Went there on Sunday evening with no reservation, had a good evening only took one dish. The food was yummy, the personnel were nice and friendly. Will go again.

An excellent restaurant with friendly and efficient staff providing a professional and seamless service. The range of food is good quality and tasty - the Thali is exceptional!! Absolutely splendid ambience, swift and super friendly customer service, genuinely friendly staff, the food....Wow, the starters alone was so delicious and flavoursome and the rest followed suit, free car park (after 4pm) just outside!!!

Attended on the 27th July for my daughters 18th birthday. A great place with a warm welcome, with wonderful food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. Staff were polite and helpful, food was lush and quantity of food ordered was enough for everyone. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to eat out. This was our first time dining at the Sultan Indian & Bangladeshi Cuisine. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent and we would throughly recommend.

Enjoyed another delicious meal at Sultan. The food is excellent, very flavoursome and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and always remember our names. It makes us feel like valued customers. They always give good menu advice and recommendations. We love going here to eat and are now regulars. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Staff there were friendly, made use feel very welcome. Were asked what table we would like as had a wheelchair user, and moved chairs away from table to allow more room. I had the salmon Tikka which was grogeous and bombay potatoes Would come back when visiting family

Had dinner with friends lovely atmosphere, food was great nice wine, service very good as restaurant was very busy. The coconut ice cream was delicious. We will go again in the future.

Had a fantastic meal here last week with my family. We all loved our food and the staff here were very friendly and helpful. I don’t like the frozen mango sorbet for dessert but that was my preference on taste and nothing wrong with it generally. The place was spotless and the decor very nice.

First time visit for us, everything perfect. Plenty of choice on the menu, all presented well and great service. We will definitely be going back. All the staff were very pleasant and Dominic was very helpful in answering any questions.

Ordered a delivery online as had heard good things about this place. Delivery said it would arrive at around 19:20. At 19:50 I went to restaurant to check, in case somehow I had been mistaken and it was a collection. To say the system is disorganised chaos is an understatement. The restaurant internet seemed to be down, which given the haphazard nature of the kit I am not surprised. The waiter couldn’t find the order, even though we had a confirmation email. The manager ended up having to call the delivery drivers to work out where our order was. That resulted in us finding that our order was out for delivery, but given where the driver was in town she must have gone past our house to get to where she said she was. I suggested to the manager that given the delay then perhaps good customer service may indicate that he reduce the bill or provide a free drink. He showed absolutely no interest in trying to deliver decent customer service. Not interested in the slightest. Had no excuse as to why the order was, by this time 40 minutes late. We went home. When the driver arrived with our meal about 10-15 minutes later she lied, saying she had just picked it up. When I informed her that was not true she amended her statement to say that she had picked it up 5 minutes before. Another lie. My advice, AVOID. POOR SERVICE, over priced, when the meal arrived it was dry, which is no wonder given that it had potentially been out with the delivery driver for over 40 minutes. Will not be using this poor excuse for a restaurant again.

Got a take away for the first time from Sultan at the weekend and would definitely recommend! Everything was delicious, usually have the leftovers for lunch the next day but there was nothing left by the end but everyone couldn't stop eating.
