Visited in January for a birthday celebration. Food was excellent but service a bit patchy. We never did get one of our coffees, though they did give us a free baileys in the end! It was very busy with 2 large parties which may have contributed to the delays in service. I'd definitely go back, but maybe try a quieter evening ie not a Saturday.

Oh my! What a superb dinner here in Lewes. We're vegetarian and had a superb range of choice. We had a millet based bread we've never tried before, it was excellent and filling. Thank you for a new experience.

Ordered curry for Xmas dinner this year - a first but needed simplicity as 2 members of my family had just had operations. Specifically said it was for Christmas dinner. I have just popped in the oven to heat though and disaster - a chicken korma as opposed to a chicken tikka masala. I'm not impressed, especially when they delivered they hadn't included the onion bhajis and veg samosa. Therefore, I will not use them again. Really cheesed off to say the least

We ate here for my father in laws 80th birthday yesterday, a table of 9. We were treated very well and looked after, the food was delicious and we left very happy. Big shout out to staff for helping my father in law in and out of the restaurant (he has Parkinson’s), facilitating a birthday cake and also for being able to cater well for my daughter with coeliac disease. They had many gluten free options and the poppadoms are gluten free! We will visit again soon.

I was in the area and got a lovely meal meal there with an excellent service. Definitely I would eat there again and I can highly recommend the place.

The food here is very good. It's a shame the same can't be said for the service. I won't go back to dine in again, although a takeaway wouldn't be out of the question

Had a fantastic Vegan take away, thoughly enjoyed It, not many places, if any, have an actual vegan menu to choose from. Highly recommended.

I've never had a bad curry here and the food was excellent again this evening. It was very popular, so I'm glad we booked. Since they removed the carpet a few years ago, it's slightly noisy, as there are few soft furnishings to absorb the noise. It also feels a bit chilly - not cold, but on the cool side. The staff are a bit business-like and lack charm with their service, but the food is why we come here.

Fantastic takeaway last night. Couldn't have been better.
