The best restaurants serving Indian food in Woking South East

We wanted to send a massive thank you to Ateen and his wonderful team for allowing us to hire the venue and hold a Christmas theme Hen-Party. The food was amazing as always. The hens were so impressed with the quality of the food and different choices available. Flexibility was given to us with the decor and communication up to the event with Ateen was great. Thank you always and I’m sure you will see some of the guests travelling from afar just for the food!

Absolutely amazing food! It's so delicious, authentic and fresh. If you're looking for a great South Indian restaurant, then this is the place to visit. The customer service is brilliant and the staff know the menu well. They're really good at recommending food options. Vio, who served us has excellent customer service skills and really knowledgeable. I cannot fault this restaurant and the food.

First time I've chanced upon this franchise, & I was impressed. It offers a variety of intriguing options. I was slightly miffed that I wasn't able to swap out the fries for mini poppadoms (which seemed odd to me, given that the pricing for both items is the same); but I'm actually glad I tried the massala fries - as they were pretty delicious (as a taste reference - my wife likened them to Nik Naks). My only complaint really was that £7.50 seems slightly steep to me for a wrap, chips & a can - I can get a curry meal with rice for that at my local curry house! But I enjoyed it nonetheless, so won't put too much weight into the price.

Very bad experience!! I'm not recommend this Restaurant. Poisoning my partner and me, I'm pregnant as well and we are at the hospital right now! I will take a very serious in them because this is not ok, very risky for me as well. My partner is feeling extremely sick is in infusions at the moment!

Excellent food. Very friendly service. Lovely atmosphere. We keep coming back and they have never disappointed. Great new menu too.

Saw a mouse or rat come out of the kitchen and the food just tasted bland and microwaved. Staff were uncooperative and condescending when I tried to bring these issues to their attention

Excellent food as always. No need to book on a Saturday night too, there’s a very large menu. Please can we have some lime pickle or other hot dips for the poppadoms.

This used to be an excellent restaurant but seems to have problems. A few weeks before this visit it was unexpectedly closed when it was supposed to be open. On the evening we did go it was very quiet. We ordered a bottle of white wine. It was served at room tepertaure so we asked for a chilled one. They said they didn't have that particular wine chilled but they did have another. When that arrived it was chilled but it had already been opened with at least a couple of glasses taken out. We asked for a chilled unopened bottle of anything they had which eventually arrived but they made us feel we were being unreasonable when we were only asking for someting any restaurant would serve automatically. The food was OK, but nothing like as good as it has been in the past. When we came to pay they asked for cash not credit card. We said we wanted to pay by credit card and so we were asked if we could pay part of the bill with cash. We declined but this isn't good. Altogether a very disappointing evening.

It was my first time having a takeaway from the Red Rose since being vegan and I was very impressed. Delicious vegan Dansak and very friendly manager and staff. I will definitely return.

Not sure why TripAdvisor removed my last review which was legitimate but was claimed not to be? We booked a table for last Sunday for Balaka on their website. When we arrived the restaurant was closed. We had 2 notifications in the days prior to the booking reminding us to turn up for our booking. We were a group of 5 and 3 of the group travelled 30 minutes to get there. When I rang the restaurant on Monday they said "sorry we were closed". Yeah thanks we got that... no decent apology at all.

Food was fantastic, delivery was quick. Everything was hot... Only one minor but hilarious issue - I was missing a cheesy naan. Found it this morning, outside, tucked into the letterbox! 🤣 It's possible the driver knocked again but a couple of my family are quite deaf. Just Eat has already refunded the "missing" item, so all is fine. Time to find out what a night air chilled, partially posted naan bread tastes like! 😁
