This bk always seem to be surprised when they have to make any food. They are slow, and they have no desire to be any better. If you do go here, either don’t go through the drive through, or if you do, do NOT pull to a parking space while they make your food. This only seems to make them slower. The manager of this place should be ashamed. This is a poor poor service.

I visit this Wimpy when i get the chance as its over a 100 mile round trip to get there and home...but it's always worth it. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean and tidy and the food is always great. The meat in the burgers taste so much better than other fast food burger takeaways. If you decide to eat in, you get table service with food served on a plate and cutlery, so much more civilised. I was last in on New Years Eve 2024 and served by a youngish crew with an older gent preparing the food. My takeaway meal was delicious and well worth the journey. If you are looking for a bit of nostalgia or just a decent well cooked takeaway or sit-in I highly recommend Wimpy at Fraserburgh.

The people behind the counter couldn't seem less interested in taking your order. I think I had to speak to 3 people, repeating my order to each, until one of them bothered to write it down They charged me full amount, but only gave me 2/3rds of the food (which I discovered when home). Charlatans

Got the be slowest nandos in the uk took over half hour longer than it said on my order and the staff are so rude will never come to this nandos again when I’m working in the area

No hay servicio de mesa. 10 minutos de espera para Happy Meal & fries frío. Sin bandejas. Mesas sucias. Corriente fría como puertas abiertas. Terrible

One of the best fish and chips takeaway in Stirling... Have a substantial takeaway menu and all food is well prepared and really good..

Decent enough chippy, always busy and reasonably priced. Would give a 5 star, but the portion sizes of the chips could be bigger. Otherwise a decent bite to eat.

We popped in here for the first time to pick up some mcflurrys. We were quite impressed, the service was quick and it was very clean inside, although smaller than your normal mcdonalds, so can be hard to find a seat when busy. The mcflurrys were great, some of the best we've had in a while.

When we left, on a Saturday evening, the eating area was empty. Not surprising - the cod and chips was mediocre. The eating area reminded us of an aircraft hangar. The most depressing place we have ever eaten in. Decent food might have made a difference but it was awful. First time we’ve eaten at Harry Ramsden’s - and last.

Could not fault it,tasty curries,chips,rice and nan all good,also ready when then said it would be,I will be back for more.

Very disappointed tonight with the service from Tony’s, have had excellent service in the past but have seen a decline in recent months.Having waited over an hour for our delivery, we placed a phone call to have an update on the order, the response was curt and nothing short of rude, we were informed that they were busy and they would send it out in the next half hour, it’s Monday night for goodness sake, and the order was for 2 suppers not a gourmet meal, unacceptable to wait almost 2 hours without even an apology, I doubt we will be using Tony’s again, poor show

I had a roll from here that wasn’t cooked properly, I was already in the car ( as a passenger ) before seeing in the middle.. totally raw...been meaning to leave this review for ages but I would avoid at all costs... not to mention if you look at the food prep area.... disgusting

Terrible Customer Service Ordered in the app for collection at 8pm. Receive confirmation text to say order will be ready at said time. Drive 20mins to the shop & arrive as expected. Told they’ve run out of chicken due to a recent walk in & need 25 mins to prepare my order. As I was also collecting a pizza from another take away I couldn’t afford the extra time & cancelled my order. No apology, no warning of the late order despite having my number, poor attitude when cancelled. Extremely disappointed in the restaurant. No offer of any future discount or complimentary offering as a gesture of goodwill. Absolute wasted journey & left hungry.
