Bland food. One of the servers was outright rude. Just blah.

Not the place it used to be. Perhaps Sam’s Kitchen has put pressure on? Food was ok and the service average. Shame, used to love this place.

A Truly Luxurious Stay in the Heart of London Staying at this stunning hotel was nothing short of fabulous. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service, attention to detail, and overall elegance of the property. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking—like stepping into a palace. The decor features exquisite old-world charm, with grand marble accents, classic paintings, and ornate architectural details that add to its timeless beauty. The rooms are just as impressive, beautifully designed with both comfort and sophistication in mind. Photos hardly do it justice. Room service was excellent, offering delicious food delivered promptly and with care. The amenities in the room were thoughtful and luxurious, enhancing the entire experience. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. Just a two-minute walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station, which serves the Piccadilly, District, and Circle lines, getting around London was a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in London. We can’t wait to return.

Delicious food at Fethr tonight. Shared between 3 of us and such a feast - Patatas bravas, chicken chocolate-mole, cheese and onion quesadillas, beef tacos and fish tacos, corn salad. All this food, incl wine came to £35 each. And what a beautiful venue. Portions are huge, and staff are so lovely and helpful. The ladies loos are so posh too!!

Visito a mi hija y su familia en Wandsworth una vez al año durante los últimos seis años. Este pequeño lugar está a una cuadra y media de su casa. En mi visita de abril de 2019 parecía que el restaurante había cerrado y cerró su puerta.

What a find! The cutest little French bistro with a small menu featuring classic brunch dishes done well. It's a tad pricey, but the fact they had Canele's (specialty Bordeaux pastry) completely won us over. We ordered some, thinking there's no way they'd taste as good as the real thing in Bordeaux, but we were proven wrong! They were a highlight of our weekend in London 😍 The order: Sourdough with scrambled eggs & comté (cheese) - £10 Sourdough with scrambled eggs & bacon - £10.50 Smoked salmon toast with cream cheese - £15 Pan au chocolate - £2 Canelé - £2

Mi primera visita aquí. Precioso menú con un montón de opciones, un montón de GF, WF, SF, NF. Gran lugar si tienes alergias. Tomé una leche Moon, con muchas especias encantadoras y una galette salada de mermelada con fruta y frijoles negros. La señora de la tienda cero residuos era tan amable y hay un adorable beagle también. Sin duda volveré.

Estuve en este café dos veces y tuve una buena experiencia en ambas ocasiones. El cuenco que comí (salmón, algas, aguacate, cebolla crujiente y maíz dulce) estaba absolutamente delicioso y mucho mejor de lo que hubiera esperado en un pequeño café. Esperamos volver de nuevo en el futuro

Their sourdough bread is the best of the best. Do get there early, as the bread sells out quickly. It is more expensive but the quality is great.

We come here fairly regularly on a Sunday for the Turkish breakfast, it's great value for money. The staff are always super helpful. They got my order wrong today due to miscommunication via facemask. I thought, no problem, I'll give something different a try. Let the staff know what had happened next time waitress was near table, very apologetic and offered to swap it straight away. I didn't take them up on the offer but really appreciated their immediate response. Just as I'm typing this, the owner has turned up with a free dessert as an apology. Give it a try, rather than a bland Costa or similar nearby.
