoid it. It is not suitable for vegetarians, and the staff doesn’t know how to treat guests.

These guys used to be top notch but service levels have declined. I placed an order for delivery via Uber eats, they claimed to be preparing my order, however 1 hour later my Uber eats driver contacted me saying that Khushi grill are claiming that I cancelled my order , which wasn't true. They cancelled my order for reasons unknown and made no effort to contact me to advise me of any problems Uber eats did of course refund and provided the reason for cancellation was the merchant had a power cut at their site (probably not true, I assume they were too busy to fulfill the order Saturday night and England playing in the euros). Extremely poor customer service, luckily I was just about able to re-order from a different vendor before closing hours (it was almost 9.30pm when they cancelled my order after I had already been waiting over an hour).

I would rate must visit for South Asian people, trust me you need to have 3 people to finish their Large Mixed grill , very authentic food , Doesn't burn your money . Haven't been there ordered from online , will surely pay a vist many more times , highly recommended if you are Indian looking to eat something desi and spicy . ❤️❤️ Edited on 15/06/24 Ordered mix grill large , CTM & spicy garlic chicken for 3 people for a Saturday Movemie at home . Food was incredibly salty! We have been here multiple times before it changed hands and had wonderful experiences but the whole vibe of the place has changed. Lady on bar was quite rude, young man taking orders/running food was very hospitable though! Quality of food seems to have gone downhill and atmosphere was dry and quiet. Not what it used to be unfortunately.

All the naan was extremely burnt ,tasted bitter to that extent,ordered for guest,extremely disappointed with the food quality, bad experience as it was quit embark, since it was already late we couldn't even order from other place,finally had to cook for them.....kindly take adequate action

Pub/cafe style resteraunt. Loud but friendly atmosphere. Great price (food and drinks), prompt service and great food. Im a vegan and had lots of choice. Opted for (soya) chicken curry which was delicious. Onion bahji gorgeous too. Will definatrly be back 👍👍👍👍👍

Food is too much salty. The customer service is very poor. The person at the till was very rude and the waiters have no manners. They refused to clean table and remove empty dishes. They also refuse to provide containers to take away. Restaurant is very noisy and not very clean. Very disappointed. Will never recommend to anyone.

The ladies at the counter are very rude with poor kind of behavior and careless dealing with the customer especially when re-ordering the food. The food was ok but the biryani was too salty

Food came on time but the top box which was tandoori fish tikka 10 pieces but there were only 9 and the box was opened from the side.

If your going to spend over £30 spend it at a curry house you know. The tikka masala was more like tomato soup...not very appetising and the chicken in the bhuna was dry. The keema naan, well picked that up and the filling went everywhere...so I probably will not order or eat from this one again.

Not a great experience. Took a long time to order as only 1 person taking food orders and she was taking phone orders at the same time. I asked for no onion in my chicken tikka wrap and it had onion in. Also the chicken could have been cooked for longer

If you would like to taste authentic Indian food in the UK then Khushi grill is the place you should try. I brought my mother in here who is visiting me from India and even she loved the food and enjoyed it fully. There Aloo tikki and Chilli Paneer were the bestest in starters

Well look no further to the best place for Indian authentic food. If you are a Indian fan, you won't be disappointed. The price is spot on, and the food is amazing. Starters, Mains, Sides. Are all great. If you want a good pint too! Always bubbling and sticking to the glass. I will go one better the best Indian over Nuneaton, Bedworth and Coventry. ENJOY!

I went here with all my family last Sunday, 15 of us, for a birthday meal. The room is very small and you can tell it's an old working mens club. There were large tvs on every wall, 6, I think. The room was full, mainly men ,there to watch the football. It was very very noisy! It was very difficult to enjoy the food and to chat. The food was nice, but I wouldn't want to go there again.

Had the Balti Lamb Jelfrezi, which looked more like a standard lamb curry, It tasted just OK, nothing special. Can't recommend as it wasn't a great experience overall.

Missing an entire dish, not happy at all , team should be checking things as they are sent out. Waiting for a refund , the process is atrocious , I have submitted photos and not happy that one person is missing their food tonight.

