A restaurant located on the North side of Milton Keynes in Wolverton. As a curry lover I have always looked out for special dishes and I must say at Cafe Balti the Lamb Shashlik Buna is absolutely incredible. Full of flavour and texture. I had a take away delivered and I would say that quality of the food was not lost and the service was fantastic. Would recommend and will be seeing Cafe Balti soon.

We came here for a family dinner last night and was delighted to find such a lovely cosy romantic restaurant. Staff were very friendly, attentive and efficient. Our orders came very fast. We had tandoori chicken and prawns with naan bread and poppadoms while I had lamb briani rice which was delicious and came in a big portion. Mr. Afzal who served our table was very commendable and made sure we had all that we need for a good dinner meal last night. Thank you so much for such a good experience and see you all again.

Used to come here a lot, but following a refurbishment and then a pandemic, it's been a long time. I used to love being able to "design" my burrito by following along as they created it (no slaw for me please, although extra cheese, mango chutney, oh and black beans) but that's all gone. Now, a chicken mughlai burrito was exactly that, as is, and even the idea that I didn't want slaw was enough to raise eyebrows amongst the staff (who might I add were really not at all friendly, in contrast to staff from years gone by who were always really friendly and had a great approach to customer service). In addition to our very "as-is" burritos, we also got wrapchos. There used to be such a delicious side. Nachos with generous lashings of cheese sauce, optional salsa and jalapenos. I used to opt out of salsa and jalapenos as a matter of preference, but I didn't get that option, and beyond this whole "no customisation" thing they've got going on, the "generous" amount of cheese seems to be a thing of the past. The cheese was incredibly sparse - I've never known anything like it. Things were already going pretty bad, but that hadn't prepared me for what was to come. The burrito was ok. No where near as good as what we used to have, but it was fine. That is, at least, until in the second half, I've bitten down into ligament. This had me heaving, but forgivingly, I just spat it out discreetly and put it to a side, then moved on, putting it down to a one off error. I carried on eating until suddenly I'd bitten down on bone. Two different instances in different parts of the burrito - the quality of the meat preparation by this point is clearly questionable. To be clear, wrap chic was once one of mine and husband's favourite places to go for a quick bite. We would always rave to the people around us about how good it was. Today's visit? This wasn't wrapchic. I don't know what's happened, but this is not that same place we loved for so long, what feels like so long ago now.

Came here lastnihjt for my brothers 18th birthday. I ordered a chicken tikka masala- it tasted exactly like heinz tomato soup!! Ive just been looking at the reviews and someone else has said the same. Could have had this at home for £2 My sister got a butter chicken and this tasted the exact same too and was bright red. At the start we were asked if we wanted some poppadoms for the table so we said yes. We didn't expect this to be £27 and were shocked to see the bill! I have never been charged this much for some poppadoms - most of the time they are complimentary. Lastly, it was my brothers 18th birthday so we asked for a sparkler because we saw other tables have the same. We waited ages and nothing. Got the bill, paid and reminded them again about the sparkler but they never came so we just left. Wouldn't return.

I absolutely adored Neath Hill Indian. Ordered recently and it has completely changed. Watery curries almost meatless, doughy naan breads with little flavour. I tried on two separate occasions thinking they’d had a bad day but it just isn’t the takeaway I adored. From the looks of other reviews it’s been like this now for a year. Not sure what’s happened. Sad to say I won’t be ordering again.

Our first time ordering and there were added extras included which was generous, however, all 6 curries and sides were bland, lacking flavour and depth. Meats didn’t appear to have been marinated in sauce or seasoning adding to the lack of flavour. A real shame. Naan were nice.

Finding this place is like finding the pot of Gold at the end of the rainbow! I have had Indian takeaway from the Grange on Grange Farm for at least 12 years and I just wasnt enjoying them. My son suggested we try the Massala for a change. WOW! I realised I have been eating bland and boring food all this time, no wonder I wasnt enjoying the meals. Massala has reminded me of what true Indian food is really like and my tastebuds are alive again. I have tried several dishes all of which have been amazing but today I had the Chicken with Garlic and Button mushrooms. blimey! It was astounding! I cannot believe i have been missing out all this time. Dont waste time going elsewhere because this is THE place to go

I hadn't had a kebab for a while so bought a large doner & chips for £10. I took it home and it was till warm however I have to write I was disappointed. I know it's been a while but I recall on the rare occasions that I ate this size, the doner would be filling. Opted to try the sweet chilli sauce, as opposed to the "Indian" flavour they offered that I had become fond of. There wasn't much of it meaning the quality of the meat was left to be assessed. It didn't taste great, quite bland in fact. I can't say that it's made me want to go back again. I probably won't.
