Very nice afternoon to celebrate birthday lunch and walk near river

Bread was stale and I asked for fresh bread and they told me it was okay just toasted but it was extremely difficult to bite and chew it. Eventually soon they changed it, no apologies. I was overcharged and told them nicely they amended it without any small apologies, staff is not friendly 😕

Great location. Couldn't find a quiet restaurant nearby because they were all full of people after work, finally found this one empty (thought it was closed), maybe this one is empty for a reason. All the three waiters are not so friendly and don't seem happy working here, especially when we ordered some main dish plus salad (not 2-course), we commented that we expect salad to come earlier than the main dish, the waiter asked us in a cold face "you know this is not a 2-course, right?" lol of course we know, it's just a comment, not a complaint, relax, dude, we won't come back again. Imagine a beautiful restaurant sitting right on the river bank with greatest view in a luxury condo building but with such bad poor service and attitude, what a waste.

First time at Brasserie Blanc. Lovely place by the river. We had an amazing dinner with tasty food and great service. Everyone enjoyed it.

Really lovely outside dining space and the food is great value. Service is spot on. I highly recommend the beef roast on a Sunday.

I held my son’s birthday lunch here yesterday. The service was excellent, Lizzie and her team went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had a memorable occasion. Food was hot, delicious, and very good value. I’d highly recommend BB Fulham Reach. Thank you, we really had a special day!

Excellent pre fixe menu before 18.00 with a free drink (mon-fri), good selection to choose from at a decent price for the location, well worth a visit.

Great restaurant. Delicious new summer menu which catered for all dietary requirements. Staff really friendly and helpful. Despite having a large wedding party in the service was efficient but food especially was delicious. Will definitley return soon to try the other things on the new menu!

Lovely meal, food was delicious but what really stood out was the service - Karol was excellent, really attentive, took the time to chat to us and went the extra mile to ensure we had a lovely dinner (thank you!!)

Tasty food but small portions. Beautiful location - gets a lot of sun. Was quite empty when I went on Thursday afternoon, but started to get busier by the evening. Staff were very friendly. Has a baby change table and it's accessible for prams. River view is limited due to plants around it. I would go back as apparently the steak is really worth trying.

The hostess Agatha was the rudest women we had ever met. I moved my chair slightly to get out of the hot sun and she proceeded to berate me aggressively for doing so. I asked if it was a possibility for us to be seated at another table because the sun was right in my eyes to which she gave me a death stare. and rolled her eyes. She then refused to serve us and forced another waiter to do so. We were not served for nearly 25 minutes and decided to leave.

We popped into BB a couple of weekends ago for a drink and a snack before going to see Eddie Izzard’s brilliant Hamlet at the Riverside Studios. Despite the busy and sunny day, Aggi and Liam welcomed us, fitted onto a perfect river front table and found the time to look after us with charm, humour and care. They and the restaurant left quite an impression and provided an unexpected perfect prequel to the mad Prince of Denmark! Both were bravura performances!

I had just attended this restaurant and was given a nice seat overlooking the river. I was looking forward to enjoying my meal when I had to witness the hostest named Agatha act unacceptably to another patron. First of all, it took 30 over minutes to even be served when the establishment was half empty on a Sunday evening. Then I saw her speak so rudely to the other waiters, barking at them in such a degrading manner. This behaviour akin to a tantrum continued when she spoke to foreign customers. Truthfully, this behaviour ruined the mood and led to my mate and I walking out after one pint as it was so disheartening.

Lovely food and service, value for money pricing. Slightly noisy bar service and beepers/alarms going off throughout our visit.

I have to give this restaurant 5 out of 5. My husband and I have been there at least half a dozen times and have always found it to provide delicious food in a lovely setting with excellent service. We have been there à deux, with friends and also for larger family gatherings. Last night I met there with a group of 6 friends. Once again, the meal was excellent but, even better, was the service. Because of the size of our group, we requested a different (round) table so we could all hear each other. The staff could not have been more helpful or charming and arranged a change of table. . This is a lovely place to spend an evening and I cannot recommend it more highly.

A lovely evening at Brassiere Blanc- Fulham Reach. The staff were very helpful in sorting out our seating arrangements, as well as being providing excellent service. The cocktails were very good and the food was delicious . We will definitely return.

Starters or mains were so blunt, no flavours, nothing, an insult to French cuisine

We waited about 1.5 hours for our starters, there was a mistake on our order so some had to wait longer, there were barely enough staff to run the place and some of the food was cold. Not at all what I’d expected.

