Gave me a chicken nugget instead of chicken select. Missing a burger and 2 sauces.

Awful meal and service terrible

Said 20-35 minutes delivery. After placing order it instantly increased to 45 minutes. Ended up arriving 1 hour & 20 minutes after ordering cold. Reheating but made it stale.

Food took over 3 hours to arrive when it did come it was stone cold and they refused to give me a refund absolutely disgusting

Didn't pay any notice whatsoever to the notes at the end and food was 30minutes later than they said that it was "delivered"

The food was cold and the food was thrown in with no care and half the burgers had fallen out the box

We ordered it to the wrong address and we messaged and rang the courier several times to try and changer the address but he refused to drop it even tho it was only 5 minutes from the original address I demand a full refund as I never received the food and am very angry with the couriers service

hash browns were cold and mcmuffin was just about warmish

Awful customer service. I was told to collect my order in 15mins. When I arrived to pay, I paid and waited a further 20mins until someone realised they'd forgotten to give me my order. No apology. I was simply assured the food would be warm. The prawn toast was soggy. Unhappy and delayed customer. Please remember to be polite and say sorry next time you make a mistake and consider the contents of the bag before assuring a customer that the food won't be affected.

Got a pizza and burger. Wasn’t too bad.

Stopped for food before the cinema. The owner was very welcoming, large portions and the kids loved their chicken nuggets, chicken strips and chips.
