I order from you; a lot and always have the same meal and tonight the chicken tikka masala sauce was so runny; it wasn’t nice

Good staff, prompt service. The food was light and had depth of flavour, all in all a very good curry house. But please repair the light in the toilet!

Normally, when I go the food is perfect but the most recent time I went they gave me the wrong food! But the nice waitress offered to give me a free change. One person in my familly does not like spice at all so he asked for any not spicy meals, when the meal came it was spicier than ever. 4/6 people got the meal they were expecting. Why the change?

Despite a good reputation and good trip advisor reviews this restaurant is now shut down and up for sale. This needs to be reflected on trip advisor urgently

Was away for business and so we googled a place to eat. The reviews were excellent so we decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. Food = exceptional. Service = exceptional. Value for money = exceptional

I've got takeaway here numerous times now and have sufficient experience to leave a comprehensive review. Korma 9/10 Tikka Masala 8/10 Rogan Josh 4/10 (no spice whatsoever) Pathia 3/10 (Pathia is meant to be hot sweet and sour and sadly theirs is very sweet with no heat.) Jalfrezi 2/10 (again no spice and weird flavours) Overall I expected a lot better from based on the high prices they charge. The curries overall are disappointing (unless you only love mild creamy ones.)

The outside suggests this is nothing special, but the food is delicious. Freshly cooked and tastes that way. Service friendly and very efficient. Well worth a visit.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First of all, the food was an hour late, which was frustrating. When the food finally arrived, I was shocked to find that the chicken was raw, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the flavors were completely off, and it didn't even resemble what we had ordered. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the food. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

First time but not the last, great food, really friendly welcome and service, nothing else to be said. Would definitely recommend.

Now a small restaurant at the side of a pub in Shipston, I imagine that like us, most people order takeaway food from Chutneys. The starters and mains we ordered were excellent, really tasty and it'll take a few more visits to decide if this is better than the improved Shipston Bengal, which it may well be.