We waited more than 1 hour for the starter and another hour for the main course. The food quality wasn't good. Not recommended!

My local and absolutely excellent. And cheaper than pubs in the area!!

I hadn't been to a Brasserie Blanc for a while and my experience really surpassed all expectations. Every dish was superb, flavourful and perfectly cooked. I was especially impressed by the trout tartare, exquisitely presented, and the impeccable lemon tart, though enjoyed a monk fish and clam stew too. Lovely staff, a good busy and great views across the river.

Stopped in at Brasserie Blanc for Sunday lunch on a Thames walk. The food was delicious and there was ample seating for walk-ins (like myself). The service was a little slow but that's my only critique.

Disappointed by waitresses service. Been waiting 20 min for a table on the sun in a lovely sunny Sunday. Waitrose gave preference to another customers who wearing smart I believe if you don’t come smart look in this restaurant they will give preference who will. Very disappointed

I have been here for the 3rd time now and I am always amazed at the price-quality ratio here... The cheese soufflé is great, soft, airy.. Service was very nice and helpful. A relief compared to the Netherlands...

Fantastic food and great atmosphere. It was not a busy day but the staff were overstretched. However they were very helpful and welcoming.

Had the fixed price lunch and two choices from the a la carte menu. The food was poor: a steak I had asked to be cooked pink was overcooked, while my wife was served a tasteless and overcooked green vegetable curry. Bad acoustics and overall a very disappointing experience.

Great location but parking was stressful was poorly signposted. Food, service and ambiance was wonderful.

Excellent restaurant and great riverside location with an external terrace for when it's warm/dry enough..

Exquisite food - superb dishes. We came Saturday night and had 3 courses (you can’t not - food and choice is extensive and so delicious). The pea and broad bean salad so fresh and tasty. The trout was crisp and well seasoned for the main. The main star event was the flourless chocolate torte - wow wow wow. 5*. I was trying to be good and not order dessert but I couldn’t resist - it was totally worth the calories. Also for a pescatarian there were tonnes of options for me, which isn’t always the case. We had a lovely friendly waiter. I can’t wait to come back and luckily we can as we live so close!

Came to Fulham Reach to visit friend. She took me to this French restaurant by the river. We came on a Friday afternoon around 2 o’clock. It was not too busy. We could choose outdoor or indoor. There is lunch deal from Monday to Friday. But i went a la cart. I ordered the snails. The garlic juice went really well with the bread. It is very flavourful and garlicky. I like a good duck confit. It was tasty however I found it wasn’t crispy enough like the authentic ones. The mashed potatoes next to the duck was so good. I would recommend this dish. My friend ordered the steak from lunch set deal. It was really good deal. During our stay, our server, a bloke from Malaysia served us very well. He kept adding water to our cups. he also spoke Cantonese with us. Great place to spend time with friends

The best value mid-week fixed price menu I know. House wines are good value as well. Also top quality beef in Sunday roast.

Went for my birthdaybthere was 8 of us the staff were friendly helpful and just general nice people 🙂 the food was amazing not one compliant was made by anyone it was all delicious 😋 we will be definitely be going back

Took my husband for his birthday and it was a nice meal, but I'm giving it a lower rating because the visit was tainted by a discount coupon, which was the reason we picked this restaurant over others. I received a tempting discount coupon via email and the waiter refused to accept it at the end, because the fine print was that we all had to order 3 courses. We'd only ordered two each. Plus the waiter didn't explain that at the start--although he apologised for not doing so.

We celebrated a belated Mother's Day here and had forgotten it was boat race day. This however added to the already wonderful atmosphere on Fulham Reach. We were able to sit outside in the sun all afternoon enjoying our lunch. The service was excellent from start to finish with each and every staff member who attended to our every needs. It was as though nothing was too much trouble - and we could see they were all working hard. The food was amazing - best duck dish my daughter has ever had according to her and she knows her food! My chicken was stunning - taste and texture and the accompaniments were all lovely. I have had escargot at a number of Brasserie Blanc restaurants and I adore them, as does my other daughter now! I cannot recommend the location, service and food enough!

Always enjoy coming here. Love the ambience, service, food, and location. Had the chalkstream trout again and it was delicious.

Don’t expect anything out of the ordinary. My cheese soufflé was very dry and very little cheese taste, as was the tiny jug of cheese sauce, order something else. The waiter was not helpful when I asked for an alternative sauce for my steak. My fillet steak was very soft but utterly tasteless except for the seared edges. The French fries were boring but the French beans were good. My Apple and blackberry crumble had very little crumble on top and the custard was awful (apparently it was vegan) and came in the tiniest of bowls containing about two tablespoons of custard. And to top it all off they tried to charge me £2.30 for an extra two tablespoons of custard. The manager and I came to a agreement on my final bill!

