Wanted to try something new and loved it. Great selection for the family. I had the Bourguignon, it was delicious. We also sampled some starters, sides, everything was really excellent with good portion sizes. Highly recommended.

During a family visit to Greenwich Market feeling hungry we decided to try the Steak and Chips. What a great choice it was so so good. Great portion size cooked to perfection and very reasonably priced. Very friendly service too. We will be back very soon thank you

Lovely hidden gem. Friendly service, welcomed us and our children. Provided chalk for our kids to draw on the slate tables which was a novelty they loved. Excellent quality food - I had the choucroute which had a great selection of meat. Also one diner had a gluten intolerance and the team had a fantastic understanding of what this was and were very accommodating. Will happily go again.

I do not recommend this. Ordered a minute steak, wasn’t able to cut through it. Like rubber. Salad was tasteless. It tasted like they put some mayo and soured cream together and tossed the salad in it. Apparently there was a chef issue. They brought me another steak. It was dry. They should take this off the menu. It’s a cheap steak but it can’t really hit the mark of being cooked properly because of the thinness. The server told me there was an issue with a chef in training. This was a disappointment and it was sad I could have actually had a great meal elsewhere. They need a proper chef here. The location is great, so close to St Paul’s Cathedral. The fries were decent 7/10. They felt bad and brought me a second order of fries. They are trying but the food needs a boost.

Clean and decent place. While passing to reach the metro we were attracted by the take away promotion which is tempting compared to the others. We had the pleasure of being welcomed by two Italian guys who recommended the proposals closest to our Italian breakfast. However good the espresso coffee is, it is far from the flavor we are used to, but it is normal to happen abroad. Kind, friendly and helpful! Good value for money for breakfast out in London. We will return during these days of stay in London given the monster accommodation near St Paul's Cathedral!!

Wonderful aged steaks impeccably served. Old style panelled dining room hidden from the crowded bars of the Ned Hotel. Definitely an “in” place with live jazz on a central stage. We tried the sharing tomahawk while the other guest had a fillet. Faultless. A carefully decanted Amarone Tommasi to accompany it. As good as it gets.

Came here after work today (30/09) at 5:30 pm and the service was very fast and the employee was very lovely. Will definitely come back for the amazing service, I unfortunately didn’t get his name! Pastries are super delish as well.

It was disappointing to find that the restaurant is so poorly laid out for a self-service breakfast. We arrived at 7.50am but had to queue in the outer hallway as a restaurant staff member explained ‘we don’t open until 8.00am’ The breakfast diningroom is located in the hotel lower ground floor. Once inside, I saw that the Serving areas were small so diners had to line up in the pathways, thus blocking access to tables. The foods on offer were good, but the limited display areas meant it was hard to see all the dishes at their best. The area for drinks - especially the coffee and tea self-service - had the longest queue. Lack of space and poor accessibility meant the visit was not enjoyable. More worryingly, the main seating area of the downstairs restaurant had a flight of steps in/out. And there were no prominent EXIT signs from that part of the dining-room. With much of the space blocked by diners, it would have been hard to make an exit in any emergency.

Very busy restaurant. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, everyone is welcoming & hospitable. The starters were amazing, smoked salmon & a tartine. Prepared and assembled to perfection. Experience went wrong however with the rack of lamb. You could smell the over powering garlic stench before the plate arrived. I do not understand why restaurants do not include the ingredient garlic on their menu when describing the dishes. Had they done so, would have selected another dish. Instead, the rack of lamb was sent back & although they offered an alternative, we left. To the credit of the restaurant and staff, they were v gracious in the way they handled it. I wish we ordered something else, but probably won’t return now. So many places out there.

Enjoyed a first class lunch here. A delightful room with appropriate timeless settings that pushed focus onto the excellent service and delicious food. The welcome was friendly, service perfectly timed, not fussy at all and extremely professional. The food was outstanding, hi-lights were the creative scallop ceviche with the delicious burnt mango mousse, incredible intermezzo of truffle covered foie gras on an exceptional shiitake covered toast and the intense chocolate ganache for dessert. Highly recommended, kudos to the Chef and team at Le Cordon Bleu 👏

Disappointing, ordered avocado on toast. The portion was small, two tiny pieces for 8 pounds - wow! I live in Switzerland and I am used to higher prices, this seems a real tourist rip off though. No value for price. I saw people being surprised about the portion size. French toast with the smallest piece of bacon. Still hungry i ordered the Granola - with Greek Joghurt. From bad to worse, literally a bowl of granola with a teaspoon of yoghurt - definitely not the expected hreek-style yoghurt, a very cheap alternative, any a tiny big of cherry compote for a steep 7 pounds. Dont recommend - they rely on people coming in once after visiting St Paul’s / area.
