Very pleasant Saturday afternoon with friends having drinks in a very chilled and relaxed atmosphere , the Guiness and service was spot on, I don’t come here enough

I had a good time. It was Thursday steak night. The steak was of good quality, but the chef presliced the steak, which I thought destroyed the steak experience. The offer was a great value, and the wine was excellent.

My friend Gema and I always come to The Oak W12 and we eat the same, the prawns as starter, they are crispy with a creamy and tasty sauce and then, we eat Contadina pizza, is simply amazing, the sweet taste of the caramelised onions with the mushrooms, the creamy goat cheese and the freshness of the rocket and the chilly oil gives the spicy hint! The service is fantastic, Sebastian and Ana are super friendly and always chat with us. If you never been here, you need to come and try!

I love this place. I have been taking my family regularly for the past 15yrs and still going back. The service is great, the food is great and reasonably priced!

Love the pizzas! Crispy crust and soo delicious - they used to have the best tiramisu but it’s off the menu now :(

Pizza was delicious, but the service was disappointing. They advertised a special for £20 on the board, yet the menu listed it at £25. We ordered based on the advertised board price, but the manager insisted there was no mistake and charged us £25. Out of respect, I expected to be charged the advertised price of £20, but it appears customer service standards are different now. The picture shows the poor attempt to overwrite the offered price.

The dining room is bright and spacious. Service is prompt and courteous. The food is mainly pizzas, and my marinara was only average.

We really love this place. Food is amazing, desserts incredible and the service outstanding. Waiters are the best as well. We would recommend it always. Thank you so much for being excellent any time we go!

Really like the food here and therefore come here quite often. However, one of the waiters puts a downer on it every time. We were there last night and he was serving our food whilst on the phone, not even acknowledging us. A few months ago I was there with some other friends and he was extremely rude as well, making you feel like you inconvenience him with every request. Apart from that one waiter the place is great

Good pizzas. Our waitress was nice but the man who sat us down while on the phone and then looked at my wife when we were leaving and she said “thank you have a a good night” he just looked at her then turned around, extremely rude, really put a damper on the night. Also every time we have been in the evenings there’s always a lot of children here running around. Shame how the man who seemed to be in charge had us discussing how unwelcoming and rude he seemed.

We went for NYE we were supposed to have prosecco when we arrived , we never got it also my daughter did not get the unlimited juice. The food was okay but definitely not worth the price. The drink were very expensive double run and coke 10.00. The atmosphere was lovely and the dj was nice

Such good pizzas, if you like pizza with a lovely crispy thin base - which I do. Service is efficient, and they are currently serving the best mulled wine I have had so far (and I have had plenty) - not too sweet and with extra spices on the side (nice touch!) They would get perfect scores all around if they would fix the lighting in the ladies loo. Been back several times and it’s still flickering, bulbs burnt out, - perhaps great for Halloween but not so much for Christmas.

The pizzas were far too big and 4 out of my party of 5 could not finish...crazy waste. Sadly they were not very tasty. Hideous price too for a casual meal with 2 grandchildren in tow!! Sorry but true! Very nice staff and service.

I love this restaurant it is a local gem and I have been coming here for some time. The Italian food is delicious with every element cooked precisely. The service is superb especially from newcomer Millie who looked after us tonight with real care and attention to every detail. It is a great example of genuine big hearted hospitality and I can't wait to go back. Thank you all ! Xx

Popped in for an afternoon cocktail after we had lunch elsewhere locally. @Sebastian made us our drinks and served us. He was amazing as were the drinks. Great atmosphere and even better cocktails. Highly recommend

Sono a Londra per imparare l'inglese, vivo da due settimane a meno di 100 metri da questo sorprendente posto, forse per provare cose diverse non sono mai venuto, ma devo dire di essermi pentito di non averlo scoperto prima. Location tipica londinese, palazzetto d'epoca arredato bene e con il giusto spazio tra i tavolini. Offre la possibilità di accomodarsi anche fuori in una carinissima veranda. Gabriella mi ha seguito tutta la cena con discrezione e professionalità, il pizzaiolo (di Roma) è stato capace di farmi mangiare una pizza che è passata nella top ten delle pizze mangiate in Italia, fragrante leggera e con la giusta quantità dei condimenti. Offre una ottima scelta di birre, vini e cocktail. Ci tornerò senz'altro. Per me il migliore nella zona e tra tutti quelli provati sino ad oggi. Bravi ragazzi

the service was poor, Waited 10 mins to be seated, they have a full list of draft beer but only one available, take two pizza and one was wrong. The pizza it’s amazing but could be a bit more stuffed for a 18.50£ pizza.