Very good food, service, ambience and wine all for a reasonable price

We go there often and really enjoy the place. It has such a lovely view on f the Thames, when the weather is nice you can sit in the various tables outside. The food is good as is the service!

Mothers day meal for four. Child friendly. Took twins in buggy and placed us by the window. Food and service were excellent at a reasonable price. Would definitely come again

Food was ok, nothing to write home about. The service however was appalling. Wrong food coming to our table. Things we didn’t order was coming and things we did order was taking forever to come. We ordered dessert…. They brought us tea!! The bill was also other matter . Around £90 worth of extra items we didn’t order was added in. We had to query them about it twice and even after that they had the cheek to add 15% service charge. I mean really!!

My visits to London are only complete when I have had a meal here! I have never had a bad experience here and the food, staff and restaurant are just magic!

Disappointed by the food. Not the level we expected for the price. More like a casual quick in and out lunch place than a leisurely event to savour.

This is simply a wonderful Riverside restaurant serving food at the highest standards. The cheese soufflé is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The menu is sublime. I’m the service flawless. Nick was our server and really went out of his way to make the experience special. The restaurant manager, Stephen is a superb host. The menu is very well priced for the quality and the drinks, especially champagne are really good value compared to other restaurants nearby. I can only praise on this little gem in Fulham. . they’re open on Christmas Day for a fixed price menu. Hope to see you there. I’ve enclosed a photo of the menu in my photos.

Visited for an early dinner before a show. Beautiful little spot on the Thames, decorated very tastefully. Service was fabulous, I’m finding it difficult to be impressed with eating out lately but the food was the best I’ve had out in a long time. Lovely flavours and great menu. The rhubarb and almond tart was delicious and the pistachio soufflé was sublime. I will definitely return when I’m in the area.

We have been visiting BB Fulham Reach for many years now and have constantly received excellent service and competitively priced food/drinks in a cozy and atmospheric environment.

Very delicious food, amazing interior and great service on this magnificent place in Fulham Reach. One of our family's favourites French brasserie in London. We started visiting this lovely place, some years ago and anytime we are amazed not only by the taste of the food, the quality of the products, but also for the whole, including service and prices.

A fabulous place to eat by the Thames. We have only been in for lunch, either as a couple or with family, and have enjoyed the relaxed ambience, beautiful decor and value for money the menu and service provides.

Absolutely Delicious food at Extremely reasonable prices (promotion)! That said; the Grilled Squid was very disappointing!! Only a few tiny pieces in 'like a soup'!! Staff are very attentive and hard working! Parking: There's absolutely no parking nearby!! The restaurant doesn't have any (shuttle) arrangements either!

I had a very delicious and tasty birthday dinner. Thank you for this quality of food which was memorable. Our starters were excellent as the mains too. My partner loved the prawns salad as I found the sausage salad very unique and light. The duck leg was amazing and a very decent portion, the lamb rolade was something what I would not expect. The design of all the dishes are beautiful. Apple and blackberry crumble very fullfilling and the pistachio soufflé very fresh and homemade…just for this I would come back any time.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Come here regularly and would highly recommend it, especially the pistachio soufflé! Don’t leave Brasserie Blanc without tasting it, you’ll be missing out on a little taste of heaven.

Great new location. Staff is super nice and food is up to a fantastic level, as in all the other BB's around London. I love the cheese soufflé! And I don't say these things lightly.

One of my favourite places to go out in London. The service is always excellent - friendly and efficient. The food is wonderful and really good value for London. Highly recommend the cheese souffle and Sunday Roasts but it's pretty much all good!

Great experience. The food, the service, the comfort make a perfect combination. We very much enjoyed the entire family, including to kids.

Chateaubriand very poor. As a long standing customer of Winchester, Guildford, and Farnham before it closed it was extremely disappointing to take friends here only to find very small and poorly presented chateaubriand. At £62 we expected better and had better in other Blanc restaurants over the years. No explanation, only a sorry and we weighed it first. Not even a great cut. Nothing except the small meat in a large plate. Oh! 2 tiny dried up slices of tomato. Can’t wait to get back to Guildford.

We had a lovely evening just me and my husband. The lamb roulade with dophanoise potatoes is always excellent and the squid and chorizo stew spicy and generous. Cotes du Rhone a lovely smooth choice. We have had the pork in the past which is also excellent. Always consistently very good food.

