Best Kebabs in Newport

I don’t know why these reviews are so bad. Me and my sister were drunk, and this kebab literally saved us. The burger was so warm, soft and amazing. I would 100% order from here again.

Just ordered a mixed donner kebab from Best Kebabs Newport. Previously always been top food and service. Arrived without chicken. Called them spoke to Ali. He said sorry we're now closed for delivery. I thought that's BS. So created a random order for delivery on their site and it would accept it. Rang back. He fed me some BS. Many years of ordering from there has now ended. The moral of this story... Keep your customers happy. They will return and recommend. He has pissed on his chips.... Well he might have anyway. I said I'd tell others. I go by my word.

Had large kebabs delivered. Loads of meat.couldnt fault it. Ordered online to pay cash on delivery. Was no issue and delivery was only 5 minutes over to time selected

Can't believe this but just witnessed a kid getting dragged by the person behind the counter to the back. I had to run out of there fast

Haven’t ordered from here in years but have been in shop Many of times for food! Always enjoyed the food and was looking forward to our meal. Arrived in time stated fab, never got to have my £5.70 off as the website wouldn’t let me order from there and had to order via phone and they told me there was nothing wrong with there site. the burger was proper soggy and was not a proper piece of fillet chicken! The food especially the chips and donner Kebab was stone cold. I also paid for a extra large chicken shish as a large still don’t have much meat in there and it have came the same size as a large so I don’t know why I paid the extra for a size up…. All in all disappointed

Always have good meals, from here sometimes it may be late but wouldn't want to order from anywhere else

Salad on kebab was a slice of tomato , onion and could of been a slight bit of lettuce, not good enough!! messed up the order , missed stuff out , took ages to come , overall not good at all, rubbish service!!! When we called about it they were rude on the phone

Delivered late, Kebab was poor hardly no meat not what i expected from ordering a special shish kebab at over £7. Pizza was cold, asked for all sauces in Notes only had chilli.

Ordered mixed doner meat and chips, got a cold lamb doner (no chips and in a pitta) with the token sprinkling of chicken doner as they had obviously ran out. Food was also 20 minutes later than stated. Dissappointed, usually much better.

Ordered for 9pm received at 8. Order curry and chips got gravy. Asked for no salad on wrap and garlic and chilli sauce. Got salad and just chilli. Gone right down hill this place

Really enjoyed our food lastnight, was cooked beautifully. We have ordered from here previously and has been lovely. Delivery was on time. Food was slightly cold but it was cold out last night. We will be ordering again. Thankyou

Ithe people are friendly and have awesome customer relations, however my order arrived cold and 20 mins after the time I was given.

Do not order from these people, the food when delivered was cold and late. We questioned this with the restaurant, the owner is rude and abusive, also put the phone down and refused to rectify the order. The pizzas are minimal toppings and the Kebab's are dry. If you have the need to order from this fly by night restaurant DONT....ITS POOR AND THAT'S PUTTING IT KINDLY.

Absolutely terrible service orders through just eat also going in the shop and ordering always been lovely but today just shoes what type of business it really is, the staff have terrible attitude problems I got sent a really cold pizza called just eat they advised we put a review on to make new customers aware of there service and cold food. As always i find it's the best takeaway service in Newport. Food is always delicious, hot and well presented. The staff are good people. I have been using Best Kebabs for around 17+ years now, and for good reason. Lamb donner kebabs are never greasy, best i've found. Pizzas are great and their chicken shish are also my fav. Credit where credit is due, these guys live upto their name!

Meal was cooked and ready to collect within 15 mins of ordering and was piping hot and fresh

Amazing Service: Delivered my meal within 15 minutes of ordering even though I had an estimated 45 minutes waiting time. The food was hot and fresh and came complete and they paid particular attention to my extra request when it came to sauces. 100% satisfied I look forward to ordering from this restaurant again.

Doner kebab was the worst kebab I have ever had, however my girlfriend really enjoy the chicken shish so.. Depends on what you have.

Well what can I say ordered a burger and chicken at the end of the night as it was the only place open. The burger was boiled must have been cooked 3 weeks before(salad and sauce weren't to bad) but who wants to enjoy the salad after 8pints. Now onto the southern fried pigeon I thought sfc came in batter this was a scrawny peice of I don't no what just thrown in the fryer and bagged up. On plus side delivery lady was really nice think she should walk across the road and see if new best got any jobs.

The food was cold and the time it said it was delivered said 9.15 pm and it didn t turn up till 9.45 pm

I've never tasted anything so salted in all my life. The chicken doner meat was inedible. Mixed sheesh was quite salty too, but nowhere near as salty S the doner chicken meat. Pizza was good though.

Meal was lovely, the only problem with the food was the pizza was advertised as having green peppers and when it arrived there were red peppers on it too which I don't like so most of it went in the bin and also the free garlic bread was not sent.

Always order from here but on this occasion made a mistake with order and they were unwilling to help with any exchange.!! I found them very rude. People be aware that if you make a mistake they are not willing to change or help in any way. Not a happy customer.!! Also said that I was going to leave a bad review and they replied carry on love. !!!

Very greasy, big pool of grease in tray. The wrap was thin tortilla that I wasn't expecting. Lack of chicken in chicken doner and was dry. Did get the extras I added in comment box correct though.

Regular customer, never had any problems, but tonight a meal deal was not delivered, but paid for! When phoned to enquire why it had been forgotten we were told it would be sent straight away, 5 mins later received a phone call saying cc tv had been seen and all items were in the bag, which was not the case, we have never complained about anything in the past, and the first time we do were made to feel like liers, not happy and will not use again, disgusted!!

I ask for 4 cans 2 Fanta and 2 Coke, all we had was 2 cans of tango and took over an hour to come
