Terrible Customer Service Ordered in the app for collection at 8pm. Receive confirmation text to say order will be ready at said time. Drive 20mins to the shop & arrive as expected. Told they’ve run out of chicken due to a recent walk in & need 25 mins to prepare my order. As I was also collecting a pizza from another take away I couldn’t afford the extra time & cancelled my order. No apology, no warning of the late order despite having my number, poor attitude when cancelled. Extremely disappointed in the restaurant. No offer of any future discount or complimentary offering as a gesture of goodwill. Absolute wasted journey & left hungry.

Omw what can I say, best chicken I have tasted, I've been to most chicken food places but by far this is at top of my list. Staff very friendly, parking bit of a problem but def worth waiting for a space.

The peri peri chicken was ok tasting but it wouldn’t be something I would eat again, some of my girlfriends chicken wings was red/pinky inside so undercooked and definitely should not be served. We got the peri salted chips and the amount of peri salt on it we could have built a small beach , the chips were horrible and not made any nicer by the seasoning. Our first and last time eating there.

Decided to try this restaurant tonight as family are away. I ordered the Nachos with sides of Potato wedges and onion rings and a chocolate fudge cake for pudding. I used the home delivery service. The meal was on time and it was hot and tasty. The nachos and the chicken were very good quality. I have used the sit in service on a few occasions as well and Pepe's never disappoints. This is my first use of the restaurant since lockdown but I will certainly be using it again. I would describe the food as fast food but a much higher quality than other well known fast food chains.

I love this place, always the best chicken! Reasonably priced too. I rank it higher than the ever so popular nandos.

Food is good, but portion size is terrible! Went for the first time today, food taste is good but definitely isn’t how it looks advertised plus lucky if I had 10 chips with my meal. Cost is nearly double the price of large food chains but you get less than half the size of portion. Tasty but not worth the cost.

We’ve been getting deliveries and have popped in a few since you guys opened! And what a treat yous are. Always top notch food. Staff are always lovely and the food is always a delight. Definitely felt the need to pop this up, ridiculous you only have one star. 5 out of 5 always from us. Cheers dudes Charlotte

Chips were stone cold and stale. The staff refused to give me my money back and were very rude. Do not order from this company

Been a few times, never had a bad meal there. Only thing that could be better is the heat of the chilli sauce. Going all in and for the hottest sauce left me a tad disappointed. If iit was a school report, it would read "Could be hotter"

Tried this place out for the first time, and whilst the food tasted great, the customer service was atrocious. Ordered food for the entire family (5 of us) and when we got home, found 2 of the 5 meals were missing. We called and were told that this was impossible, and that the person who served us insisted he got the order correct. Ended up arguing about the amount we paid and the change we got compared to what they said they had showing on their till, which they say was what we ordered. I always mentally add up the pric es as I check menus and I knew the amount of change given was correct as to the order I verbally placed, but as they hadn't issued a receipt, I could prove nothing, and they were insisting that I was wrong. We will never be back, not only due to the inconsistencies with the order/price etc. but also due to the manner in which their staff spoke to us on the telephone.
