11 QueenswayWay to busy with delivery drivers... struggled to get near the counter as all the self service machine were being used. Ever since the uptake in deliveries McDonald's eateries have went down hill. The volume of orders obviously takes it toll on the staff as my last 3 visits they got my order wrong.

Douglas Pk LaneOrdered on app and when i got there it said some of my order was not available!!! Yet when i went in to query no staff knew anything about the app so i reordered in store and got the order i had originally requested 🤦♀️🤦♀️
