Lived in village 10 plus years. First visit to Pipasa. Won’t be going back. It was ok but there is much much better Indian meals to be had and much better quality. The open kitchen allowed me to view rice being moved from pot to pot by hand which isn’t great. In this day n age we should not be getting reheated chicken breast either. They need to sharpen up at Pipasa.

Excellent service, all the staff were so friendly and attentive. Great food, all very delicious and authentic. A all round wonderful experience with beautiful background music and great vibes. We will definitely will be back again!

Got takeaway as I often do on a Friday - the restaurant food is equally good. absolutely the best curry I’ve eaten - always outstanding quality and really tasty. I normally get the Gurkha Hill boy lamb or chicken (the lamb meat is cooked on a skewer and delicious). Today I thought I’d try the Paltane Messing - traditional pork and pork Choi curry served in Gurkha barracks - absolutely delicious - now I won’t be able to decide !!! Both can be ordered medium or hot. Truly outstanding Nepalese curry served in a traditional village pub - what more could you want !

Service was poor. They were clearly really busy with takeaway orders so the restaurant suffered on the back of it. Waited over an hour for main and when it did come out it was cold. No hotplates just normal cereal bowls. Food was placed down abruptly and was not very tasty or spicy either. A real disappointment 😞

Horrific service, ordered in plenty of time and was told 1hr wait, after 1hr 30mins we chased to check where it was and were told it had left and would be with us soon, another 45 mins passed and it hadn't turned up so phoned again and was told it would be with us in 3 mins (now more than an hour late), it took a further 25 mins to arrive so was over an hour and a half late (more than 2.5hrs since we ordered it). No real apology just 'oh we're really busy tonight'. When it arrived there were items missing, we phoned straight away and were told that 'next time we ordered they would give us a free one' I said I wanted a refund as we wouldn't be using them again. I was told someone would call me back, over 30mins later still no call. Food has changed, definitely the dishes are much hotter and not as good quality. The Korma and Tikka Masala were too warm even for the children to eat them. Definitely will not be using them again

Great Indian takeaway, simple phone ordering service, 25minute turn round very good for a saturday night, efficient at collection(easy parking right outside as well), food ready bang on time, very reasonable prices and very pleased with food quality (lamb passanda a top choice!) and good portion sizes. Definitely will be using again

Tried to order another website and then got a notification saying that they are closed. It was only 21:00. So looked on Uber eats and it appeared to be open so I placed an order. I don't know if occasion at 22:00 saying that the food is en route but there's a couple of stops before me. Food arrived at 22:45. I knew at this point there's no way he could stay hot for that long. When I served it the chips were hardly cooked and not even lukewarm. It's like they've been fried for a couple of seconds and then chucked in the box. PopaDom's Was chewy. I don't think it will let me a post a video but the curry sauce was watery and tasteless, It was as if it was the scrap from the bottom of the barrel and they've just watered it down. Chicken was so dry I had to use all of the yoghurt dip and couldn't even manage to eat the rest of it because it was too dry. Really disappointed I've used Andover tandoori in the past and it's been fantastic. But this must have been the worst I've ever tasted a microwave meal from Tesco's would have tasted a lot nicer and at least it would have been hot.
