The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

Ordered food for delivery .4 times repeated post code driver called wrong postcode given to him..not his fault..Ordered x x hot vindaloo..massive disappointment ..not even madras hot..starter..sheesh kebab. Swimming in water no garnish. Naans steamer and soggy when arrived...unless eating in don't bother.

We had a table book at 8pm, we arrived at 7.55 and waited an hour for them to seat us and we kept asking staff and they continuously said 5 minutes, 5 minutes, this was very stressful with twin 3 year olds who by the time we got seated were very upset crying and were hungry, we were finally given a table and on one of the chairs when I pulled it out was dirty napkins and empty bottles, after waiting 20 minutes with no service I sent my daughter to ask for menus. We ordered popadoms to start because the twins were so hungry and after about 30 minutes off asking where they were the poppadoms finally arrived. We then ordered our mains, and the waiter made me feel very uncomfortable coming behind me and kept touching my shoulders and felt like he was trying to be too nice because of the poor service we had received so far. The coconut rice had lumps of sugar in it, the chips were black and they had one lump of cheese on them and should have been cheesy chips. We were so hungry by this point though and stressed with hungry kids having to wait 2 hours to get food that I ended up leaving because the twins were tired and wanted bed. On paying was very high priced and they asked if we would leave a tip, I said okay £4 and the waiter said no £10! We ended up leaving at 11pm. Will never go here again. At the end of the day I understand it would be busy on a Saturday night, however I had prepared for this by booking the table and should have been prioritised.

Stopped here for a curry while in chipping Norton for a weekend. Food was delicious and service very good, would recommend

The food was incredible; generous portions of the most flavoursome meals, in a very busy but somehow still relaxing environment. Big shout out to Jack, who took one look at me when I was about order my drink, and guessed it correctly - I asked if he was a mind reader and we had a good laugh about it! Great place - and they do takeaway, too 👍

Food and service of great. We had a great meal. Had elderly mum with us, and they were perfect with her. Even gave her a free drink for her birthday. 2 for 1 drinks until 8pm. Great place to go.

We liked the look of this restaurant while out looking for something to eat.The staff were friendly, good service and a good vibe.Loved the food choice and different items that we don't normally get in many Indian restaurants. Our meal was absolutely delicious and plentiful, we didn't leave a thing,unfortunately we felt let down by the astronomical price of two large lime and sodas;£11.40. So we would not visit again as we felt ripped off.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Food was great. Portion size was very generous. Overall really good experience.

Biriany was good but the vegetables comes with it, wasn't great. They don't give receipts.

I have been calling them since half and hour and they are not attending the call.. i ordered food and it's been more than an hour.. if they don't want to deliever then why they accept the order.. Worst restaurant.. I will not recommend this to anyone.. Fake reviews they have from customers.

We came here for our Scout Leaders Christmas Party - there was 9 of us and they managed to seat us altogether. The restaurant is small - but, it’s very cosy. We ordered a real variety of dishes and it all arrived swiftly. It was incredibly tasty - and, the portions were fabulous. We had a lovely evening.

Had an amazing meal at Jalsagor in Hereford today! From the moment I walked in, the place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious—full of rich, authentic flavors. The butter chicken was perfectly creamy, the biryani was packed with spice and aroma, and the garlic naan was soft and fresh. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into every dish…

This restaurant is permanently closed. Just waste my time. Owner should change restaurant opening time.

No puedo comentar sobre la comida, ya que no nos quedamos a comer realmente. Nos fuimos. Puede ser comida decente, pero la gente deja mucho que desear. Reservamos una mesa y llegamos a tiempo después de haber corrido el guante de fumadores hoscos reunidos fuera. Nos dijeron que tomáramos asiento. A algunas personas no reservadas se les dio una mesa por delante de nosotros. La gente era muy desagradable y nadie hizo ningún contacto visual. Después de 15-20 minutos decidimos ir a otro lugar y no volveremos. No importa lo fabulosa que sea la comida no hay excusa para overbooking, mala gestión y grosería
