This small - French countryside looking - patisserie / bakery makes all its own products from scratch. I had a decent ( and good size ) chicken and Stilton sandwich and a fabulous almond croissant, with proper almond " cream." Not cheap at £ 4.10 but much bigger than other places selling decent similar products... Thwy offer a selwction of sandwiches and quiches, as well as a limited choice of cakes, as they are open only 4 days a week. Take away only, perfect in a sunny day, as you have Revenscourt Park 5 mn away... But on a rainy and cold day.....

I ordered macarons on UberEats to give as a gift to a friend (I requested gift wrapping in the notes). I happened to check the bakery’s website just after ordering and saw one of the flavours had gluten in it (this wasn’t mentioned on UberEats), so I quickly called and asked for it to be switched out for another flavour, as my friend has a gluten intolerance. When the order arrived, the sticker sealing the box had been ripped open and messily taped back together with scotch tape. The state of the package was not appropriate to give as a gift and this also raised food safety concerns. Very disappointing.

A very French style boulangerie. 1. Mini tropezienne - is delicious, the texture of the brioche is nice and soft matching perfectly with the cream. £5.20. 2. Tarte figue, poire & pistache- the sweetness of the glaze on top is just nice, with the sliced figue. The pastry base is delicious. £4.70 3. Opera -the texture is nice and soft, delicious buttercream. £6.20 4. Automne(Hazelnut praline mousse & pistachio biscuit) is delicious packed with pistachio flavour and hazelnut. £6.20. However, the packaging could be improved to keep the cake in shape.

I even saw them placing the fresher ones at the front to then sell the old ones asap … and then they argue and lie in your face that it is how a fresh cake tastes like…. What is sad is that we are not the only loyal customers with this experience. Clearly too successful to now care about the quality, to care about their customers… or even about their reputation! Would I cross London to buy a Mini Tarte tropézienne? Well! Our local french patisserie Jade does not do them, so off to Chiswick in a Sunday morning to join the queue. I bought a baguette too: the Trop was OK with nice cream on an ordinary bun, with a sugar nibs coating the top that reminded me of my childhood. Impossible to eat without a creamy coating on fingers and mouth. But the baguette was not baked through! Surely a french bakery can achieve one that is both cooked in the centre and crusty on the outside? Otherwise I may as well buy at Sainsbury and throw away the centre as usual. I would not return.

My partner and I have been loyal customers of Patisserie St Anne for quite some time now, often traveling an hour each way to enjoy the delightful treats your bakery has to offer. Our monthly visits have become a cherished tradition, as we appreciate the quality and craftsmanship that sets this establishment apart. However, our last visit on Saturday left us with a sour taste, figuratively and quite literally. Among the assortment of items we purchased was an apricot tart, which unfortunately had turned. Understanding the nature of perishable goods, my partner, who is a professional baker, thought it best to bring this to the attention of the management during our next visit. Today, I had the opportunity to speak with one of the directors about the issue. To our surprise, the conversation turned into a lengthy interrogation rather than a discussion aimed at resolution. Despite our loyalty and the inconvenience of the situation, the director mentioned that nothing could be done since no one had complained about the tart last week. Furthermore, she explained that offering a gesture of goodwill was out of the question as the tart should have been returned, despite the fact that I lived an hour away. This response was disheartening, especially considering the consistent patronage of my family and friends who also frequent the bakery. It is disappointing that, in this one instance where a problem arose, the customer service provided was poor and unsatisfactory. We understand the challenges of running a business, but we believe that addressing customer concerns with empathy and finding amicable solutions should be a priority. As customers, we hope that our feedback will be taken into consideration for the improvement of customer service standards at Patisserie St Anne. We believe that a commitment to resolving issues promptly and with a customer-centric approach will only enhance the reputation of your esteemed bakery.

Have now tried about 15 croissants in a bunch of places that pop up when you type 'best croissants London' been to a lot of places and this for me is the best. It comes closest to some of the amazing croissants I've tried in Paris and even beats some in my opinion. The issue is a lot of places have great layers but they don't use enough butter or the butter taste isn't distinct. Here it definitely is and they use a good amount of butter.
