The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Wales

Awful customer service. I was told to collect my order in 15mins. When I arrived to pay, I paid and waited a further 20mins until someone realised they'd forgotten to give me my order. No apology. I was simply assured the food would be warm. The prawn toast was soggy. Unhappy and delayed customer. Please remember to be polite and say sorry next time you make a mistake and consider the contents of the bag before assuring a customer that the food won't be affected.

Could do with putting your prices down I can't believe how much your food has gone up in price how ridiculous come on now you're a fast food chain you can afford to go a little bit cheaper

Food Quality is good but excessive wait time … if you want to kill time go to Burger king Llaneli for time killing

Missing sides ! This has happened on a number of occasions with missing items. Not good at all!

rang twice to chase and was told only a few minutes, rang 4 more times 3 were ignored then was told 2 or 3 minutes another 10 minutes turned up cold

I don’t know why these reviews are so bad. Me and my sister were drunk, and this kebab literally saved us. The burger was so warm, soft and amazing. I would 100% order from here again.

We ate here last night 23/04/2025 as we were staying locally. Never again, kebabs were not good undercooked and had no flavour. 2 of the 4 of us have been really poorly all night and today and the was the only thing we ate. I would avoid this place at all costs

We love this Cold Stone location—especially the peanut butter ice cream, which is always rich and delicious. The staff is quick and efficient, even when there's a line. It’s our favorite treat spot for a sweet fix. Never disappoints.

Food is fine staff are friendly I did go often but today I watch him handling uncooked food then building the burgers but the thing that finished it for me was when he licked his fingers to open the bag. Simple hygiene not followed.what happens around the back then

Place is dirty. So much dust. Attitude of the staff is bad. Watching the staff throw the food to another staff member to place in the bags (Presumably a manager with the tie). Just quite careless and using their hands to put a burger together! Oh and half a portion of fries, lol. Food was hot.
