The best restaurants serving Indian food in Milton Keynes South East

The food is absolutely splendid. The chef customises it as requested. It has become more of a Saturday morning routine to order and have food here. It’s served with a smile and warmth as if it’s all just one family. There are always new people and new faces of different languages and cultures at the joint, to talk to about random things. The little birds keep chirping and playing around whilst one eats there. It’s more than just a food joint, it’s more an enriching experience to just be there early and find happiness.

I ordered a desi breakfast with habibi tea and wow, it was delicious. More than that, the gentleman who was taking our order etc (think he was the owner) was so attentive and really cared that we were happy. I will definitely come back and thank you for making us feel special plus the food and tea was great!!!

Exceptional service and food! This was our second time visiting and despite not having a reservation we were seated at an excellent table. It’s well laid out and decorated inside, each table has plenty of space and the napkins are a work of art. Portion sizes are very generous and taste doesn’t miss. As a vegetarian the Tarka Daal and Saag Paneer were the best I’ve ever had! A friend we went with who is coeliac found the menu easy to interpret as it has useful symbols for allergies. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and after the meal the orange slices, hot towels, complementary sweets and if wanted a complementary drink, is the perfect ending! We look forward to eating here again 🍽️

We have just been delivered the worse curry I've ever eaten in milton keynes , it looked like oily cat food . Had no flavour, I had 3 spoonfuls & threw it in the bin . Waste of £50 , don't understand where you get the 4.6 rating from . Will be looking to complain to uber eats as well utterly disgraceful. Will definitely be sticking with our normal Indian takeaway in the future. Shame they were closed today . Mowglis In beachhampton , one of the best in MK never disappoints . Stay clear of this restaurant , waste of money & now have to sort something else out for dinner .

Iv used Tandoori Hut for many years now. The food is always amazing, and the staff are so friendly, both on the phone and in store, always a pleasure to pop in for a chat and to collect the order. Chef will always accommodate a request for something cooked in a certain way, or something that isn’t on the menu, a great local business that really is part of the community.

Last 2 vists to this place have been terrible. Last Saturday went with 4 other friends and have gotten food poisoning from the meal. I has eaten nothing else that day so certainly was the meal I had. Time before this which was about 5 years ago I had a hair in my food which is why I had not been back. I have loved in Stony near 20 years and plenty of options for Indian food all much better than this.

I ordered milk chocolate cooking chocolate you have sent me dark I also ordered unsalted butter n you have sent me salted this is not what I wanted

We visited for a take away yesterday and we were very impressed with menu and the way you could choose the level of spice to your taste for the vast majority of dishes. The food was delicious and flavoursome. The service was attentive but not intrusive. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

First time getting a takeaway from this restaurant, it will be the last. Food was very bland and the rice very over cooked, more like rice pudding. It is a shame as the people seem very nice, I hope for their sake this was a one off, but I will not go there again

Was once our go to for a take away, it will now be our go far away for a take away. Not sure if ownership has changed hands but if it has they need to buy it back. Food must have been cooked by a blind person with no arms, in all honesty ALDI korma jar has more flavour. Wont be taking a risk of ordering again as I like my money more

Definitely our family favourite Indian restaurant. Been coming here for years and the food is always good.