I’ve been here several times and keep coming back. Excellent food (I particularly love the pastas) and nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!

You will not be disappointed if you choose to eat here. Great pizzas, friendly service. 4 star due to I feel the back eating area could do with a little paint and bit of maintenance to get it back to where it was.

I cannot compliment the staff at The Oak highly enough. We visited last night and Daniel, Martha and all of the team were fabulous. We were quite an awkward group but they handled all the Covid-necessary challenges with total charm and professionalism. The food was fabulous too, so we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Thank you!

Fired pizza at its best. The Oak sports an excellent pizza oven providing exceptional gastro pizza. If you fancy a well rounded meal they are spinning a sharp cutting wheel! You’ll be pleased with the dough for the quality and time spent! Service excellent selection of wines and beers won’t disappoint! I’m certain Take Out must be an option these days!

He estado en el Oak muchas veces y siempre pensé que tenían una buena pizza. Desde Covid cerraron durante muchos meses, pero no creo que se deba a Covid. De todos modos, estuve allí recientemente y pagué por un diavola 15 más un 10% de iva y un cargo por servicio discrecional del 15%. Para la gerencia: Deje de estafar a los clientes con su sugerencia oculta. .Me gustaría decir que el personal es genial, sin embargo, no puedo decir lo mismo de la dirección.

Fui a The Oak por primera vez el jueves para una cena de celebración con amigos. Éramos 12 y The Oak tiene una gran mesa (la mesa de "comedor privado" en su sitio web) que está en una especie de entrepiso. Been here for the first time in 2 years again with family who live in London, it was a lovely evening and a lively dinner again.

So the establishment is very well presented nicely decorated and welcoming Not particularly busy for a Saturday evening. We were led to our tablewhere lighting was ridiculously dim to the extent that we had to get up and go over to a table lamp at the back of seating area to view our menus. We chose the steak at £20.50 and was surprised to learn that it was only served with a small of amount of rocket, not only that but the steak appeared to have already been cut up for us, I would’ve preferred to cut my own food So our bill came to £62.50 including a pint and half of beer. We won’t be returning unfortunately Couldn’t even see my food

We got a last minute table for 8.30 on a recent Saturday and were certainly not disappointed. Starters of pardoners peppers were as they should be, although no one got the hot one in this bunch; chorizo hot and spicy; and garlicky garlic bread.But the star attractions were the pizzas. Toppings were tasty and not over done. But stars of the show were the very thin, crunchy bases that were still able to hold their shape for proper pizza eating...by hand.We had a very nice Cahors from a moderately priced list. Staff were efficient and friendly. All in all a good experience.

This is a very pleasant pub remodeled as a pizza place. Upstairs it has a great bar with nice music. We loved the decor. Downstairs is a pizza lovers paradise. The pizzas were nice, obviously not as good as in Italy but hey this is Nortting Hill. We had an enjoyable evening here with friends.

Stopped with friends on Sunday, loved the decor and building itself Lovely staff, very quick service, even food came very quick. I ordered a vegetarian pizza with truffle oil, pizza was delicious as was padron peppers, smoked pepper squid , steak and polenta chips yum. The only reason I gave 4 stars is, the run out of truffle oil, and they didn’t tell us, truffle oil was the reason I ordered the pizza tho.

We live in Chiswick, we are Italian so when we need to eat a good pizza we go to the oak!!! There is also a good range of beers and desserts!

The restaurant has a nice feel and we felt welcome. The first thing to decide is who among you can sit for over an hour with no back support. While I am sure this improves posture, I have reached the slouching stage of life and need a chair. The food was very good. I loved the mushroom risotto, and my companions all enjoyed their meals.

