Haven't ordered Indian food in a while so this was a treat last night and it did not disappoint, from the curries to the naan breads to the piri piri chips it was all delicious!! I won't leave it so long next time 😍

I've not had an order from here in a while but this was amazing. Delivered on time and tasted great. The special mixed kebab is beautiful. The owner who does the deliveries is also so lovely.

Order was over an hour late ,said on the app it was delivered at 19.20 pm ,didn't arrive until 19.50pm, also the bread was hard ,won't be ordering anything else from here

Very good food, was all still very warm, they brought it fast & it tasted so nice. The quality of the chicken was tops, the sauces are delicious, the rice was plentiful & the naans are to die for!

unfortunately my order was very late due to their delivery driver not showing the food arrived piping hot but the korma was very bland it had no taste at all and was runny not creamy absolutely no flavour it was seriously disappointing , the pakora was dripping in grease so much it went through the bag the nan bread was in , I understand the issues the restaurant had tonight but to wait so long to get a korma that had absolutely no taste to the point I really couldn't stomach it is not good

Despite calling twice my meal did not arrive until 9.10pm. I placed my order at 6.28pm

the wrap was cold, the nan was burned and not edible and the chips were just bad. not a good experience.

Fab food always comes piping hot and fresh only complaint is the special mixed kebab states comes with peppers and onions which a couple of years ago cane regardless. The last 2 times ordered haven't had any and called to query you have to ask for them included as not all people like peppers and onions. Just feel it should be the person requesting the order to ask for them not to be included as advertised. This takeaway shop is fab no complaints from me or my family fantastic quality and price. Order arrived well after closing time. Wrong items delivered and couldn’t make contact, restaurant not interested next day when speaking to manager.

Took around 2+ hours to be delivered but to be fair I do stay about 5 miles away and the food was still hot and tasty.

Order took over 3 hours to be delivered from the time it was ordered. Understand places get busy but should have been informed or pre warned of delivery time. Food was nice but a lot of oil sitting on top of curries

The best lamb korma I’ve had! The lamb was melt in the mouth, with the sweet, creamy, and lightly spiced korma sauce - AMAZING! The customer service was wonderful and the woman who served me was very attentive and welcoming. This is by far the best Indian takeaway, I have been going to the Kohi-Noor my entire life and don’t think I’ll ever stop!

worst curry I've had. strange texture to the sauce. the curry sauce, spicy onions and chilli sauce all had the same strange tangy taste. its definitely not homemade and most likely the same base sauce for everything trying to make it seem different. the chicken not fresh either and again most likely frozen pieces, the likes of which you would find in the frozen Isle of a supermarket. could tell from the shape and texture of the chicken. honestly would have been better with a fakeaway. horrid

Very bad quality food, both curries had a consistency of jelly, very appalling. Tried first time and won't come back.

For the second time the food was excellent. Delivery not too good. Driver could not work entry system so I had to come down three flights of stairs.

Took 1hr 40 to arrive. Naan was dry, chicken korma looked like it was from a jar and had an odd smell. Rogan Josh inedible. Saag paneer was ok.

Ordered 3 meals to be delivered which said 45 mins. 60 mins later no update on whether it was on its way or nearby. Called them and the order wasn't even cooked. Said would be at least another 30 mins? Decided to go collect as it would be quicker. Got there but had to wait as still not ready. Meal was OK but had better. Not much taste tbh. This used to be my go to place but was very disappointed with the service and food on this occasion!

Great tasting food but over 2 and a half hours to deliver. Our first time ordering

It was almost an hour later than when it should have been delivered, 2.5 hours after I ordered!! Both the tikka masala and the Korma were not good! Gloopy sauce with not much flavour at all. My daughter said the Korma tasted like cheese! Nan and Poppadums were only edible things in there!

1st time using Kohi-Noor and certainly won’t be the last. Absolutely delicious 👍🏼

All the food was good as always but the naan was quite dry and "stiff" unlike usual where it's quite moist and tasty.

