Burger King in Moray

What can I say about the food , well burgers are ok , they still put salt on their fries which I don't like and with the auto ordering it seems to take longer, could do with cleaning as well. That's not the staffs fault it will be the company's for not paying someone to do it.

Food always seems to be cold hete. Indoor play area perpetually closed and for no good reason. Staff are miserable.

Paid almost £10 for one meal and the burger was very small and dry. Also their drinks are really watered down. Very expensive for the little food you get. Definitely gone downhill over the years

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the Elgin Burger King was. The staff that were serving seemed genuinely happy to help. The food was OK, I'm not a lover of Burger King or Macdonalds but it keeps the daughter happy. She finished her meal along with an ice cream. I'd be happy to return.

We love a BK, but sometimes the food isn't hot enough, especially the fries. But when it is, it's very tasty. We usually use the drive thru. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. On the occasions we actually go in, the mess other people make puts us off sitting in, especially if there are lots of kids about

Staff warm, attentive, patient, concept surrounds fast food I personally find repulsive, but when you are now 1 hour away from 'home' and have been evicted from the 10 Mln away from home because you are autistic and the landlady ís a (ínsert own comment) hunger comes first iñ machélóves triangle. If anyone knows a solicitor......

Grate place to stop when you're on a road trip or just need a bite to eat loads of parking, but there is limited seating inside the play pit was closed if they not thinking of reopen it then should take it down for space for more seating.

Whilst it was obvious there were staff shortages, and this coupled with a delivery taking place, there was a large queue and a long waiting time for food. However, amongst this chaos, there stood on the front line was the staff member called Tia, who conducted herself magnificently and with her charm, and manners calmed the whole queue down whilst maintaining her smile. A definite assett to burger King I hope she is congratulated for her customer service skills.

I have always eaten at Macdonalds to be honest but over the last year Macdonalds has gone right down hill. Food is always cold chips are always only half the size they should be so I just gave up on them as it’s not a one off. Anyway I thought I would give Burger King ago again ( it’s been some years) well what can I say their new burger is cracking. The food is ALWAYS hot the servings are the same every time.( been 4 times in 3 week) all I can say is for the extra £4 it cost over Macdonalds ( for two of us) it’s worth every penny. The main thing is the food, and it leaves Macdonalds standing for quality. I will not go back to Macdonalds ever. Well done on the food Burger King .

Burgers are so good. And I know it can be variable, but our chips were excellent too. Worth the hassle of getting back on to the main road for an occasional treat

Dire...and getting worse. Acknowledging a customer helps, rather than leaving them standing like an idiot for 5 minutes listening to your gossip or slagging off their working conditions. Not a great impression! Orders consistently wrong or missing items. Far too few staff for the store or far too few staff who enjoy or care about their job. You can raise a complaint online but they don't take your details, so you have no way of knowing if they even read them.

Awful. Service ok, staff miserable. Food warm, forgot the chips. Not been to a Burger King for a while, won’t be back. No wander there is no queue.

Was up in the area on holiday . We were going to go to mac donalds but it was really busy . So we decided to give burger king achance BIG MISTAKE . They had no chicken royals so we had to get a crispy chicken burger that was burnt when we eat it . It took ages for them to make the food and it was just hot and no more definitely avoid wasn't worth the money !!

First time visiting BK Elgin, and it's really clean, fresh, and non oily food, really tasty plant based quarter pounder burger. Chips were tasty. Polite staff.

Burger King Elgin exceeded my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service and mouthwatering food. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by friendly staff members who were attentive and accommodating throughout my visit.

Drove to McDonalds and the drive through was backed up. Car park full and people queued to get in. Drove then to Burger King as I was time pressured. The place was practically empty. Sat down to eat my meal and realised the reason McDonalds was so busy. Ate about half the burger, no chips and the Onion Rings barely held their shape. Binned it.

Extremely disappointing. Awful food. Soft play area "temporarily" closed, looked like it had been closed for some considerable time! Lovely staff though, clearly doing their best. I will definitely not be back

The size of the food manages to shock me everytime, however and other than that it is not a bad place.

The person who served was named Liam and he did a great job and I got amazing food from this place.

I don't know what it is about this particular Burger King but I've given them 3 goes now and I'm not going back. Cold burgers to wrong items in the drive through makes for a very disappointing experience. I'm not expecting gourmet but having visited other Burger Kings they seem to do much better. Added one star for the chilli cheese bites. Free parking and has toilet facilities.

Not used this branch for awhile.. it's a shame to see that it's gone down hill. Felt very grubby and unclean. Service was slow but the food was as to be expected.

Went to eat in but the tables looked like they hadn't been washed in a while so ended up just going back to the car to eat. No juice in the machines, my order was wrong aswell staff don't seem like they have a clue what they are doing compared to the invernees branch. Won't be going back

Food arrived quickly and hot. Loaded chips very very salty. Food was good, but small portions and very expensive. Love the refill juice. Everywhere looked clean to the eye, but hardly any customers. Still no-one knows , when the play centre will open. When it opens again, the play centre will make up for the tiny portions, and expense.

Nothing special, we use the drive through all the time. Depending on time of day this means having zero to five cars in front of you.

