I recently visited Côte and had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious English breakfast. The food was perfectly prepared, with each element cooked to perfection, from the crispy bacon to the creamy scrambled eggs. Dan, our waiter, was one of the most pleasant, conscientious and friendly waiters we have experienced in a while, nothing was too much trouble and he helped our evening go very smoothly. Keep up the good work Dan.

General Cardiff bay Manager Nickolas (Nick) Gale told me I don't care about anything I just care about making money from Cote restaurant...worst manager ever.. copy of my complaint I got throat cancer and I am having chemotherapy. We decide to go have nice family meal together. My family 4 person went Cote restaurant in Cardiff Bay. Absolute awful customer service. Went at around 9:15 (1 November) with a view of many empty tables asking if we could eat there. We were told no, and when asked why the staff said we don’t have enough people working so come back in half an hour. We asked if we could sit for a drink for half an hour then eat and they declined this offer. We came back at 9:45, were blanked for 15 mins until exactly 10 when someone said the kitchen was closed. They refused to serve us. I know you are busy but customer service should be better. We walked away from the restaurant because of the poor customer service attitude. No wonder there was hardly anyone in there at a peak time of the day. I was even more disgusted at the dismissive response from the branch staff. I unfortunately can’t recommend this restaurant. We went for the midday 3-course menu. There was nothing special about it. For starters we had the fish carpaccio and spaghetti, fish was nice, spaghetti had nothing special that you could not get anywhere else. For mains we had the gnocchi and pork shoulder. Half the pork serving was fat, and the meat was tough, had a nice flavour, but nothing making it special. Gnocchi was the best meal, they were toasted o. The outside and soft on the inside, very nice sauce. Dessert we had the French toast, very nice caramelisation and soft core. The disappointment comes from being a Michelin restaurant, the dishes did not seem elevated or innovative. Service was very kind and attentive.

We loved it, an unexpected gem and we will certainly be back. Attentive staff who seemed to relish discussing the food, always a good sign. We were only given 5 Oysters because they weren't happy with how one had opened. Excellent.

Always a great venue for breakfast with friends. Last there on 28 th September. Excellent food offered complet which is great value. Superb service,friendly and professional. Finished with glasses of fizz.

We found this wonderful restaurant last year while on holiday in the area. We booked for this year as well. It's one of the best Indian meals we've ever had. Great flavours , friendly service. We'll be back next year.

I had a wonderful meal tonight ,the food was faultless, i was recommended a alcohol free wine called odd bird as i wasn't drinking ,absolute game changer , the service was excellent and informative and they went out of their way to look after us , l would highly recommend cote brasserie in gloucester, 5 stars from me, thank you gloucester.

Early Sunday evening meal. Busy restaurant but not full. Took an hour for the main to arrive - others also complaining. Cabbage on Belly Pork was grey and tasteless. Pork tasteless and dry Scallops small and tasteless. Tender stem broccoli under cooked and too difficult to cut with a knife. Very poor show Tip included on the bill automatically which my wife paid against my judgement. Don’t believe in paying for poor service / poor product.

Nice busy and friendly atmosphere. The service was welcoming and efficient. Impressed by the care taken with one of us having a dietary intolerance. Pleasant decor, comfortable and clean. Just felt that although the food was okay, it was pretty average in taste and expensive for the portion size and quality you received.

First time in Lochnagar, and won't be the last! Last minute booking was no problem. Food superlative, service excellent!

This was the first time visiting the Leamington Spa branch having visited other branches in the past. Based on this we were expecting the usual good, reliable, value-for-money fare that we had enjoyed before. The main difference this time was the attentiveness of the staff especially from Duncan the manager who was able to advise my wife on her particular food allergy and dietary requirements. The food that the four of us enjoyed was exceptional and represented excellent value for money.

All 3 of their restaurants seem to be closed, have phoned all 3, - cannot get an answer - No recorded message - Nothing on the website explaining what the problem is or when they are re opening - Very poor - Shame as the food is great - But come on guys - Don't leave your customers in the dark - Very poor customer relations
