Wonderful fish.great service.Queue most times but reason is because they are so good.Large cod ,to die for.Irish curry devine.

First time trying the chocolate crunch and it was f****ing banging absolutely wouldn recommend especially if you’ve had a smoke it’s just so yummy 10/10 recommendation and the prices are good aswell

Really busy queue out the door But staff coped very good service so didn't seem to have to wait that long. A very go branch of the chain and local to me so handy for emergency lunches..and treats. Friendly staff good service and good food.

Ordering never workd online pre ordeelr but nit to botherd as only live around corner so jumpd in car .showd the guy our order in basket on their website but he said he was new staeting that day and cldbt figure out why it wasnt working. Anyway ordeed 2 large hot dogs one burger 3 fries . .portions unreal! Taste is banging ! Large fries was too big for me .food nice hot ..very tasty. ..unfoetunately one fries was suppose to have nothing on and he coverd them in cajun ...but as he said he was new then you gotta allow for mistakes to happn . .and also droppd a star as cldnt taste or see hardly any cheese at all which was extra hoping to return and try other stuff from his menu and the weaning issues resolved great food. Great quality great size. Hooe they website sorted out for pre order to collect othrwise big orders stood waiting in cold. .will return

I went to Jones Fish Bar, just before 8.10pm. On 2/10/2024. The chips were the worse, I have ever had. They definitely were bottom of the barrel. And should not have been sold. They close at 20.30, so must had decided not to cook fresh chips. I won't ever go back. I would have taken them back. But by the time I would have got back. They would have been closed, disgraceful.

Wrong item delivered to what was ordered food was stone cold scampi was watery and soggy chicken was cold and delivery driver had attitude not happy will not be ordering from here again

Festive Mcflurry? 20 stars on the top with not even a spoonful off caramel 2.29 a joke supposed to be throughout the mcflurry not just on top. You can claim points because there's always a problem and as for customer service sort it out there is none.

Charged me £6.90 for (a little bit of) cheese and chips after a night out. Be careful, they won’t tell you the price, just hold up the card reader. Only saw how much they charged me when I checked my account today. If that’s the actual price, that is WILD. Think they just assume everyone is drunk (I wasn’t) and they won’t notice what they’re paying.

These were the worst kebabs I've ever had—pure salt on a plate. The garlic sauce was green and looked unappetizing, as if someone had been sick over the food. It was horrible, and I will never go back. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I had the special mix, and nothing was edible; it was so salty. Absolutely horrible.

I don’t know why these reviews are so bad. Me and my sister were drunk, and this kebab literally saved us. The burger was so warm, soft and amazing. I would 100% order from here again.

Best customer service and best food

Awful delivery after spending £50, cold, late and half the order was missing. When we phoned to ask for help, the staff member was downright rude, hung up on me and kept hanging up everything time o tried to sort it!

I’m am fed up I use this site and I always miss ing something will not be using again