Way better than McDonald's. Taste better fries are great..

It was quiet when we arrived around 12, but started to pick up when we had finished. The staff were friendly and the premises was clean and tidy. Off the large menu I opted for the peppercorn Angus burger, it was delicious and freshly made.

All good. Food was well cooked, everything was fresh and the service was quick.

Shocking place! Call it a drive through 🤦‍♀️ you drive through place your order then told to go and park and wait for order!! Really what is the point in this? Its called a drive through 🙈 place order struggling to even here attendant so drove round to pay and what a surprise order wrong! Changed and had to re-order, when finally got order 🤦‍♀️ no surprise wrong again! So had to drive back and go inside missing burger and drink, definitely wouldn't recommend and definitely won't go back, wasn't even busy! I wonder why!!!

Fries cooked to perfection, they ammended my burger to what I asked for. Definitely go back.

I had the Vegan Royale meal. It was surprisingly tasty so was the chips. No problems ordering at the counter the male was friendly.

I came through the drive through and i was served by 2 kind managers, i think their names were Liam and Allan. They made my experience 10x better, will be back again:)

First time I've been in a while and the service is shocking now. Not enough staff on counters, extremely slow service for food and the prices have been increased to the point its almost the same price as a proper restaurant with table service. Seats ripped and taped together and the whole place is looking a bit run down.

Incompetent. Slow. Ill-mannered. Useless. Do not eat here. I’ve seen sloths and glaciers move faster than this fast food place.

Food was cold, burgers were like rubber, bacon under the buns and not inside. Never been a fan of burger King but was my daughters choice. Even my daughter was disappointed.

Someone needs to give tables a wipe between customers.

Speedy drive through as always. Food is always predictably good and what you’d expect. I’ve never had a bad experience at this branch and hope that’s always the case. Thoroughly recommended and good value for money for a Burger King too

Most awful meal. Ordered a burger it was cold. Young stripy boy could not care. Got a second one it was cold too the bacon slapped on top amd cheese too not even microwaved to give it a bit of heat. Complained and the manager Liam smirked dressed unkempt and had no customer service at all.

The onion rings were not good. The BBQ cheese melt burger had no BBQ sauce and hardly any cheese. No wonder the qué at McDonald's was much bigger.

Food is bit dearer but far better quality and the burgers are so much bigger

I was served very quickly but the place was not busy although it was 4.30 in the afternoon.

Food was fine costomer service wasn't the best forgot to ask us if we wanted sauces, and the bag food was in collapsed all over the car once she handed it over 🙄

Advertised opening time til 10pm. Only the drive thru was open at 8.55pm tonight. Three staff members were inside, one doing nothing, one wiping the floor and one helping herself to a soft drink. The man at the drive thru was doing everything there by himself. That may explain why he forgot our fries and straws and the food was cold

Was offered my meal as card only payment, we all need to keep cash as king . Card only payment is only going to end up Making the UK a cashless society. If they cant offer cash payment I will go and eat at McDonald's.......

Shambles the vouchers on app send you a email verification code then you can’t use because system doesn’t recognise it so instead of getting a £3 bacon double cheeseburger meal I had to pay full price,why have it up on app then and it was cold cheese was ice cold patty was cold Plus every time we go there there’s a problem last time got charged for someone else order as well as mine

Not accepting cash still? I mean come on covid is over (lockdowns) and they said it’s card only because of Covid. Everywhere else is back to normal. McDonald’s accepted cash during Covid. I fail to see why your company is choosing to lose business like this. When is it going back to accepting cash or is it due to pure laziness of not cashing up every night

Got to confess I'm a BK person (do prefer the McD's coffee) but as far as burgers go BK is King in my taste. Ordered on line arrived picked up on arrival and enjoyed.

The fries were excellent but what ruined my visit was that they had no desserts. There was no milkshakes either. I don't know if that is normal for burger King but I have been to burger King and milkshake and desserts are normally on.

Manager of burger king was brilliant after we told story. Of just eat delivery driver. Who was very rude when we asked about delivery. He said could not find propertie.still waiting for our food.will never order from just eat again.

Had food takeaway! Restaurant empty and our food arrived in 2-4 min ! Walked out to camper van to eat our food ! It was cold the cheese in burger was still a solid slice ! Chips were reasonable but kinda tasted like they had been under a hot lamp ! I had to micro wave then in my van ! Couldn’t be bothered to walk back in ! Not best experience ! Doubt I’ll do it again !

A tricky one... among network fast foods, probably one I enjoy most... I mean - fast food choice is no choice for me, but helps when no time... I am looking at these network fast foods and they seem to all call themselves restaurants... uhmmm... nope. So for a burger king (I have been to many) it's probably 3 🌟. For convenience and tidy store... 4 🌟. For calling yourselves a restaurant being an average fast food... Rock bottom, cannot give a -3 star.

Placed order at drive through double woppee with cheese meal wopper with cheese meal and a single portion of chips . First problem they only accept card payment why is this ?main problem returned home had received both burgers but no chips with the meals ordered that we payed for .. and the single portion of chips we did receive were stone cold .. won't be going back there in a hurry
