The best restaurants serving Indian food in Kingston upon Thames London

We've been here loads of times. There's a varied menu with some Asian Fusion dishes, old faithful Indian dishes and chef's specials. The food and the drinks are both well priced and delicious. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. I always look forward to going back!

Great food. Nice atmosphere. Good service. For a dosa place, you do have to remember it is not food that will all come at once, but it is still very speedy. They are always, however still never feel forgotten about. Same level of service the last few visits, so very happy to recommend

We used to use this restaurant quite frequently. It then changed hands and the new place was a disaster. New Raj came back and the food was very good but now seems to be shut again! (17/04/2019) I do hope that it is only shut for refurb!

Visited this evening for dinner with old friends. The food was phenomenal. Maybe the best curry, the staff were patient, attentive and offered recommendations. The manager Vinnie was welcoming and friendly. Thank you for the great evening! Will be returning!

Flavours are perfect! Fresh and just one of the best curries I have had in a while. And worth it . Great service , friendly ! And clean ! Butter chicken, chicken korma and the lentils you can tell it's all fresh and spices balanced so well! Highly recommend.

What a find! Food really good and service first class. Lovely people. If you love Indian street food, try Moksha. It's part of the same group as Dastaan and Koyal, so food is top drawer. We'll be back!! 👍

Unfortunately, Sarada is permanently closed. After many years with a chequered history, it is no longer. Be interesting to see what goes in there instead. Now frequenting Agra.

This was the worst Indian meal I’ve ever had. A very limited menu and recognisable dishes tasted nothing like other Indian restaurants I’ve tried. Decor was very dated and strange as they had pictures of London and Paris. The only positive part of our experience was the service and friendly waiters. Such a shame as the reviews were so good so very disappointing.

The service is good and friendly furniture v run down ni table cloth v cafe tupe unlike the pic .food is good .But they don't serve u (due to hygenic condition never heard of that ).Riverside views good butto match the views they should upgrade the furniture chairs atmosphere v cafe type but service was good

As good now as it was 30 years ago. Though it could do with having a zero alcohol beer or lager available.

booked a table weeks ago, they called me to ask if I wanted to bring forward, I said no as its planned event, so they said see you in 2 weeks.... didn't bother to tell me it was closing! luckilly another restaurant could take the booking .

Take away and cash only if paying at the place - probably most order online. Superb - had the Vegetable Thali and Onion Bahji. Thali was huge, tasty, fresh and excellent value for money and the bahji was so tasty. Thoroughly recommend.
