I came in and sat down for my food. I was greeted by the lovely Shania. Shania is an outstanding employee, helping everyone in the dining area and going above and beyond. Shania brought joy to the dining area with her friendly and caring demeanour. I just had to write a review to highlight her exemplary customer service :)

I don’t know why these reviews are so bad. Me and my sister were drunk, and this kebab literally saved us. The burger was so warm, soft and amazing. I would 100% order from here again.

Food was OK delivery time was OK but drinks wasn't brought.

Ordered twice recently and both deliveries arrived only 20 minutes after ordering, food was lovely also nice and hot can't fault them, never had bad food from here and deliveries are always quick!

From my experience ordering Uber Eats from this place a few times, it feels more like a “hobby” franchise than a “career” one. In other words, someone likely bought it hoping to make money but hasn’t put in the effort or pride needed to uphold the once great reputation of this brand. There’s always something missing from my order, and the food lacks the care and quality that made Cold Stone so great back in the day. The solution is simple: use proper portions, hire the right people, take pride in the product, and pay employees fairly.

Always parking cars up for a lower drive thru time. Never have the order correct when the car is parked up. Probably the worst mc Donald’s in Swansea!

Fish dreadful chips cold and soggy will never use again

Ordered from delivery app. Nuggets were raw. Shame up until this one I haven't had a bad meal.

We went in with 2 children who are autistic and one ended up screaming and spilling a drink everywhere but they were absolutely amazing about it and gave them each a lollipop and drink.

Previous owner was lovely. But portion size of chips is better now, and they a are a bit nicer as probably using different potatoes or oil. More local to me, but Pontnewydd still the best chippy in Cwmbran. Not that I have chips often, but just wanted to give a good review. The boating lake is only about a 10 minute stroll away.
