Attended the restaurant for our wedding anniversary, the decor is nice and the service is friendly. Popadoms for starter was nice, then we ordered starters & main courses. The portion sizes are small and the prices are quite high. My main course prawn curry only had 5 medium sized prawns in it with minimal amount of sauce. The dishes had nice flavours but expensive for the size of the portions. We paid £76 for two starters, two mains with one rice & one naan bread & two small drinks.

A great evening - we may have been the only diners at the early slot, but we received excellent, friendly service and outstanding quality Indian cuisine- with impressive portion sizes, too. The environment is clean and classy and our kids really enjoyed the wide range of the clearly presented menu. It was also extremely good value for money! We'll be going back.

Had the Wednesday night special (we were unaware it was on when we booked) so a good value meal. £10.95 for a starter a main course and rice (with popadoms to start) Lamb in the starter was very tough and chewy, chicken tandoori in the mains was not good and both mains tasted identical, despite being different rent meals. Rice very poor and flavourless. We may have picked bad meals as the food being delivered to other tables looked much nicer than ours. Surly staff offered us a tiny table in the flight path next to the kitchen, in a half empty restaurant, which we declined and didn’t seem happy that we asked for water. The bill was wrong and overcharged- charged for a kingfisher instead of a Diet Coke. And it’s cash only, this always makes me a little suspicious. The meal was ok but I wish we had gone elsewhere.

Stumbled across this little takeaway house in Great ayton, lovely service from the front desk, in my option the food was expensive, considering typical restaurants such as Jolsha for the same meals ordered and with a sit in clean accommodation is about £15 cheaper, but thank you.

Website says offers takeaway: no menu can be found online (so we ordered what we assumed they'd have) and they don't offer delivery. What was reslly disappointing is you could only pay with cash- they did not inform us of this on the phone when ordering, so we had to go to the nearest cash point (3 miles away). The food was fine, but a bit more information online would have led to a much better experience.

I was staying nearby for the night and decided to eat here . I turned up without booking on a Monday evening and although it was quite busy they found me a table. I ordered a few dishes and I must say all very good. Great service and a nice venue.

Shockingly bad service, filthy pub with tables loaded with crockery remember to wipe your feet on the way out. Won't be back. Sack the manager
