The Hot Bread Shop in Newport

First time trying the chocolate crunch and it was f****ing banging absolutely wouldn recommend especially if you’ve had a smoke it’s just so yummy 10/10 recommendation and the prices are good aswell

I was told about the fantastic fresh cream doughnuts in this shop and i bought one for myself today. It was TRUE, the best one i have ever tasted. Wonderful in every way and loads of fresh cream. I recommend them 100%.

Was really looking forward to the chocolate crunch. It was hard and tasteless. Cornflake slices tasteless and fatty. Custard slices simply tasteless. Don't where the recommendations come from. Very disappointing.

We have ordered gateau cake at this bakery. We picked it up on the set day and the cake was amazing. Definitely ordering again

Normalmente no revisión panaderías. La mayoría de ellos me parece insípido y aburrido. Pero esta panadería merece una atención. Los precios son excelentes. Amplia variedad y la comida era deliciosa me compré. Especialmente recomendaría albóndiga marinara. Gracias hbs. Voy a volver. 😊

Think this about one of the best cake shops in newport , obviously very fresh ,but also very light and the dougnuts are the nicest ever , they do a lovely range of "old fashion" what your Nanna used to make cakes , choc crunch, bread pudding , ice squares all delish .Hubby picked out a Bagette and even he said it was the best hes tasted and he will def call in again

I regularly use the hot bread shop and have never been disappointed. The cakes are always freshly made that day and delicious, baguettes are made to order in front of you and the prices are very good.

I just adore your ice slices - best in Newport . Chocolate crunch and pink sauce - what can I say - just mmmmmm

The bacon is horrible and the home made bread is soft and floppy. The bacon looked sweaty. Not the one . I think they should stay away from the bacon baps .

This bakers is the best in town, everything is always so fresh. The doughnuts are so lush and they stay fresh all day

We stopped here for lunch on our way through Newport. Whilst nondescript both outside and inside the rolls are great value, freshly made and filling. As an added bonus they also accept credit card payments. Don't miss it.

They make the best teacakes ever. They are lovely and just 75p each. Lovely bread tastes like bread used to, also the chocolate crunch and custard mmmm

Always come here to gave chocolate crunch and pink custard. One word amazing! I've also had a few pasties and rolls and they've always been fresh and tasty. Staff always seem happy and willing To help. Can't fault it at all

Love having this shop at the top of my street, it's heaven!! sandwiches are always fresh and so so tasty. Can not mention the chocolate crunch and pink custard - it is to die for! You can't leave without buying some, so nice!

All the selection for cakes and bread is exceptional the staff are always friendly and helpful and the fact you can pay by card is brilliant.x
