The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Indian food

Got to watch these guys and get your prices confirmed. They will try and make you pay extra without telling you. ANY large curry it states in the meal deal online does not state anything about additional prices for this and that. So it's not ANY at all it's only the basic curry. Therefore the meal deal is in fact an absolute farce. I'm happy to pay extra for items if I consent to them, but when you order they should not start adding on extra charges without telling you about them. Delivery within 5 miles it also states online no where does it say anything about any fees. Yet they try and add these on again without telling you. My order was supposed to be £27 from what was stated online yet they wanted a lot extra close to £35. Watch these guys. This isn't an isolated incident where they have decided to add money on as my last order before this they decided they had changed the prices and what was listed on the menu itself and online was no longer correct anymore. However, they didn't tell me and I didn't know about it till I checked where the discrepancy was. I don't have an issue with prices changing but you have to tell the customer not just give them a higher bill and try and seek it in. Used this place for 15 years management has now changed. This isn't a one off where they have tried this sneaky extra fees and it is a matter of principle so I won't ever use this place again.

We’ve ordered from the millennium a few times but sadly will not be ordering again as the quality of food has gone really downhill. Lamb really tough, small portions etc. It used to be so tasty and good portions but now food is overpriced and tasteless not to mention they miss food off your order (takeaway)

our 1st delivery from mint curry, and will by no means be the last, store is only a few miles from us but we opted for a delivery, it was quit, as we had never tried before we didnt know what to expect, and then the magic happened, best tasting lamb masala i have ever had! and there alot of very good options in cardiff and ive tried most if not all... wife had the honey korma and it was stunning too... we have found our new number 1 place cant wait to re order, i even called the store to compliment the chef... superb!!!

Bland tasteless food. Waste of money and the worst curry I have had in years. It would have been much better to go to the supermarket.

Great food and service! Very welcoming and attentive staff. Food is good quality and very reasonably priced. Take away is available at 10% discount to eat in prices. Plenty of parking outside. Best to book in advance for weekends.

Really lovely food and excellent service. Enjoyed the Bombay potatoes and other veggie side dishes. Staff very kind and patient with our large group which included some kids. Definitely a gem in Hainault and would visit again.

The food is delicious, of a good portion size and there is a varied menu selection. The service is professional, polite and warm. I felt very welcome. When I visited it was a quiet night without much custom, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Music was at the right volume to be enjoyable without being disruptive. The decor is simple and apt to the general atmosphere.
