Was standing in McDonald’s when a customer approached a manager to complain about his order she was soo rude and was mocking the way the boy spoke . He got upset I went outside to check the boy was ok as he seemed a bit high rate and upset .. he was Autistic and had learning disabilities his mum was trying to calm him . I find this absolutely disgusting they also got my order wrong but after what she did to the boy I thought I would just complain to McDonald’s headquarters and so are the boys family ! To lock someone with learning difficulties is beyond me . I will never step foot inside a Ayr mcdonalds again… this was disgusting incident happened on the 20th of may 2025 so it’s very recent … so if you have kids or anyone with learning difficulties the staff think it’s ok to mock them !

Me gusta mucho este lugar. Buena ubicación y un montón de asientos. El personal es positivo y profesional. El equipo parece feliz y bien administrado. Las mesas están limpias y no esperamos mucho por la comida a pesar de estar alrededor de 12 personas pidiendo. La comida era muy agradable. Fresco y caliente. Doritos King Box comida doble era excelente y muy recomendable. Definitivamente volveré. 😃

Drink had leaked everywhere and collected in the bag, which this proceeded to explode as I opened the bag!

Food was as expected but they charged me twice for one order! Pursuing a refund was so inconvenient I just stopped bothering.

We arrived about half an hour before closing and wasn’t made to feel rushed. The teenage girl with long black hair who served us was a real asset to the staff, such a polite, well mannered girl who couldn’t do enough for us even at the end of the day. Food was lovely and portion size was massive. Will definitely be back with food and service like that.

Got the be slowest nandos in the uk took over half hour longer than it said on my order and the staff are so rude will never come to this nandos again when I’m working in the area