The curries we’ve just received are awful. No vegetables, not much chicken. The sauce is just gloopy slop, as if it’s been blended. It’s more like slightly spiced soup with some lumps floating in it. The chicken is also horrible, texture and taste wise.

Fantastic food it’s the only Indian we use.

Only reason given 4 stars was that the special mixed kebab was mostly doner and sek kebab with hardly any chicken or lamb. It was very tasty though and the garlic Nan was outstanding. Suggest ask for sauce in a pot so you can add where you want.

Ordered our meal at 6pm to pick up at 7pm. On arrival we were told it would be ready shortly. At 7.30, after complaining twice it was finally ready. Have ordered numerous times and always delays, this will be my last time

It had been 2 hours so I phoned up and the person on the phone said the delivery driver went to the wrong address and someone’s else has took my order, this is totally unacceptable after finishing work and needing my dinner!!!!!

Food was brilliant as always and arrived piping hot. However, ordered at 1850 and called at 2047 as app was saying food had been delivered and was informed our order had only just gone into the kitchen. Food didn't arrive until after 9pm. Food was delicious and piping hot so understandable restaurant was busy with it being a Saturday night.

Shocking experience. Food was meant to be delivered at 18.55 and when I probed at 19.20 to ask where it was the order was only sent to the kitchen then for cooking. In 25 years I have never had an order on time with the kohi noor and I won't be ordering another from then. Was promised I'd get something additional in with the order and I recd a bottle of Fanta!!!! What a disgrace!

This was our First order from Kohi-Noor but it will be our last. The meal was 1 hour and 20 mins late, they apologised but that's all! Food was great when we got it, but very, very disappointed.

Food was lovely and will defo order again. As ordered on a Friday knew they would be busy so gave extra time for delivery. Really happy with the meal option.

2 hours and 25 minute wait , despite being guaranteed an hour max on app, we called the restaurant after the waiting time was up and staff mislead us with delivery time , and we had to wait an extra hour and twenty minutes . If your hungry don’t go here .

Delivery time was shown between 7 and 7.30pm but the meal didn’t arrive until just after 8.05. It’s a popular takeaway but was slightly disappointed about the late delivery. The meal was excellent as usual and piping hot so all was good in the end. Even though there was a slight delay I will definitely use the Kohi-Noor again

Usually love the Kohi-Noor but we waited over two hours for our order. Never got a chilli sauce for the pakora’s, too. Apart from that the food was nice.

My husband and I have been customers of the Kohi-noor for many years now. Every dish is prepared fresh using the best quality ingredients and there is variations in taste from week to week. That said, having tried other local Indian takeaways, nothing is comparable with the Kohinoor, I read reviews of other places and made my decisions to try them based on these reviews, I genuinely don’t get what other people’s idea of a good curry is, judging by our experience. The 2 we tried were awful. We were down south on holiday and tried an Indian curry down there, all I can say is the Kohi noor has spoiled us as nowhere comes even remotely close to being as good!! The curry we had on holiday was ok but it wasn’t the Kohi noor! Anyhow, I just wanted to give credit where it’s due.

Good quality good but delivery time was very poor.

The only fault I can give, 15 min over expected time. Even then the food was hot, delicious and simply outstanding. 10/10 will order again!

Not sure what's happened but it was the worst murgh masala in my life. Pretty sure they didn't try it before serve. Is my favourite dish from restaurant but this time I'm just disappointed.

Food brilliant but 35 mins late

Delivery took a long time, had to call restaurant to chase it as they don’t provide Just Eat tracking. Food was sadly lacking. The puris in the prawn puri were inedible because they were so greasy. The filling was pretty bland, almost like thick lentil soup with curry flavour. The puris I’ve had before had a rich, spicy, tomato sauce. The spiced onions were different, but not in a nice way, the marinade was thick & gloopy with heavy seasoning, might have been cardamom or cumin, not pleasant though. Would not order from here again, sorry.