I visited the park all with two of my friends for a girls night out after work. We were shown to a lovely quiet table by one of the friendly staff. We ordered a bottle of prosecco, and a gin and tonic which we were very happy with! For our main meal we ordered 2 pizzas which were great and a pasta with beef dish, now this is were I was disappointed to say the least, the size of the dish actually looked like it was only enough on the plate to feed a child! For £15 for a pasta dish I was expecting just a little more. All in all a good night out with good friends. Would I recommend or return to the oak , No! I have been to much better places and paid a lot less for a lot more for my hard earned cash...sorry.

Surprisingly, this restaurant which changed a lot of hands recently, has a new pizza oven with delicious thin crust sourdough pizzas - excellent value too!

We decided to visit this restaurant on the recommendation of my daughter who lives nearby and the booking process was easy enough. We turned up at the appointed time and were surprised to find that many tables in the restaurant area had bench seating with no backrests. This would be mightily uncomfortable for anyone over the age of forty, or anyone under forty who has little-used core muscles.

i am regular at the Oak w12 but this time they had a replacememt, Gabriella the manager was not there - she is fantastic. I am still going give them top score, because the pizza is very good ,however, the management should speak to the portuguese lady and teacher not to be judgemental as some people have more than what they show and to be a little more nicer. Very dissapointed if she there next i will walk out.

I go here very often for pizza, pasta, or sometimes just for dessert and drinks. As a vegetarian I really like this restaurant because they have great options including many interesting pizzas. The restaurant is beautiful and has different rooms that accommodate different moods such as drinks in nice chairs or pizza at wooden tables. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always seem so happy. I definitely recommend you come here for lunch or dinner and again for drinks so you can get the full experience. Also, I don't find this restaurant to be expensive as others are saying, you can get a large glass of wine or a pint for 5 pounds, and a pizza can be 9 - 14 pounds but they are almost twice the size of Franco Manca so you could split it if you wanted to. Either way, the prices are not bad, and what you would expect of any Italian restaurant, but the quality and value is on another level.

My family and I went to The Oak for a nice relaxing meal. We were amazed at the quality of the ingredients. Everything from the flour to the fire wood is brought in from Italy. The starters and the pizza were incredible. It is one of the best pizzas I have had. I also loved their Watermelon Martini and the staff were very friendly. This is a great place for a light meal, pizzas, drinks, and more.

Insanely small portions for extremely high prices( we took 2 drinks, one starter and 2 pastas and it was 50£ bill.... pastas size was such a small that i left this restaurant hungry ... drinks so expensive also.... food is nothing especial... can not recommend this place

A nice looking place, predominantly pizza and I would advise you stick to that. This is my second visit and frankly, my last - the non-pizza food is awful and not cheap - £61 for 2 which included 3 (large) glasses of wine. I found the staff unhelpful - no mint sauce or redcurrant jelly for lamb - they said 'Oh, we don't serve chips or ketchup either', like I'm asking for something really down market.

Had a deliscious breakfast in this warm and friendly pub with friends before college waited a while but it was really worth the wait!

Fantastic pizza, lovely atmosphere and great service.

Very very VERY nice place, food was fantastic, but the highlight was the staff, especially Grace. She went out of her way to make us feel like we were dining at home with friends. Forgot to take a picture of the pizza, which was super rich and large, and my fav thing was the fried squid (pic2), I was told it was addictive and that was so true! Recommended for couples, friends and families, the place is pristine, spacious and welcoming. There are seats outside, protected from the traffic by tall bushes. I would give 10 stars if I could!

It’s my 3rd time here and it’s still great and just as good as I remembered it. I love the pizza and now the weather is nice enough to sit outside. Very enjoyable and friendly place.

The place was looking quiet and nice, service was good and food too but the pizza it wasn’t the classic napolitan pizza so it’s not for the classic lovers, the pizza had too much oil and quiet difficult to digest because of that and the burrata was just half of it and for the price I was expecting something more.

Pedimos una parte de ensalada rocket (4 libras) y este se servía en un plato pequeño: valor cero para dinero. El ambiente era genial, me encantó la iluminación y la música y las tapas también eran agradables, pero no tengo prisa de pizzas de nuevo.

No hay muchos lugares a donde ir en esta parte de Londres, donde puedes tener buena comida, buenas bebidas y hay un buen ambiente, pero este es uno de ellos.

Stylish, friendly staff and serves the best pizzas in the west. It offers a warm welcoming cosy atmosphere and always my go to choice. The Contandina pizza covered in truffle oil is a favourite.