This was lunch for our 49th Wedding Anniversary. The meal was excellent, as it has been on three previous occasions recently. The staff were extremely professional and most welcoming as they have been on previous visits. I would certainly recommend a visit to Brassierie Blanc to friends and colleagues and look forward to returning there soon.

Visited today and the service and staff friendly and helpful with suggestions for allergies/intolerances.. The Morteau sausage and potato starter were lovely... I was disappointed with my lamb roulade main meal and the dauphinous potatoes weren't good..but the lovely lady who served us,gave me a lovely chocolate/orange dessert for free, which I thought was very fair:)

Lovely meal, staff were friendly and attentive, nice relaxed atmosphere. We had a really good evening there.

Went out for an extended family lunch. Good food and great service (thank you Kamilla) at a reasonable price. Had a mixture of staters, croquettes and snails, plus cassoulet and roast beef for main course. Roast beef was nicely cooked (pink) - always a good test of the quality of cooking, which they passed.

Lovely food, beautiful setting and accessible for wheelchairs. There is outdoor seating beside the gardens, which will be lovely in the summer. Music was nondescript but subtle and not intrusive. Excellent service. Only small disappointment was the orange juice was from concentrate. 😐 The toilets are accessible and spacious and there is a separate accessible toilet with baby changing facilities.

Came here for lunch with my wife as we always find Brasserie Blanc venues reliable. We were not disappointed. Our very long and lazy three course a la carte lunch was excellent in every respect. The bill was reasonable for London and, in fact, was 50% less than we had paid the night before at an admittedly high end restaurant and, yet, our lunch was equally enjoyable. Our server, Nick, was attentive and had a lovely personality. He is a real asset to this establishment.

Regulalrly go there as it's close to home. Greta service and dog freindly too (although that means you sit in the bar/ side areas area not main restaurant which is fine as not eveypne loves dogs). Food good - the Steak nights on Wednesday are good value and on Mondays you can bring your own wine. The wlak along teh river to and from makes it an enjoyable evening all round.

Tempted to give one star given the people behind this - you should be ashamed to serve food like this. Bland, boring and uninspiring every dish. Not even sure what cheap cut of meat I got for the pork chop - the thin over-cooked dried slice. Then for apple crumble, I’m certain it was canned apple sauce plopped into a dish with a weakly spiced crumble on top. Just awful. Oh and the poor young people trying to serve who have not been trained can’t poor wine, splashed it all over the table.Clearly weren’t taught how to hold and spin the bottle. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!

Brought a group of 35 here for a business do, on a drizzly Monday in October. The atmosphere on arrival was charming and convivial, and we were seated comfortably at a cluster of largish tables, close enough together to retain a group feel but separate enough for quieter conversations. The staff were excellent and handled our disparate crew very well, service was impeccable throughout and the food and drinks uniformly excellent. Everyone seemed very pleased with their steak frites, vegetarians were happy, and the desserts (chocolate orange delice) were particularly praised. Afterwards several of the party complimented the choice of venue, and overall the event was a huge success, with a happy team and minimal stress for the organizers. Huge thanks to all at the venue for their excellent work.

Fabulous family Sunday Lunch here today, food, ambience, staff beyond excellent Most of us went with the delicious Sunday roast, we were kindly indulged with lashings of extra gravy and horseradish, just how we like it, thank you team😀 Our daughter has moved to the area so we plan on being regulars, especially after today, great value for money too😀 the stunning welcome from Agata, her warmth and attention to detail was simply superb, what an amazing staff member, a credit to Brasserie Blanc Camilla our waitress was so warm, helpful and efficient and just so lovely THANK YOU SO MUCH Fulham Team, you are amazing, see you v soon😀

Delicious and beautifully presented food. Would highly recommend! The salted caramel espresso martini is a must to try. They also have a section of the restaurant that is dog friendly which is great after walking on the riverside. Well priced for the area

Great location and a good choice of French/European food on the menu. Portions are a little on the small side compared to brasseries in Paris but food is high quality and tasty nevertheless. Great place for a Sunday roast with family as they can easily accommodate large groups.

Lovely interior, the staff was alright did what they had to do. We didn’t really like the escargot the mussels were really good and very buttery the chicken was nice and the vegetables too the duck was a little dry The dessert was nice to very fluffy

Great social spot for a light meal, romantic date or work dinner. Good variety of menu and excellent food and service. Good value for London and the location too.
