This café is not recommended due to its lackluster service and uninviting atmosphere. The staff were unresponsive and seemed disinterested, which detracted from the overall experience. The ambiance felt cold and unwelcoming, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed meal or drink. During my recent visit to the restaurant, I encountered some service challenges that I believe could be addressed for a better customer experience. Upon arrival, the restaurant was quite busy, and while a staff member mentioned he would clean a table for us, we ended up waiting for about thirty minutes without any updates. Despite asking a couple of times about the status, we didn't receive a response. I noticed that another group of customers who arrived later had their table cleaned promptly. It would be beneficial for the team to receive training on providing consistent and respectful service to all patrons, regardless of who arrives first. Enhancing this aspect of service could really improve the overall dining experience for everyone. Thank you in advance for considering this feedback.

We tend to treat ourselves to Nat's, as a takeaway, most weeks. There was a different starter on offer recently, Nat had been given a request & made it his own! Fresh vegetables in a favoursome ball of mix of herbs and spices. Melt-in-the-mouth wonderful!

Always been one of our go to places for Indian takeaways, website is simple to navigate and food is always ready on time and is always super delicious, prices have gone up through the years but is always worth it for sure. Always recommend the set meals they have that are great value for money.

The quality is somewhat good but the quantity portion for the main meal is not good enough at all based on prices for food items, we ordered Sizzler(full of paneer, not enough vegetables or salad or rice), pav bhaji (very small portion), uttapam (size of roti and not fluffy as it should be) and Soya chap masala(half of quantity compared to shown in their special food menu).

Conceited arrogance. Simply they sent us the wrong order, it was way too hot and went in the bin. Phones them up 3 time and left messages, no reply. When we got through they asked why did it take so long to complain, seriously! Took no responsibility, said they never get things wrong, blamed Uber Eats, who is the supplier here? Reason I never went back to their over rated restaurant was because I had a huge, dead, bluebottle in my chutney one time. No apologies then either.

I am disgusted by this whole order, we ordered all sauce and salad except from one separate, the sauce was drenched all over the food, the sauce was that hot was inedible, my father had to take all chicken off and wipe it down with paper towels, but still covered in sauce, had to be thrown away, me and my mum shared one, it had 4 pieces of chicken Tikka on it, which was already cut up from proberly two pieces of chicken Tikka. The salad and sauce was also drenched on it. The food was thrown away. All the food was cold. The only edible thing was the popadoms. My brother onion barje was sloppy and cold. I paid extra for sauce and salads separate for the above reason. The salad was just lettuce in a plastic bag. No cucumber, tomato, onion or coleslaw which you would expect from a salad. I ordered a additional one for the next night for myself again had to be thrown. I tried to take the lettuce and sauce of it but could not. The nann bread was already mushy. I paid extra for the salad and sauce separate. I rang shah of Denton and I wasnt very attentive. I am disgraced and very upset. £40 wasted. Do not eat from here!
