Shah Tandoori in Camden

I was originally planning on going to another Indian on the road but walk past shah and saw the ambiance and decided to try it out. I must say, it did not disappoint!

I really enjoyed the food here, reasonably priced and good quality. Would come again!

It was a very nice dining experience for kids and adults alike. I recommend the butter Chicken.

Our server Mahi was very good in catering for service. Good salesperson with upselling. When the kitchen got one of our orders wrong, he remedied right away even though we had agreed that mistakes happen.

I’m a going to say this the man with the glasses absolutely lovely guy but. I will say this I have picky food so this wasn’t as nice to my standards but is okay for the average Jew as this was prophiesed in Torah 4000 years ago and this will be my departure, FREE ISRAEL 🇮🇱 the kids love it tho!!!!

Perspective from American tourists: was surprised how sweet and nutty the Chicken Tikka Masala was. Not as spicy as it’s served in the US, but was delicious nonetheless. Also had a goat dish where the meat fell right off the bone and was incredibly tender.

Went here based off good reviews and it was the right choice. The food was delicious, especially the Goan Fish Curry. The papadam’s dipping sauces were delicious as well. Looking forward to coming back.

This is definitely the best Indian restaurant in Euston. It was my first time here and I had a great experience. The food is absolutely fantastic and the service was superb. I highly recommend the lamb shank curry. I will be coming back again. Thank you to all staff 👍🏽

I have eaten at many restaurants in Drummond Street but I have never had food like Shah Tandoori restaurant . This restaurant's food is the best and their service is very good. Thank you to the whole restaurant staff.

Found this indian restaurant on Google maps with a good rating and we were not disappointed! Everything was delicious 😍, especially the butter chicken and the mint sauce with the complementary starter dish. Also loved the paneer starter. Great music and nice vibe in the restaurant. Went early so it was quiet. Mahi was really kind and gave good recommandations for our stay. I definitely recommand this restaurant!

The waiter encouraged us to have starters and desserts even though we didn't want to and above all pay attention to his opinions. He asked us to post opinions and strongly encouraged us to give him 5 stars. As for the dishes, they weren't that good and the service took a while even though there was no one in the restaurant.

First of all, the restaurant does not deserve this rating, if I could give it a 0 I would have given it. The dishes were super sweet, like for example the butter chicken which had tomato sauce. An unpleasant welcome, dirty tables... in short, didn't go there!! (see photo of the table).

I reserved a table here for 7pm. We weren't seated until 8pm and were given a table outside in the middle of the rubbish in the meantime. Ok once you're in, but avoid would be my advice.

The food here is amazing. Fresh, tasty, and great value. The cooking is on point and the spices just right. But what takes it to the next level is Mahi and the incredible team here. Their service is next level. Their kindness and good humour is wonderful. They are exceptional. We felt like part of the family. We have a regular “Curry Group” of old colleagues and from now on we will go nowhere else than Shahs.

I have always been wary of Indian food, but after visiting this place, I have changed my mind. It is definitely worth trying Indian cuisine at least once in your life. And this restaurant is the best place to do it!

Never disappoints when I’m in London for work and it gets late or the trains are delayed/cancelled. Good place to get a great Indian meal and the staff are very attentive. Sammy was on the ball, very polite and very understanding when I had a tight schedule to hit. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Good service, tasty food. Naan breads are fresh and juicy. Curries are packed with meat and vegetables, Jal frezi remaining my favourite.

It's standard Indian restaurant food, nothing special. We had the Tom and Jerry for 2, which came with one king prawn to share between the two of us, which felt particularly mean. Also, both I and the other person who had the Tom and Jerry had digestive issues the next morning, so perhaps good that we didn't eat more