What a find! This part of the country is really special with pub-restaurants like this, with a spectacularly outstanding quality of food. I came on a work visit staying at the nearby stadium hotel, glad to find this was less than 20 mins walk away. You have to choose from the menu then order at the desk, then buy drinks separately, but that’s fine for this quality. I had the Rarah Gosht which was superb, best one I’ve ever had. They don’t do veg sides though- I had to waste half a main of a spinach dish. Nan bread was lovely, quite superb - the Mixed Grill looked amazing. Local people are real lucky to have places like this around here!

Chicken Karahi had far too many cardamon’s in it. Everything else was okay.

Would have expected the mixed grill to have come in a foil box instead of a bag, shame there was no onions in the mixed grill as they do have in the actual restaraunt. Followed order notes though which is a bonus

After placing order you can expect food within 5 to max 10 min. Quick service, it gets crowded during lunch and dinner time, would suggest ring them and book table in advance to avoid waiting. (Even if they say on call you can walk in no need of booking, insist them to reserve table)

To set the scene, I have had take away’s from here regularly for years. The food is always great. Tonight, however, I have experienced the worst customer service that I have ever known anywhere. Whilst on the phone placing a large order, I asked a question about the garlic chilli chicken as I’ve not had it before and on the menu it says ‘ask for ingredients’. It wasn’t what I wanted so I took around 5 seconds hesitating to be told ‘can you hurry up’, which took me back a little. I hadn’t been particularly slow. I checked and we had only been on the call 1 minute and 50 seconds. I said ‘hurry up.. I’m placing a large order’ to which he responded ‘yes but we are busy’ and then ‘come on’. At this point I put the phone down, and I’m sorry to say I will never order again. I had already ordered 5 starters, 2 of the 4 mains and I still had sides and breads to order. I understand you are busy guys, I run my own retail business, but you don’t treat customers this way. I’m sure you wouldn’t have spoken to me in this way if I was sat at one of the tables in the restaurant, so why is a telephone customer treated any differently.

Naans are really decent. Portions are best bang for your buck, quality is alright. Super loud in there though.

This was the first and last time we will use this restaurant, the wife and I both had chicken meals, I have never ever had chicken so dry it completely ruined the meal it was inedible what a waste of £33 😡😡😡

Good Indian mix grill, separate flavours

One of my friend suggested and visited this restaurant yesterday. It was a perfect Indian Grill Restaurant. Food was so Authentic. Ordered mix grill and it was more worth for the price we paid. We loved the food throughly . Nice ambience. Looking forward to visit again. Having enough parking place.

The food was really good, however, one of the waiters (Ram) was very rude. He was rude at the bar and rude at the Order point though the other waiters were good.

Sent wrong chips, asked for masala chips, but received plain

delicious. The waiter could’ve slapped me and I would’ve left a five star review. my mixed grill and butter chicken standards are HIGH and it delivered. Maybe the cheese naan wasn’t cheesy enough and the peshwari naan didn’t have as much sweet filling as normal but that’s minor. This ain’t a fancy place but it’s a straightforward ordering at bar experience and the food comes quick. I wanna try the momos and some other curries next time, I was fatshamed into not ordering more food but I 100% will next time!

1st time visiting Khushi's and must say food was very impressive all full of flavour and served piping hot. Would of given 5 stars but i think they need to invest in better extraction fans, we were a party of 17 and once we'd left our clothes smelt like we had cooked the food ourselves. There are many other grill houses and when you dine in them you do not come out smelling of the food you've eaten.

Please maintain the portion size and be consistent. It’s quite regular that if on a Saturday you order before 6pm, certain portion sizes are smaller as compared to later in the night! It’s as if they’re trying to “save up!” The quality is good, but they can be stingy on portion size of certain mains. My veg noodles today was half the portion the size. Really disappointed.

Amazing food! Have never had a bad takeaway, and reasonably priced for the high quality and taste.

The chicken in the tikka masala was like sliced ready cooked chicken you can buy in shops, the sauce was mild and more like korma than masala, ate half as I was hungry and threw the rest.

Again excellent food BUT soooo tight with the popodoms (probably the cheapest thing to make) but you pay £2.95 & get one!! After a £34 order plus service charge & then delivery charge!! One popodom for £2.95……seriously if I was dining in which I have done I would say something 🤦🏻‍♀️
