Best Indian / Pakistani food I’ve had in a very long time. The grilled chicken is unbeatable.

Dar’s is a special place - they really make you feel at home, and the food and service is exemplary.

Our first trip and we really enjoyed the food and service.

Good traditional food. Very reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

All was perfect,warm welcome with smile and care all the way, food was delicious, mix grill was super warm and delicious, tasty,. Sauce, they gave us , no problem, tea was super tasty.well done, will come back and you can 100% come here you will enjoy, and make work the locsl small business rather than big stupid franchise like mac do or others ( no no no).

You will not be disappointed, we forgot to take some photos unfortunately! Good price and tasty and enough. We had grilled whole chicken and mix plate.

Had a fantastic meal here today. Food came quickly. My vegetarian meal was tasty, well prepared (I tried the green lentil dahl and am so glad I did) my dad had the Lahore fish as a change from his usual choices and he said that was great too. Waiters were helpful and helped me pack a doggy bag. Would definitely recommend as a Hampstead gem of an establishment

The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is an intimate setting, you can bring your own wine. The food was amazing especially the grilled chicken, lamb, and the tiger prawns with pilar rice.

Tenía el menú del almuerzo que era muy pobre. Pollo seco con arroz? Ningún condimento en el arroz o salsa tenía absolutamente ningún sentido casi imposible de tomar sin un litro de agua y sin una comida agradable o sabrosa. Parecía una ofrenda perezosa en la que no han pensado ni se han esforzado.

Passed by this restaurant & was really hungry, saw the Halal sign in the window & thought I could do with a good hearty, Punjabi lunch. Place looks new & clean, even the toilet is clean & tidy! It wasn't full so they let me sit alone at one of their booths. I ordered the Lamb brosh (probably haven't spelt that right), chilli roti & garlic naan. My Server Amar was very gentle, polite & helpful and so was the bearded gentlemen whom I believe is the boss who brought my food & checked if I was enjoying it. I'm not a big foodie but was tempted by many dishes on the menu. Portions are a filling size & I have a small stomach. Food quality top notch, can taste the freshness. Dar's food has that home cooked feel to it. Ambience was very nice, quran playing, staff not shouting at each other, doors were open as it's a lovely sunny day in LONDONSTAN :) Overall I highly recommend & I will come again to try a daal dish next time. I walloped the food before I could take any photos =P

Absolutely amazing mixed grill and samosa chaat - we will be regulars!

Great food, chicken korma and chicken biryani were amazing. Was so delicious yet a bit spicy for us , so owner said we can order milder next time.

Dar’s is definitely a go to. The food is amazing, the service is great and they are friendly. The wait isn’t bad at all. The food is pretty great, from the Biryani’s to the burgers and chicken. The portions are pretty decent. My go to is always the lamb biryani, samosa chatt, Burgers, cheese naan and the chicken biryani. I’ve been here soo many times and the quality has only gotten better. They offer NHS discount to NHS staff. Definitely a spot for family and friends.

During our visit to London from the US, we discovered this gem of a restaurant while heading back to our hotel, and we ended up dining here two nights in a row… so far.. and we just can’t get enough! Every dish we sampled was incredibly delicious. The butter chicken was wonderfully moist and packed with flavor, making it a perfect choice for our kids who prefer milder tastes. The Bhuna Ghosht was nothing short of spectacular; the meat was tender and the sauce was rich and savory. We enjoyed it alongside garlic naan and pilau rice. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was the best dining experience we had during our time in London. Sorry for not including pictures. By the time we realized it … it was all gone.

Absolutely delicious food, the curry is exceptional and I particularly enjoy the peshwari naan. Not only that, all of the staff are the friendliest and most helpful - my favourite restaurant in the area and I’m such a regular now!!

My favourite super easy and casual neighbourhood local. Portions are massive for the price and customer service is fantastic. Takeaway is quick and easy and dining in as well. I’m a regular in the neighbourhood and the fact you can bring your own wine / beer / drink is lovely.

What a find we had,just found this hidden gem in the heart of Hampstead heath ,amazing food very authentic must give it a try if you want quality and tasty Panjabi cuisine.

This place tastes like home which is Bradford. Lovely staff and very impressive food. Tried it all here and for the Londoners who think Watford is the north. This is simply amazing .

Dar’s Tandoor & Grill is truly a fantastic restaurants, which pride themselves in authentic flavour and quality, you can really taste the spices and there portions are plentiful, everything is so fresh and delicious, the grilled chicken is one of my favourites. Milton is an asset to the restaurant, who shows great passion and service, looking after the customers and he is always friendly My sincere thanks to the chefs as well, I highly recommend this great place.

The food here is just lovely. The Keema naan is the best I’ve had by far- plenty of keema! This is a welcome place for us to eat as I have treatment at Royal Free. The pricing is great and you can bring your own alcohol. We wish Dar’s was in our home town

I recently visited Dar’s Grill with my brother, and it was our first time in the area. We were both starving and decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive which immediately made us feel comfortable. The menu had a great variety of options and it was clear that everything was made fresh. We ordered a mix of dishes to share and every bite was packed with flavour . The grilled lamb chops were cooked to perfection tender ,juicy, and seasoned just right. The sides were equally impressive the rice was fragrant . The portions were generous, and the food came out quickly . For two people who were as hungry as we were, this place more than satisfied our cravings. Overall, Dar’s Grill is a hidden gem that I’d recommend to anyone. Whether you’re new to the area or a local, this is a spot worth visiting. We left full, happy, and already planning to return

Having recently returned from India was craving a decent curry. Found Dar's, I was not disappointed, no frills, excellent Indian cuisine. Lamb vindaloo🌶️🌶️🌶️🥵 just like over there, okra, pilau, tandoori rotis. Will be back again.

Everything is great here, special shout outs to the seekh kebabs, chapali kebab, bhindi, achar chicken, keema muttar, rice and roti and naans! Avoid the fish kebabs though, sorry it came overdone and tough. But im still coming back tho!

I finally popped in to Dar’s this evening, I must say the member of staff was friendly and pleasant. I ordered a couple of kebab rolls which were done in reasonable time and I’ve got to say were better than my expectations. The kebabs were moist and tender, the naan was well made and the sauces were delicious. Really worth the money JazaakAllaah khayran

Chefs from Lahore are cooking a range of grilled meats and Pakistani curries. The highlight for me is the Methi Chicken. Worth a detour…

Best Indian this side of haverstock hill cooking good Indian food, there is also a great vegetarian selection with a good mix of dhal, panner and aloo options. Service was great with friendly staff and very welcoming!

There are only a few "Indian" restaurants that serve nihari and haleem -- recommend Dars for this as well as their other excellent dishes recommended by others.

Authentic Indian food. Really tasty. You can watch the chef make and bake the nan breads in the tandoori oven from your table. Highly recommended. Maybe book in advance as it’s a small restaurant with a faithful clientele

Was here having dinner you have your chefs and waiters making jokes with each other and laughing so loud it's uncomfortable you can't even hear yourself speak. I think it is very rude and offensive if your staff behave like this while you have customers in your restaurant.

Very authentic and tasty food. Especially the grill chicken and special lamb karahi. Great value and excellent friendly customer service. Definitely worth regular visits.
