Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonably sized menu and very very sweet treats. The vanilla Ice cream was probably the best I've ever had.

I have ordered from this establishment before and can definitely say the desserts are delicious! However, for my most recent order (my mistake) I missed my delivery! But one of their employees quickly rearranged delivery and offered a newly prepared order - great service and very friendly staff.

Zidane’s Indulgent in York – A Must-Visit! I recently visited Zidane’s Indulgent in York, and it was hands down one of the best dessert experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. We were served by a very friendly man who took the time to walk us through the menu, sharing his recommendations with such enthusiasm that it made choosing even more exciting. I opted for the cookie dough, and let me tell you—it was absolutely amazing! Perfectly warm, gooey, and crunchy it was everything you want a cookie dough to be and more. If you’re in York and have a sweet tooth, do yourself a favor and visit Zidane’s Indulgent. You won’t regret it! I’ll definitely be returning for more. 10/10!

I have been ordering the cookie dough from Zidanes ever since I was a student (4+ years ago!) and every time I order it comes on time, is baked fresh and is 100% the best cookie dough you can get.

Incredible milkshakes. Ordered to home, came so quickly and got a free upgrade from small to medium! If anyone says they don’t enjoy they are lying !!!!!

originally turned up before the delivery time but didn't update it on the app so was completely unaware of it's arrival, when I rang the restaurant they claimed it was my fault for not providing a number even though your app doesn't let me do that. they then didn't offer to remake the food and instead just said they'd send out the original order again despite it containing dairy.

I have not received my order nor have i had any correspondence relating to my order. I expect atotal refund on an orderi did not recieve thank you for cooperation with this matter.

Food was warm, great quality and great packaging so ice cream didn’t melt. Got 3 calls of wonderful confirmation. Would absolutely order here again. Fantastic value for money. Congrats you now have me as a new loyal regular customer!

Delivery takes ages and the delivery guy went to a completely different college and I had to walk all the way there to collect it because he was refusing to move his car!

The Freak Cakes are really nice, but they didn't have any Vegan Hot Dogs and replaced it with Warm Brownie Bites. I explained we only wanted a refund for the Vegan Hot Dog but they couldn't do that, so there's a £2 discrepancy in the order price. The Nachos aren't Nachos in the way you'd expect either, they're a box of Tortilla Crisps, if you want the Nachos you ordered then you need to add each ingredient (which costs extra) to the Nachos.

The delivery driver was really nice, we made him wait 10 minutes accidentally and he was lovely about it. He even left us some sweets inside the takeaway which was sweet of him.

Very upset by this as we’ve majorly enjoyed Zidanes in the past, we ordered around 7:30pm, order got delayed which is fine but said it would be here at 8:50pm, it’s now 9:25pm still not here I’m really not happy and quite upset. Spent £13 on a dessert I’m not going to eat now as it’s too late. I have requested my money back I think it’s only right for this to be given back to me, I would rather the order got cancelled if I was going to be waiting 2 hours.
